"Are you hiding something?"

Jerrod crouched down in a corner of his huge mansion, where Larissa could not find or hear him. With his phone on his ears, he bit on his nails while he talked to someone with so much concern in his expression.

"Dr. Smith, my wife and I recently welcomed our first child."

"I hear it too. Congratulations."

Dr. Smith only returned to America five months ago because, not only did he treat Jerrod, he literally took care of the whole Guillermo family's mental health problems. Although he felt lucky to have such a huge client who pays him enough so he could build his own hospital, talking to only one of them already brought so much exhaustion. What's more, he had talked to a set for months; he just hoped that the guillermo would break their tradition so they no longer raised another problematic generation.
