'Ugh. That hurt"

That was all I could say as I looked up at the black sky in the Dragon God trial.

"HAHAHAHAHA! Brat that was the funniest thing I've ever seen!"

I just gave up saying anything to Canglong at this point I still couldn't move and he tried to help me by lifting me up but when he let go I just crumpled and he's been laughing for the past hour. It took me an additional day and a half to stand up, it was like being a toddler but at the size of a fully grown human. At least the storage rings I had collected were on my hand and not still in my body. within the week I could walk and run and Canglong decided to have me train while I learned how to use appendages after over 20 years as a giant snake with tentacles. In one of the rings I found a decent arrangement of weapons at emperor profound a few swords, some spears, and axe, and interestingly enough a Nodachi. When I brought out all of the weapons Canglong looked at the Nodachi more intently.

"Brat this weapon has the remnant of water laws on it."

As he throws it to me I also look more closely at it and I also felt it.

"This is the aura of the water seed! Wherever this came from the water seed is nearby!"

"Before you go of and play with your new toy you need to build up more strength in your arms! You have the limb strength of an early tyrant which is pathetic considering how strong the rest of your body is! Work harder and I'll figure out how you will use this sword when the time comes."

"Ugh, Fine I will."

"And while were at it I will teach you the Dragon Gods Domain. You should be able to use it since you are my host. And your body isn't inferior to a true dragons so there should be no down side's for it."

As Canglong used his spiritual pressure to increase the difficulty of my training and to improve my body more quickly another month quickly passed until finally.

"Good job brat! You have reached an admirable amount of strength in you arms and legs lets leave now before you grow attached to my cave!"

"I'm not attached to the cave but do I need to hold the legacy?"

"No brat you wont have to any of it its stored in side the trial ground itself, and the trial ground follows me any size I want!"

"No need to show off."

With our bickering complete I was teleported out of the trial grounds to come face to face with the two flood dragons.

"woah they look big."

'Much different view from down here eh brat?'

'Shut it.'

As I finished with our verbal sparing the female flood dragon spoke.

"Since you have completed the trial and the trial grounds have disappeared we wish to follow you."

"Why would you want to follow me?"

"You are the most likely one to help us break through into emperor profound since you inherited the Dragon Gods blood."

"Your wrong there, I didn't inherit the blood. I completed the trial and now the Azure dragon is my spirit."

"What the brat says is true"

Canglong decided to speak now and save me a headache.

"So If you still want to stay near me follow him."

Never mind he wants to give me a headache.

"Fine you can follow me but I'll need you to become my contracted beasts to keep people off of you."

"We agree to the words of young master."

And with that I gained two peak sky profound flood dragons as contracted beasts though they wont stop calling me young master. As I began flying toward where I felt the most humans I saw a puddle of water and realized I had not yet seen what I looked like. As I looked over the edge of the water I say a young man about 25 years old with pitch black hair and piercing red reptilian eyes looking back at me.

"Damn I look hot!"

"Yes, Young master is beautiful."

chorused back the two flood dragons as I could practically see Canglong rolling on the ground trying to restrain his laughter.

"Sigh, Anyways lets move onward to the city."

I forgot that in Blue Wind Empire throne was considered legendary so our arrival at the capital was.....well influential. I most certainly didn't expect for the emperor himself to float up to us.

"Greetings esteemed senior I am the Emperor of the Blue Wind Empire Cang Zuwei. Might I enquire which sect you belong to?"

"I am Leviathan Jormangandr. A traveling cultivator."

"Then what brings senior Jormangandr to Blue Wind Empire?"

"I was exploring in the wasteland of death and wanted to relax in civilization from the first time in a while."

Cang Zuwei's eyes bulged slightly when he heard that.

"Ahem, Then as the Emperor I shall welcome you with the finest in the nation"

As he descended he turned around and inquired.

"If it is not to intrusive what might Seniors cultivation be at?"

"4th of Sovereign profound while the little ones behind me are both peak of sky profound."

Hearing that Cang Zuwei turned pale and quickly beckoned me inside while still doing his best to remain respectful. As I entered I heard someone call.

"Dear what did they want?"

I turn to see a beautiful lady in Blue wind designs wearing a crown. Cang Zuwei turns to me while beckoning at the women.

"This is my wife Cang Yuetan senior Jormangandr."

"Greeting Empress, you may both call me Jorm since as it is easier. The Emperor has invited me for relaxation after exploring the wasteland of death nearby."

"Good heavens nearby? The wasteland of death is half a month journey for sky profound experts!"

"It was nice to meet you empress but I am fatigued from my trip and wish to rest, Cang Zuwei will show me around. will you not?"

"Why yes so go the throne room I shall meet you there once Senior...Jorm is in a room."

"Very well dear, It was pleasant to meat you senior Jorm."

With that the Empress bowed, turned and walked away.

"I shall show you where you may stay for as long as you need."

As I followed the Emperor down the hallway I asked a question that had been bugging me for a bit.

"Is the Imperial family having trouble with the sects here?"

"Sigh, Yes they have become more brazen. Ignoring royal summons and even demanding materials in exchange for in incident they staged themselves."

"Ah in that case I have a gift for you."

I pull out my smallest scale from my storage ring and hand it to the emperor. though it was my smallest it was still a meter long.

" If you or your family need help channel energy into that and I shall arrive at its location as quickly as possible."

"Senior I can't possibly accept this!"

"Take it as a token of my good will and my will to keep the few sane people in this world alive."

with that Cang Zuwei accepts it tentatively and we proceed to my given room without speaking anymore.
