"Uh... Well, since Miss Lisa is so earnest in asking, I can't really refuse. I just hope Acting Grand Master Jean won't be too upset with me," Nolan said, scratching the back of his head helplessly.

After all, disturbing Acting Grand Master Jean while she's working would naturally cause her some frustration.

"Don't worry. I'll be there to make sure she doesn't get mad at you," Lisa said, crossing her arms with a smile.

"Not particularly," Nolan replied, walking over to the sofa and patting the blonde girl's legs, prompting her to make space for him to sit.

Fischl slightly bent her legs, allowing Nolan to sit down before resting them on his lap. He didn't brush them off and began to briefly recount the day's events.

Fischl placed her storybook on her chest, partially covered by her loosely buttoned white shirt, exposing a patch of soft, fair skin.

She was surprised and remarked, "That sounds quite thrilling."

"It was alright. By the way, Your Highness, are you hungry? Should I prepare dinner?" Nolan asked, leaning slightly to place his hand on her abdomen, feeling the soft bounce through her clothes. Just as he was about to slip his hand through the gap between the buttons...

Fischl's fair face quickly flushed red. She grabbed his mischievous hand and pushed it away, then turned over and mumbled, "Go prepare dinner. This princess is hungry."

This guy always tries to take advantage of this princess all the time. Doesn't he know how to be gentle with girls? So annoying, hmph.

"Alright," Nolan nodded. It was already past five in the afternoon, and it would take about an hour to prepare everything, just in time for dinner.

Time flowed like water.

Soon, a fairly abundant meal was prepared. Due to their relationship being akin to the honeymoon phase, they stuck closely together during dinner.

After dinner, they rested for a while.

Fischl headed to the bathroom, preparing to take a bath. Just then, Nolan suddenly picked her up from behind.

Fischl's emerald eyes widened in surprise, and one of her slippers fell off.

Blushing slightly, she lightly tapped his chest with her loosely clenched fist, "Idiot, what are you trying to do?"

"Well, the bathtub is so big, and if we bathe together, we can save some water. Plus, it'll help us grow our relationship as well, don't you think?" Nolan replied with a soft smile.

As he walked, he bent down and gently pressed his lips against Fischl's soft ones. She didn't resist.

After all, they had kissed many times before. Her words of refusal were merely her tsundere nature and teenage girl's reserve at play.

Once he took the initiative, Fischl would surprisingly become very cooperative.

Early morning.

Sunlight tried to seep in from outside the window, but it was slightly blocked by the partially drawn curtains.

Nolan felt a bit uncomfortable being pressed down. Last night, Fischl was a bit tired and fell asleep lying on top of him.
