Chapter 30 Alt POV

Across the Pacific Ocean, on the island nation of Japan, and atop a thickly snow capped mountain. An angry dragon woman sat at a table awaiting for the accursed Yuuki-Onna leader to arrive.

And finally as her patience was wavering and she was considering if she should make a move and start melting this damned mountain a feminine titter rang out as the Yuuki-Onna priestess Kanna stepped into the meeting along with her target in Yuki Mafyuu/Barris with how the hussy had already married Jake her target of interest.

"Kiyohime, you are looking much better after getting off the divine sake." Kanna said gently and the dragon's eye twitched before she retorted bluntly.

"Kanna, are you and Yuki messing with me? I tracked Jake back down to America and just as I arrived he went to Brazil and then when I tracked him to Rio Di Janeiro, I got caught up in that bastard Kokabiel's rampage..." Both ladies' face went blank and even as Kiyohime knew now that they didn't have anything to do with it, she couldn't help but keep complaining as stuff just kept getting in the way of her re-joining her soulmate and breaking his hips in!

"Then even after I survive getting attacked by that bastard crow that looks like a damned vampire! I come to track his soul back to New York... Only to get waylaid when a devil has a catastrophic teleportation failure that dragged me and him into the Underworld as the beyond angry figure of Posiedon tore through the barriers of Earth and into the Underworld with the whole damned ocean behind him!" Kiyohime then threw a tantrum as she slammed her back and head onto the tatami mats behind herself as she threw her hands up with a scream.

"I am an eastern dragon! I control storms and have been blessed by the dragon kings of the sea... How the hell did Poseidon drown me!? I have been bullied for the last several days and I am done!" Kiyohime screamed as Yuki sheepishly held out her phone.

Kiyohime's face went utterly dull as her eyes saw the top of the text messages in the contact of [Hubby!] And all the mushy text messages that followed with Jake explaining what he was up to and both he and Yuki were sharing what they were up to.

Allowing Kiyohime to understand that Kokabiel's presence in Brazil was actually Jake's cause. Along with him now being involved in whatever affair that had Poseidon so pissed off that he had slaughtered several devils and had to be met in battle by Serafall Leviathan.

"Wait..." Kiyohime muttered and then she beamed as she smugly smiled. "Ahaha, fate wasn't bullying me and instead was helping me come closer to my love as I helped save him from Kokabiel's wrath! I even burned him up for him Ha!" 

A quiet thump was heard as Yuki and Kanna both face-palmed and then they both shared a look at the sight of the delusional love-struck dragon who was gaslighting herself into believing all her prior suffering was just to help her beloved or just a trial to reach him.

But once Kiyohime got her joyful laughter back under control she slightly glared but it came out more as a pout as she spoke. "Now where is Jake now?" 

Yuki raised an eyebrow and then replied fairly. "As of right now, I do not know as he said got pulled into an important mission before he could settle down after his trip to Brazil." Yuki then elegantly took a sip of tea before she continued. "Kiyohime, I understand you are probably in a rush to see him again after making up your mind on his harem situation... But rather than facing more interruptions and possibly be attacked by other people, why don't you wait here in the Yuuki-Onna town as Jake will be here to pick me up as his bride."

Kiyohime's face twitched hearing the words 'bride' but she finally pouted slightly and spoke with some reluctance. "Very well, I will be in your clan's care then. Also, I have a question for you Yuki." She said after a moment pause and Yuki the Yuki-Onna who had bound herself to Jake Barris as his wife bowed her head in acceptance of the question.

"What is darling's favorite food? I want to see him smile as I cook him his favorite food for dinner as he arrives here!" She finished with a cunning light entering her eyes but Yuki couldn't help but titter and retort with something so evil and diabolical that her clan leader and Kiyohime choked on their breath.

"Ohhh he loves Lasagna as his favorite meal." Then Yuki leaned in and said with a 'bright' smile. "But you do realize that as it will be our honeymoon with our god's acceptance as he spends the weekend here in the clan's compound. With Kuraokami's blessing, I will be doing my best to get impregnated while the snow God's blessing covers us."

There was a tense silence as Kiyohime's face twitched until finally the dragon snorted and said bluntly. "You are testing me... But I won't be throwing a fit, so be more mature Yuki Barriss." 

Yuki bowed her head in acceptance and said with a small smile. "Please forgive me Lady Kiyohime. I just need to make sure that as the first wife. That the ladies around my husband aren't a danger to him." 

And Kiyohime actually had a rebuttal that made Yuki flinch. "Hoh? And those Gumiho that Jake snatched up before you both got intimate, where are those on this totem block as I distinctly recall there was a girl named... What was it?" Kiyohime wondered thinking about that first fox woman that Jake had snagged and then the name clicked. "Ah yes it was Akagi... And then he proceeded to take the Fox Marbles of Akagi's whole family and make them his wives as well, so where does the Gumiho women land on the wife totem pole?" Kiyohime asked with honest curiosity while Yuki's face was expressionless.

It was clear that no matter how Jake had seduced his ladies, there was still some amount of friction between the ladies.

Back in America not even five meters away from Jake Barriss himself, Sally and Andromeda Jackson were quickly packing up their clothes as a couple of hard thumps in the other room rang out before a yell that suddenly ended with Sally shuddering.

"Mom..." Andromeda whispered as she wrapped an arm around her mother who looked at her with a weak smile even as one of her eyes darkened with the natural bruises that came from Gabe trying to play the hand drum on her face.

Sally gently hugged her daughter back as she said calmly. "It's ok Andy... I am used to it. But who is he?" She asked with true concern as the silence in the other room made her know that Gabe had likely faced a more permanent end.

And she wasn't quite sure how to feel about that honestly.

Andromeda grimaced and looked at the flimsy door separating the master bedroom from the living room and taking a breath she quickly spoke. "He said his name was Jake Barriss and he was here to escort me to a certain camp, due to how I awoke my powers... He wouldn't tell me more details apparently because the more I know, the more I will attract monsters like that devil from before." She finished with her eyes going low and her nose burned.

Deep in her heart, Andromeda blamed herself for what had happened to her mother with that devil... And knowing her mother faced more abuse at home constantly didn't help at all either.

Sally squeezed her daughter deeper into a hug as she kissed her daughter on the head as she then whispered. "The devil wasn't your fault... I just caught his eye as he came through at work." She took a breath to steady herself and then continued. "Why am I packing Andy?" She questioned seriously.

Andromeda pulled out of the hug and looked at her mother stubbornly as she said with no room to negotiate. "I made him promise to take you to a supernatural hotel so you can be safe while I go to the camp!" Seeing her mother about to clearly reject as she paused Andromeda said fiercely. "Don't! I made him promise and I need to know you are safe mom... Please?" She whispered with her crimson eyes looking into her mother's matching eyes.

Sally bit her lip, but nodded with clear worry in her mind as she finished putting the clothes and hidden away money into the suitcase and she quickly took some clothes to get changed inside the bathroom as she went to grab her toothbrush and other toiletries from the bathroom.

But as she was getting changed ear-ringing crashing noise followed by a bone-rattling roar rang out before even more crashing noises rang out that made her decrepit apartment shake down to its foundations.

Then the crashing noises escalated and with a crunching noise that same young man Jake was seemingly thrown through the brick wall and drywall that separated the living room from the bathroom.

Making Sally Jackson completely freeze in place as her underwear-covered form was bared to the now blood-covered young man who was armed with an oriental-style sword that hurt her eyes to look upon.

"Oh." Jake muttered taking in her form and her heart fluttered as the young man's eyes raked over her form and land on her ample bust before Jake stood up with a chuckle. "Excuse me Sally, I just got sucker punched, please excuse me." He said almost gentlemanly like if it wasn't for how his now standing up form pressed past her voluptuous bared form as he went back into the living room while speaking loudly. 

"Alright, Asterios let's go then!" And Sally had to hold onto the sink as an ear-ringing loud moo of a roar became a scream of pain with the apartment further shaking as several obvious blows struck the surroundings and the monster that Sally Jackson knew to be the minotaur by the name.

"Mom!" Her daughter yelled as she came to help her up a large black dog yelped in agony as it was smashed through a wall by Jake's hand and which the young man dragged said evil looking black dog's head through the wall tearing through the brick wall before the dog burst into golden smoke that made Sally realize it was a Hellhound.

Sally numbly threw on a quick summer dress and a pair of slip-on shoes... Truly getting ready faster to leave than ever before in her life while holding her daughter's hand as Jake strode into the room dominantly with his head held high even with dust and blood covering his form.

The sight made Sally feel the same tingle that Poseidon gave her before he left her with her beloved daughter.

Even as the terrible thought of. 'Oh god, he is hot too.' Hit her mind. She could see that same desire in her daughter's eyes as saw how her daughter was all but devouring the sight of the exposed cut abs that were on display due to Jake's dress shirt having been ripped open during the fight.

And all Sally could think was. 'Oh all the gods of this world... Please don't allow my daughter to have the same libido as her divine bloodline.'

'I am going to seduce Sally Jackson and put a baby in that womb.' I thought firmly as she was exactly my type in a woman which was evident in my favoring of Amagi in a lot of things. I like calm, caring, voluptuous milfs. That was my type, and I was not at all ashamed about it!

Sally Jackson loved her daughter with everything she had and was willing to put up with Gabe Ugliano to use that filthy soul to keep monsters away from her child for the more than a decade and a half that Andromeda had been alive. Such a heartful woman willing to go so far for her child was priceless in my eyes. 

To say nothing of her own beauty.

My thoughts were cut off as another wave of red dots filled my minimap as we left the Jackson apartment and my eyes went cold hearing the sounds of scales grinding up the concrete stairs leading up to the current floor.

"Stay." I ordered and then I hopped over the railing and my sense of time slowed down as I fell down at high speeds until I closed in on the floor of the origin of the sound. And as I saw a snake woman with a slathering expression I used all my falling momentum as I grabbed her hair to smash her head into the metal guard hard enough that her head exploded into golden dust as I swung to the next floor.

"Come down!" I ordered as Kusanagi filled my hands as I slowly walked ahead with my Ki flooding outwards in clear warning that I was going to kill every one of these bastards that could sense it.

But on the inside, I was thinking with some wariness. 'I can't deal with an endless tide of monsters... After all what happened to Thalia Grace and the horde that followed her group is a good indication of the desire, monsters will have for Andromeda's flesh.'
