He opened his eyes slightly and saw the surrounding people was in panic. The little girl beside him was crying.

He wanted to pat the little girl's head but there was no strength in his body .He looked down and saw his legs mangled in different direction and blood was dripping constantly but he was not feeling any pain he didn't know why. Suddenly he heard a ambulance's sound and saw the paramedics came to him .Then he lost consciousness.

It was unknown how much time has passed after he lost consciousness. He could feel that he was dying.After some time when he opened his eyes slightly then he saw his aunt standing outside the operation door crying while looking in his direction .He didn't know why his aunt was crying while looking at him.Then he lost his consciousness again.

He was clearly unconscious but however he could still hear the surrounding people's talk.

Inside the room,

A middle age man in white gown said, "Unfortunately his internal organs was damaged beyond repair his legs.. sigh I don't think he will make past today ". Telling this to his aunt the doctor walked away. Hearing this his aunt sobbed silently. "I was always a nuisance in your life and I know that.. .after my breakup and my sister's death I always blamed my bad luck. I was really a evil aunt to you. I didn't care for you enough and I am really sorry I don't know what to do anymore...Please don't die" saying this his aunt Rosaria started to cry again..

When Alex heard that his heart melt, suddenly he forgave her for her wrongdoing and he wanted to say something but words could'nt come out of his mouth. He wanted to say that it was not her fault or it was okay he will not die. Suddenly at that moment the holter monitor that monitors heart rate started to beep loudly. Hearing this his aunt started to shout loudly and called the doctors.
