The begging of the End

On the Imperial planet of Krieg everything was as normal as a toxic, radioactive Death World could be, so pretty bad but it was about to get a little tiny bit worse.

then something weird happened in a factory just like any other, well that was true till just now because a mysterious gate just appeared.

All the workers stopped making there weapons of war for just a moment and in that moment something fly out of the gate and dived at one of the many workers biting him in half killing instantly

Suffice to say the other workers were not all that glad to see one of there kinsmen die so in response they grab the half finished las-guns and about what ever else they could find and tried to fight off this creature

But unfortunately for them the creature was no longer alone for many Xeno and traitorous humans had joined it but the workers did not care for this is krieg and they had all seen much much worse

So "FOR THE EMPEROR" they all yelled as they charged the the xeno, and treacherous humans and without a single ounce of fear in there hearts they fought in glorious melee combat with this this unknown foe and well many of the workers fell in the ensuing battle all they had to do was buy time

And time they bought as the large door to the factory bust open and in poured fully armed and ready death korps troops as well as 3 chimaeras and at seeing a glorious melee battle who are the death korps to say no to a good old fashioned brawl and as they were doing that the chimaeras dealt with the flying creatures so slowly/extremely brutally the krieg beat back this mysterious foe back on to the other side of the mysterious gate

setting up a defensive position around the gate the kreigs men waited for reinforcements and not long after the first battle they arrived in the form of the 78th siege regiment and with this, it was the beginning of the end….. for them
