A night stuck in the hospital

During the previous chapter. Dennis and Obliviona passed out at the end of the fight and have been taken to the hospital by their friends. And as hours passed by in the hospital, it ended up being night time.

{11pm}

It was eleven a clock during the night, as Dennis and Obliviona where a sleep in their hospital beds. They were sharing the same conscious mind. But as soon as they made eye contact, they both woken up from their sleep.

[Dennis] "God damn it!"

Dennis was mad once he saw his left hand covered with bandages and take with a tube stuck in it. He then turned over to Obliviona that was slightly calm but disappointed that she had to be in the hospital. She then gave a faint sigh and looked at Dennis.

[Obliviona] "How ya holding up?"

[Dennis] "More or less... But I'm currently piss right now, I can't use my left hand again for a week or two."

[Obliviona] "Whys that?"

Dennis then raises his left arm and showed it to Obliviona. She saw what the doctor did to his left arm and started laughing uncontrollably. But Dennis then noticed that Obliviona had a medical cast on her right foot and arm.

[Dennis] "Hold on, how did you ended up with a broken foot and arm?"

[Obliviona] "I don't know, but you should check your shoulders."

Dennis moved his shirt to see if they injured him, but there was no trace of the swords on his body. The only thing that came into mind was the passive regeneration ability that might be from Wulf. But as time passed by, someone was already knocking on the door. Obliviona saw the moon and noticed that only thirty minutes have passed.

[Dennis] "Come in."

Dennis said, giving permission to the person outside to enter the room. As the door opened lightly, Dennis saw it was none other than Sara that was paying a night visit. She waved at Dennis and gladly entered while holding a fruit basket. Sara sat down on a chair between Dennis and Obliviona and was looking at how badly they were injured. She then placed the basket down and took a deep breath.

[Sara] "You two are so reckless. Why in the world you fought each other neck a neck?"

Dennis and Obliviona got nervous once they heard Sara ask a question. They attempted to look away to avoid eye contact, but Sara's eyesight pierced right thru them. Obliviona was the first to give up and talk.

[Obliviona] "You see... We were training. Then did some sparring and took it a bit to serious..."

[Sara] "You think?"

Sara raised an eyebrow and looked at Obliviona with anger. Then she changed her view to Dennis to see what he had to say.

[Dennis] "Sara, you already know by now that I can't turn down a fight. Right now, my friends need some training, and today I saw my friend Nidializ give it her all on the fight. But as of now, two of my friends are going to need me to help them train or I find someone to train them."

Dennis had a good point and Sara couldn't deny it. The only thing she could was to sit back and see Dennis fight and do his best.

[Sara] "Well... If your planning to keep fighting like last time. You will need to find a someone that can heal."

Dennis then began thinking after hearing out Sara. He then was doing a process of elimination from who among his friends are capable to heal on his mind. He crossed himself out of the list since he is bad at healing. Then he crossed out Owen, Dwight, Dj, Spike and Paige. The only two remaining were Nidializ and Claire.

[Dennis] "Thanks, Sara, and as well. Can you go tell the others about this? I have something important to tell them since it concerns on someone that we might now among my friends."

[Sara] "Sure, but before I go. Is there anything else that I can do for you two?"

Dennis and Obliviona where thinking of the things that will need. Obliviona then snapped her fingers and decided on what she needed.

[Obliviona] "Can you get me a fresh set of clothing from the Maiden organization? Its been a long time since I need a new set."

[Sara] "Sure! I can bring it to you tomorrow afternoon once I'm done with my duties. How about you Dennis?"

[Dennis] "My coat, and a book that is inside of it. Nidializ probably has it with her by now."

[Sara] "Ok then, I'll bring the stuff you request for tomorrow. Have a good night's rest."

Sara then left and closed the door. This gave Dennis and Obliviona some alone time. They really wanted to fight each other again, but they remember at the last moment that they could keep the fight going inside their minds. At least that's what they thought at first. But they used this as a getaway to forget that they are in a hospital.

As Dennis and Obliviona dived in to their minds. They found themselves in the place they met in person. As they were standing on a squared platform as the rest of the area was a crystal lake that was reflecting a clear blue sky. Dennis was stretching out and pulled out two chairs out of tin air. Obliviona then placed a table in front of Dennis and placed multiple board games for them to play.

[Dennis] "At least we can entertain ourselves here."

[Obliviona] "You have that right, our bodies are still active and resting now would be a waste of fun."

Dennis and Obliviona stayed inside their minds, playing games until the night passed by.

Meanwhile, back at the other world. Maita, Kiwi and Nautic where having a drink. As they laughed and partied. They felt that someone was at the front of the door. They all wanted to open the door, but Maita was the first to make a move and open the door. When she opened the door, she saw a guy almost around the same age as Dennis. Maita was confused and got close to his face to see him better since her vision was getting blurred. But as her vision cleared, she could see that it was a white-skinned male with black long hair. He was dressed in full black.

[Maita] "Hmm..."

Maita then took a sniff, and the guy felt bothered for a moment. Then Kiwi and Nautic went to Maita to figure out what was taking so long.

[Nautic] "Hey Maita, what is taking you so- well hello handsome. My name is Nautic, How can we help you on this lovely night?"

Nautic was scaring the guy on the way she was dressed, as she seemed to want to go to the club.

'My mistake, I guess I got the wrong house. You see... I'm looking for my friend Dwight, Nidializ, and Dennis. Have any of you seem them around?"

Maita and Nautic tilted their heads since they were having a hard time to understand. Kiwi had to step in and moved her friends out of the way to explain the situation.

[Kiwi] "Hi, my name is Kiwi, this are my friends, Maita and Nautic. *Nervously laughs* And yes, we know where they at. If you like to know more, you can stay with us for tonight and we can help you contact your friends tomorrow."

Kiwi hoped to have convinced the person to stay for the night, she really wanted to a someone that knows a friend.

"Oh? Ok. Also, my name is Donte, I hope I can get in touch with my friends."

Kiwi then smiled and dragged Donte inside the house. And as the lights turned off, the night was passing by as it was going to be a new day in a couple of hours.
