Stand off between Human And Androids.

It had been a rather turbulent journey, filled with an uncomfortable silence from the pack of conversation.

Well I won't blame them, considering the traumatic event that we never experienced.

The driver wasted no time in announcing our arrival, breaking the silence. "We have arrived, Commander," he said.

As the hatch opened, Commander White, accompanied by her bodyguard, and the rest of us stepped out to take in our surroundings.

Once outside, we took in the grandeur of the Pentagon, the central command center for the GDI military.

"Welcome to the Pentagon, where the extensive control of cities and military operations takes place on a daily basis," I gestured broadly towards our guest, while facing the impressive building, and proceeded to lead the way inside.

As we entered the hallway, darkness greeted us due to the power outage caused by the recent explosion and ongoing conflict. However, a floating Pod next to Commander White emitted a gentle light, illuminating our path and making our progress easier.

"I apologize for the lack of electricity caused by the attack," I said apologetically but then turned my attention to the Pod. "However, these Pods seem quite useful. It would greatly benefit the GDI if you could provide me with the blueprints for one of them," I requested.

"Perhaps in the future," she swiftly replied.

As we continued walking, Commander White noticed an unusual absence of guards around the corner and speak out loud "Where's the rest of the guard?"

"It appears we are severely understaffed. I have instructed all the guards to prioritize tending to the injured," I informed them which earn a Nod from her.

Upon reaching our destination, I opened the door to the room and announced, "We have arrived."

Commander White turned to her bodyguard and instructed, "Stay outside and guard the entrance."

"Yes!" the bodyguard acknowledged

In the middle room, one of the Pods projected a series of holograms, displaying various individuals on the screens. There was a man with a beard, a blond-haired woman, and a bald man.

"And who are these people?" I asked, curious about the unfamiliar faces.

"Ah, forgive us, human," the bearded man spoke from the video. "I am General Ustorv, the lead military officer in Russia."

"I am General Isabella, the head of the US military," the blond-haired individual introduced herself.

"I am General Penny, leading the military in Asia," a monk-like figure spoke with a calm and reverent tone.

"I am General Napoleon, the military leader of Europe," another individual chimed in.

"...You named yourself after Napoleon, one of the greatest military generals in France?" I asked, perplexed.

"Ah, you noticed? Although the name originated ten thousand years ago, to recognize it immediately truly showcases the boundless wisdom of humanity," Napoleon replied with a nod, followed by smiles from the others.

....Well, that's common knowledge, but whatever.

"We are the military that guarded the world

"Anyway, my name is Ashoka Ken, leader of the GDI force, but you can call me Commander Ken."

"Understood, Commander Ken," everyone replied in unison.

"Alright, let's get straight to the point. What do you want to discuss?" I said, cutting through the tension in the room.

This was it. The future of myself and the others rested on my shoulders. If I could lead the negotiations, there might be a future for all of us.

But if I failed, we would all end up in an asylum with no way out....

I am definitely not nervous at all.

"We need to discuss this with the others," Commander White said, her voice filled with determination.

Suddenly, a holographic map materialized in the center of the room, revealing a complex network of massive arrows stretching across the globe, with water serving as the converging pathways leading to our location.

I couldn't help but express my confusion. "What's this? What does it mean?"

General Ustorv stepped forward, taking the initiative to explain. "We plan to use a fleet of ships to evacuate all of the humans. These ships will be sent from various locations around the world, providing enough capacity to hold at least 22,000 individuals."

The scale of the operation was staggering. It seemed impossible to have organized such an undertaking in such a short time, but they manage to make a plan in just mere 2 hours.

Curious, I inquired further. "And where do you suggest we be evacuated to?"

General Isabela answered "American territory is considered the safest place on the planet"

"We have also decided to build massive spacecraft to accommodate the number of humans to be evacuated to the moon."

...Wait what?

"Wait I am not hearing it wrong, you want to evacuate all 22.000 of us to space?"

"Yes, after the tragic event, we all agreed that ensuring the safety of humanity is paramount," General Isabella explained, and the map displayed an arrow pointing from our current location to America, and then extending outward into space.

....This was bad, extremely bad. The situation was far worse than I had anticipated.

Evacuating ten individuals had already is already hard, but now they were proposing the evacuation of 20,000 people?

How much sacrifice and labor would it take to accomplish such a feat?

Without a moment's hesitation, I responded firmly, "No."

General Penny stepped forward, taking the lead in the discussion. "I understand that abandoning your homeland is a difficult decision, but you must consider the imminent threat of the machines in this region. They will gather and attack again."

Realizing that the negotiation was slipping away, I knew I needed to take a decisive stance. My mind raced, searching for a way to halt their arguments.

"First of all, I am Commander Ken," I corrected them. "Secondly, we won't abandon this land because there are 100,000 lives here."

I made up that number, did that works?

Glancing at their stunned expressions, I realized my ruse had succeeded. It seemed my confident bluff had hit the mark

Ken uses his persuasive tactics. It's super effective!

"...100,000 human lives? If I remember correctly, there are only 25,000 humans living here. Can you clarify what you mean by that?" questioned Napoleon, his tone filled with curiosity.

"Of course" I straighten my posture

I stood tall, projecting confidence as I prepared to deliver my response. "As you may or may not have noticed, there are currently 100,000 sleeping pods located beneath the Pentagon, waiting to awaken the moment"

At that word, everyone glance below their feet

"We were awakened just two months ago, but we never expected to wake up to a thousand years of war," I explained.

"Why have you not woken the rest of them?" General Ustorv interjected, his voice cutting through the air.

"Because—" I began, attempting to explain, but I was interrupted.

"Because there is a lack of water and food, am I right?" General Isabella stated, completing my thought.

I nodded in agreement with her reasoning. That was indeed the reason, although the second reason was the lack of space.

"If what you say is true," General Issabela spoke up, her voice filled with newfound determination, "then the Army of Humanity will utilize all available resources to defend these islands!"

General Penny's speak . "We should contact the High Council and inform them immediately!"

I raised my hand, interrupting their suggestions. "No need."

Confusion rippled through the room, their eyes fixed on me in anticipation.

"Huh? What do you mean?" General Issabela inquired.

Directing my gaze towards Commander White, I made my intentions clear. "I only require the assistance of Commander White's faction."

Silence filled the room until Isabella, the blond girl, spoke up. "...You're only asking one of the best states with androids to assist you?"

"So, you're only asking one of the best factions with advanced android technology to assist you?" she asked, seeking clarification.

Commander White seemed offended by the remark. "And what do you mean 'only'?"

Ustorv, the man with the huge beard, exclaimed loudly, "That's suicide! At least let me send my ships—"

"Commander White," I addressed her directly, acknowledging her significant contribution. "Your quick response has saved the lives of 20,000 humans. Not to mention the bravery of your people, fighting even with broken wires and legs until the bitter end."

"And for that, I am sincerely grateful for what your people have done for us," I added, bowing down to her. She immediately stuttered in response.

"T-there is no need!" she exclaimed, clearly taken aback by the gesture.

"You are far too humble," I said, straightening up. "But I must apologize, Commander White, as I will require your services once again."

I continued, "Because as we speak, more lives are at risk. The only way to secure victory is to shut down every single factory in Japanese territory."

"It's time for you to show what the YoRHa can truly do."

My words seemed to brighten Commander White's mood, and she replied in a cheerful voice, "Yes!"

Her smile caused me to blush slightly, but I quickly regained my composure.

"...They forgot about us." "We are just background characters..." "Where did you even learn that?"

Ah, I almost forgot about them.

"Of course, we mustn't overlook the assistance of our fellow androids. Thank you all for your support," I expressed my gratitude.

At those words, everyone on the screen reacted in their own way—some filled with pride, others with embarrassment, and much more.

"We can also address the issue of the Council of Humanity's deception at a later time when it is more peaceful," I continued, dropping an atomic bomb on them.

"U-uh..." one of them stammered, taken aback by the sudden turn of events.

Without hesitation, General Isabella offered her assistance. "You can ask the High Council for further information, Commander Ken. I will send you their contact details."

The mention of the High Council brought to mind their influential role. I had heard that they were important figures, providing resources, weapons, new technology, and much more to the Army of Humanity. It seemed that they truly held control over the entire Android military.

As the others quickly left the video call, Commander White and I remained to discuss further details of our plans in this place.

Three hours later, in the command room, all the heads of departments in the city and military had gathered. Director of Research and Development Ashoke Sen, Head of Agriculture Department Ayumi Nakamura, Head of Health Department Dr. Sakura Yamamoto, Head of Water Department María González, Head of Electricity Department Rajesh Patel, Head of Health Department Dr. Ahmed Al-Mansouri, and many more were present.

As everyone voiced their concerns simultaneously, talking over each other about the severe lack of water, manpower issues, and injuries, I slammed my hand on the table to grab their attention.

"Enough!" I shouted, my voice echoing in the room. "I understand that there are numerous challenges, but I need all of you to calm down and listen to me!"

They fell silent, their eyes fixed on me, waiting for my next words.

"So what's the real reason you called us here, Commander?" General Elena asked with curiosity

(General C. Elena Renteria)

[Leader Of Zocom]

General C. Elena Renteria, the formidable leader of ZOCOM, commanded attention with her towering presence and piercing gaze. With a background forged in the Tiberium wastelands of Africa, she emerged as one of the first female commanders in the Global Defense Initiative. Her eminently qualified reputation and no-nonsense approach to battlefield command spoke volumes of her capabilities. Leading Zone Operations Command, she fearlessly established beachheads in Red zones, protecting reclamation efforts from mutants and Nod forces. General Renteria's indomitable spirit and unwavering resolve made her a force to be reckoned with, leaving an enduring mark on GDI history.

-------

I took a deep breath, knowing that my next words would determine our course of action. "Arm yourselves and prepare for an attack. We are launching an assault from now on."

At that word, Elena smirked and began stretching herself. "About time. I thought I would rust from staying in the Blue Zone all the time. Heh, I kind of miss the Red Zone."

"You're on drugs again, Elena?" General Joshua asked Elena, taking a drag from his cigarette.

"Intelligent updated"

------

(General Joshua Mitchell)

[Leader Of Steel Talon]

Joshua 'Mitch' Mitchell, a decorated veteran of the Second Tiberium War, commanded the experimental warfare division known as "Steel Talons" within the Global Defense Initiative. Renowned for his youthful vigor, aggressive nature, and tactical innovation, Mitchell voiced his dissent when GDI shifted its focus and research budget to Tiberium abatement operations, believing that a successor to the defeated Brotherhood of Nod could still rise. Despite a contentious hearing, Mitchell secured the formation of the Steel Talons, an elite combat battalion celebrated for their ruthless efficiency and enigmatic nature during the post-Nod splinter faction conflicts. Under his leadership, the Steel Talons became synonymous with cutting-edge combat technology and unconventional tactics.

------------

"Don't call Tiberium a drug," Elena retorted, glaring at Joshua.

"You said it, not me," Joshua raised his arms in surrender

Elena shifted her gaze back to me. "But is it really fine? If we attack now, we leave the Blue Zone vulnerable to attack."

"Not to mention almost half of our troops are too injured to fight. It will take at least a week before they are ready," Dr. Sakura Yamamoto, the head of the Health Department, added. "And we would need to allocate our entire resources to care for the injured."

"No! There is a severe lack of water. If we don't focus our resources on addressing it, all of us will die of thirst!" María González, the head of the Water Department, interjected, glaring at her.

"The fuck do you say?" I glance and saw the head of the Electricity Department Rajesh Patel glare at

"Huh?!" both Maria and Dr. Sakura said

"If we don't prioritize the electricity, we won't have enough power to sustain our defense! Do you want us to get slaughtered again?" Rajesh continued, his voice filled with urgency.

Before the room erupted into further arguments, I slammed my hand on the table to regain their attention again

"Enough! I already have a plan to solve this, so shut up and listen to me, understand?" I demanded.

"Yes, sorry, Commander!" they responded in unison.

"As I was saying, I have already spoken with Commander White about this situation," I explained, addressing their concerns

Before the speech, I had tryed to convince her of the urgency and the need to strike back against the machines. She initially resisted, concerned about sending injured humans to the battlefield. However, after explaining the gravity of the situation and the potential consequences of inaction, she reluctantly agreed to spare some of her people to defend the Blue Zone while we launch our attack.

Returning to the present, I continued with the briefing. "From the reports, almost all of the machines in the region have been eliminated, thanks to the attack they launched on our base and other cities in Japan."

"However, we believe that machine factories have appeared all over the region and are coming online to replenish their entire force. Cities like Tokyo, Osaka, and many other parts of the country are at risk," I informed them.

"How long will it take for the machines to replenish their force?" Ayumi Nakamura, the head of the Agriculture Department, asked, her voice filled with concern.

"One week," I responded, and everyone gasped at the revelation.

"So, after many discussions, I have decided on an all-out attack that I am calling Operation Reclaim. Our main goal is to eliminate the machines from Japanese soil," I announced

"YoRHa has already taken the lead and is doing its best to eliminate the smaller factories in the region," I continued. "Our second objective is to recover the lost land from the machines, allowing us to expand our sphere of influence and reduce our reliance on external resources."

Joshua pulled out his cigarette and spoke up. "So, what you're saying is we should destroy all of their factories before they can replenish their forces and strike back?"

"That's right with such rare chance I can't let this by." I confirmed. "And that's why we are now undertaking a joint operation with YoRHa and the resistance to attack the remaining machines in Japanese territory. However, the Army of Humanity will arrive a bit later to the party."

"So, we are reclaiming the rest of Earth's territories with our usual brute force, Commander?" Elena asked with a smirk.

"Exactly," I replied, acknowledging her comment.

She smirks at me "I like your style commander"

Before we could delve further into the details, Joshua interjected with a hologram, showing the machine's targets. "But... what is the machine's plan in trying to destroy half of the Blue Zone?" he questioned.

We all fell into a pensive silence, contemplating Joshua's observation. The machine attacks did seem random, lacking a clear objective other than destruction.

"Let's think about this question later, once the machine threat is eliminated," I suggested, refocusing the discussion. "As I was saying, we will use a small task force to attack all the factories in the region and recover any facilities that can be repurposed to our advantage."

"What kind of facilities are you referring to, Commander?" María González, the head of the Water Department, asked, seeking clarification.

"Factories, power plants, dams, anything that can be utilized again," I explained.

"Alright if everyone understood we are going to begin our mission choose one of the lists you think is important" A hologram of a map appears in the middle of the room and a red dot is where the mission can be chosen
