Hael looked at his status feeling cheated. His eye skill leveled up earlier. Hael was happy to know his skill improved but was disappointed when he saw the new status. Sure it's a lot easier to use (and possibly write) but it's not as specific as the one before.

Hael closed it in disappointment and just went out of his new inn. He didn't forget to bring the necklace, so he can give it if he gets the chance. He put it inside his Spacial Pouch and went straight to Romozz.

As Hael enters the class, he sat down and noticed Ryujin looking at him embarrassingly.

" Do you want something? " Hael looked at Ryujin

as well.

Ryujin ignored Hael but she was clearly trying to say something. Hael didn't mind her anymore and just slept on his chair.

The teacher entered the room which woke Hael up.

The noise lessened and they are all focusing at the teacher.

" The first Exam will be conducted next month. As you all are new here, I will explain how this works. "

The teacher cleared his throat and turned his back while grabbing chalk. He wrote the words Race, Flag , Team and Solo.

" The examination will be an elimination type, meaning if you got eliminated with 1000 people left you will be ranked 1000. Anyways, the first part of the exams shall test your agility, reflexes and survivability as the race will allow use use of combat. The second part will be Destroy the base game which will test cooperation, the ability to guard and protect, teamwork, combat capabilities, and strategy as well. The third part of the exam will be a Team battle, it will test cooperation, teamwork, intel gathering and combat skills as well. The last part which will be conducted when there are only the top 10 students first will be a battle between two participants. No w don't you worry as you will only be fighting the rest of middle school and not the high school students. " The teacher explained the exam.

The student's face turn ashen when they heard the last bit. The rest of middle school? That means they will be fighting year 4s which is impossible. Their ranks are already considered high, but that was among the normal people. Within Romozz their ranks are meaningless. Do you expect a Rank E defeating a Rank C? No. Furthermore, they have more experience in combat as they studied in Romozz earlier.

A Student raised their hands and called out for the teacher.

" Hmm? "

" Sir can you further elaborate the examination?"

The student asked so that he can prepare and actually come up with plans.

" It's an examination, do you expect me to give you the papers early? These are mainly the pointers to review. " The teacher said out coldly.

The student sat back down without muttering a word.

"Before I end this announcement, Ryujin you will not be participating in this examination." The teacher looked at Ryujin who seems to be bothered by something to even hear what he was saying, and whatever it is she's thinking it's probably embarassing since her face was all red.

"Anyways, I'll leave it here. Dismissed "

Hael walked to the exit but he was stopped.

" Deja vu? Is this place cursed? " Hael wondered why he kept being stopped whenever he wants to go out of the classroom. He looked to whoever grabbed him and noticed Ryujin there.

" You've been staring at me since morning. Im guessing it's something to do with that? or you wanna ask me out on a date or something " Hael jokingly said.

Ryujin blushed by that remark as he never saw someone so thick skinned. Ignoring his action she opened her mouth and tried to say something but she stopped.

"Listen here, I have no time for this thing. If you don't wanna say it then don't." Hael was annoyed since he wanted to speed up his practice as the exams will be next month.

Homutsubi noticed them and overheard what Hael said.

" Man, you will remain single in this state. The ol mighty princess is calling out for your embrace yet you say that!"

Ryujin blushed from Homutsubi's remark and she immediately bolted off the room.

" What? we're just kids you know. Wait... did you say princess? " Hael was shocked by his words.

' The cold Ryujin can't be that innocent lady. But her actions these morning seems to be off. She's keeping up a front here huh? ' Hael can't help but let out a little laugh from this

" But why is her- " Hael was about to ask why is Ryujin's last name not Kane, but he thought stopped as it was inappropriate he will ask it herself if the time comes.

' Well I'll give her the necklace tomorrow then '
