Chapter 146: Appearance of Rifthound

Mondstadt, Springvale.

On their way to Wolvendom, the temporary adventure team decided to stop here first and inquire about any clues.

Even before they entered the small town, they saw a group of hunters from Springvale gathered on the roadside discussing something. Leading them was their hunting chief, Draff.

Leaving the hunters to face these monsters alone would be too dangerous.

The group of people arrived at a small hill where they could observe the road below. They clearly saw a huge wolf-like creature hovering in the air with several smaller companions swaying in the grass by the roadside.

"Yes, those are the strange wolves from Wolvendom!"

"Appearing near Springvale, for the safety of the townsfolk, we must clear them out!" The hunter who had been excited and looked younger earlier was once again stirred up. One of the two injured yesterday was his younger brother.

Paimon pointed his index finger at the Rifthound in the distance, her starry eyes twinkling as she spoke.

"Oh, Paimon's idea is quite constructive. I'm sure Nolan is thinking the same thing right now," Night Raven Oz chuckled, knowing Nolan's combat style well from their adventures together.
