The Multiverse Streamer

『Teyvat Multiverse Streamer System has been activated』

"Wait, what?"

If he was being honest, Akira was not in the mood to deal with whatever this strange robotic voice was in his mind. He had been walking for over three hours now, and that wasn't including the time it took when dealing with those strange monsters.

Ever since he arrived in this world and found himself waking up in the middle of absolutely nowhere, he had been walking non-stop, trying to find any hints of civilisation. It didn't take a genius to know he was in another world, mainly because of those things he fought against.

There were those black-skinned tribal creatures, which were pretty-humanoid but were evidently not humanoid enough for him to label them as humans. Other things included slimes, some that were literally made of fire or could fly, and stuff like that.

Akira had been born into a military family, so he had naturally been taught CQC by his father. Thus, his combat abilities were certainly nothing to scoff at, though he was trained solely to fight against humans, so those slimes were honestly a massive pain to get around.

It didn't help either that those tribal monsters were deceptively strong, at least stronger than the average human being. Akira was no slouch, but he doubted that without a proper weapon, he'd be in big trouble if he were to be attacked by a multiple of them at the same time.

"Whatever, let's see what this is..." Akira sighed to himself as he sat down on a relatively flat rock, making sure to check if any other monsters were in the vicinity before doing so. "A system? Like in those novels? Interesting..."

Perhaps his luck was getting better after all.

He had some knowledge when it came to novel systems, they were typically capable of making the user pretty damn powerful, though that entirely depended on the nature of the system. Looking at the name of his, he was honestly confused on why or how he got this specific one.

"It's still a system though, so maybe it has some hidden fangs..."

Soon enough, a new projection was displayed to him.

.

『Teyvat Multiverse Streamer System - Level 1』

● Live Stream - [The ability to live stream yourself to the entire Teyvat populace, starting a Live Stream will automatically generate a mission for the user to complete. Some missions may even require the host to temporarily travel to another world]

● Mission - [These can be acquired by starting live streams or at random upon meeting certain conditions. Completing missions will give the user a variety of different rewards, such as new abilities, items, and more]

● Inventory - [An infinite pocket dimension in which the user can place and take out any non-living items]

.

Quickly scanning his eyes over the given information next to each selection, Akira's eyes gradually widened. It was certainly not a system he was familiar with, the ones he had heard of from reading novels typically gave the protagonist videogame like properties, but this...

"I'm getting a serious headache, at least it's better than nothing... Teyvat populace? I guess this world is called Teyvat?" This was more of a question than a realisation, though from what he was reading, it was most likely the case. "Ugh, possibly travelling worlds again? I feel like I've had enough of that for a lifetime..."

Akira was never the kid with many dreams, he honestly wished he was back home right now. People would kill for an opportunity like this, but he couldn't really care less. In any case, he was here, so he might as well make the most of it.

"Let's see... jackpot!"

Deciding to ignore the first two options for now, Akira decided to check out the Inventory first. He was kind of defenceless right now, not including his fists and legs of course. So, he had some hope that there was possibly something in his new Inventory that he could make use of.

『Teyvat Multiverse Streamer System - Inventory』

● Gift Package - [Description: A package full of possibility. A new ability? A weapon? Maybe a simple bottle of water? The Gift Package has it]

.

"It's a luck of the draw..."

He wasn't too concerned about food right now, he had already eaten some fruit he had found growing off some nearby trees. It was a bit of a gamble considering they could've been poisonous, but thankfully that wasn't the case.

『You have received 'Mountain Dew'』-『Origin World: Prime』

『You have received 'Senzu Beans'』-『Origin World: Dragon Ball』

『You have received 'Nintendo Switch - Games Included: Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros, Pokemon Violet, Mario Party'』-『Origin World: Prime』

『You have received 'Cat-Eared Hoodie'』-『Origin World: Prime』

『You have received 'Sky Dragon Slayer Magic'』-『Origin World: Fairy Tail』

『All items have been transferred to the 'Inventory'』

The first item, he'll drink that later.

Second item, really damn convenient for emergency situations. With how miraculous their effects were, he'd definitely only use them whenever he truly needed to. Unless he got them again from the system, there was no way he'd be able to get anymore.

Unless he grew them... yeah, no. One bean could probably take a whole year to grow. He'd only consider growing them once he finds a suitable location and environment for them to grow, whatever that environment may be.

The third item, he could definitely get some hours of entertainment, especially with those included games. He'd probably have to play with it sparingly, or somehow find a way to charge it. Because once the charge runs out, fucking RIP.

The fourth item, like hell was he going to ever wear that shit.

"Wait, this is a form of magic from Fairy Tail?" As soon as Akira thought this, he felt an overwhelming rush of information going through his brain, along with a strange sensation encompassing his entire body. "It is... Dragon Slayer Magic! I actually have a solid form of attack other than my damn fists."

Looking down at his hands, he could see the aura of magic running out of him. As soon as that information about the magic had been transferred to him, it seemed like his body automatically adapted and seemingly unlocked his magic container.

"Woah, the magic in this world's atmosphere is pretty rich. Not like I'm complaining." Akira couldn't help but praise as he felt the pure magical energy in the air around him. He couldn't feel anything at first, but with his container open, he could truly appreciate its abundance. "Sky Dragon Slayer Magic too, that means I'll have access to a way of restoring my magic power in most situations."

It was common knowledge that Dragon Slayers from Fairy Tail consumed their own specific elements to restore their magic power, and considering he was now a Sky Dragon Slayer, the sheer number of situations where he'd have access to air was practically endless.

Along with the ability to heal others, emphasis on the 'others' part, as well as the ability to provide buffs just made this specific magic more appealing. Then again, healing and enchantments can't be used on himself, but at least he could use them on his allies.

"I guess I better give it a try before moving on. Don't want to screw up just because I neglected to perform a test run..." Akira thought as he pushed himself off of the rock he was sat on. "Let's see... I guess I can just fire it off into the sky."

Walking a bit out of the area he was in, he looked up at the open sky before taking a quick deep breath. It honestly felt as if everything he needed was transferred directly into his person, the knowledge of his magic, how to use it, and even the ability to utilise the magic power now flowing through his body.

"Here goes nothing..."

Clenching both fists, he raised his arms up slightly before opening his mouth. Not so long after, the wind and air around the area seemingly siphoned itself into his mouth. Upon reaching his limit, Akira stopped sucking in air as his cheeks were somewhat comically enlarged.

With his head currently leaned back, he swung his head forwards before opening his mouth with a loud battle cry. Of course, instead of a scream coming out, what looked to be a powerful twister of blue wind erupted forth into the sky.

Akira had to quickly stabilise his feet, the recoil had almost caused him to lose his footing. Rooting himself to the ground, the twister from his mouth gradually weakened before dispersing into the surrounding atmosphere. Though, the resulting damage to the environment was pretty clear.

He had obviously not fired the attack high enough as the area where the twister had shot through had been torn to shreds, well at least the plants, grass and so on were torn to shreds, even the tough rock that made up the ground around him had some shallow scratches in them.

"Okay... did not mean for it to be that powerful. Guess I better work on that." Akira was honestly taken back by the amount of damage. While it wasn't outrageous, it certainly was more than he anticipated, especially considering her was intending for it to be aimed towards the sky. 'In any case, I really do have the abilities of a Sky Dragon Slayer.'

That attack he had just performed was the iconic roar attack of dragon slayer wizards, in this case with his specific element, it came in the form of a massive tornado.

"Oh yeah, what about this live stream thing..."

Akira soon remembered that first option prior to having search through the inventory, and it was without a doubt the main point of this system he had obtained. He more than understood what a live stream was, but it was the inner functions he was interested in.

Going into the system menu, Akira quickly tapped onto the first option.

.

『Teyvat Multiverse Streamer System - Live Stream』

● Current Mission Task: None

● Current Polls: None

● Total Viewers: 0

.

This seemed to be the public information, meaning that when he streamed these two pieces of information were available for the viewers to see. To put things simply, the viewers would be able to know just what the purpose of the stream was, that being the mission. Along with the other available information, it was quite the useful little table.

On a separate window was information about the stream that only he as the streamer could see.

.

"I see..." Akira muttered while holding his chin. He had quickly given the screen a quick skim through, and while there wasn't much information, it was still pretty useful. "So, Liyue is a nation in this world then? From the description, that means as long as that person is Liyue's borders, they can view the stream, they don't necessarily have to be a born resident of the nation."

He may not be the absolute best at geography, but he was pretty certain that he had never heard of a country or nation being called Liyue. On top of that, the fact that this Liyue place is labelled as a nation seemed to insinuate that there is most likely civilisation somewhere.

He already concluded the idea of there being people due to the nature of the system, but that didn't exactly mean his viewers would necessary all be human beings. With how fantasy-like this world was from what he had witnessed thus far, he wouldn't be surprised if they had beings like elves or whatever.

"I'll try this out later. For now, I better find myself to a city or town."

With a wave of his hand, the menu closed instantly. Looking around, Akira nodded to himself before continuing on his way. With the unintentional confirmation of potential civilisation, Akira was more determined to find himself a settlement.

He was indeed curious and wanted to test out this live stream thing, but he wanted to at least find a place to settle down first before anything. He was a modern man, so living out in the wilderness wasn't exactly his cup of tea, he was by no means a survivalist expert, he only knew the basics from his father.

✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦

He had to admit, he was even more glad to have been given that magic.

Liyue, the place he assumed he had been traversing through, was pretty much mostly consisted of various high standing mountains of all kinds of odd and unique formations. He could easily understand why any normal person would have difficulty travelling.

It was mainly thanks to the physical boost of having his magic container unlocked that he could travel around with relative ease. Unlike how he had to truly force himself up the walls of elevated rock, he could now easily either jump over them or swing himself over quite easily.

Anyway, it took quite a while, but he eventually found himself walking along a path that led towards what looked to be a rather large port of sorts. It seemed to be a city built right next to the ocean, and strangely enough, its architecture was somewhat familiar to him.

"This place reminds me of old China..." Akira couldn't help but marvel as he stood on the path leading towards the green entrance gate. If he had to compare it to something, he'd definitely say it resembled that of China during the Qing Dynasty. 'Jeez, there are a lot of people...'

Looking around, he could see quite a number of people coming in and out of the city, all wearing similar styles of clothing, with a few exceptions here and there. The most common thing though was that most of them either came riding carriages or carried various large bags and such.

'There's a lot of people with cargo, perhaps a trading city?' Akira guessed in his mind as he curiously observed the wooden carriages riding by. 'Though, the stares that I'm getting are really starting to make me uncomfortable...'

He didn't show it on his face, but he was truly uncomfortable. His style of dress seemed to really stand out amongst the crowd, after all, his appearance wasn't exactly ordinary when compared to everyone around him, his physical features as well as style of dress.

Most people here had hair being coloured shades of black or brown, while he had smooth straight hair that was black with both blue and white bangs covering his forehead, his eyes were also matching as they sported a deep blue colouration.

His clothing was simple, but the reason for why it stood out so much was because it was vastly different to whatever these people were used to. He had black running shoes along with a pair of black sleek long pants, having a few visible pockets and a thin chain hanging down from the right side of his waist.

His upper body was covered by a slightly loose white sport t-shirt with black vertical lines running down both the right and left sides, originating from just underneath the sleeves. Of course, the most eye-catching thing were the pair of black headphones with blue LED lights he had hanging around his neck.

And from the looks of it, it was also attached to an MP3 player attached to a necklace that he was also wearing.

Even amongst the people back in his old world, his appearance was pretty damn unique. Whether it was due to some kind of gene defect or something similar, his hair was actual his natural hair colour. Despite how many people claim that it's just dyed, science was enough to prove them wrong.

'Well, let's get going, I wonder if there's anything good to eat here... wait, do they even use yen?'

Patting one of his pockets, Akira soon sported a strained expression as the wallet he had was still present. He carried more than enough money for a good meal, but the question here was whether or not they used the same currency he did. In his heart, he had a feeling this wasn't the case.

'Shit.'
