Alex rented a warehouse at the outskirts of the city so that he can store everything there. He put up a sign with his company name 'Portal Food Supplies' after that he went and bought a used truck at 35,000 $. He took the truck to a crimson mansion and loaded Lirlan Fruits 960kgs in 2 trips and moved them to the warehouse. Lirlan fruit will stay fresh for at least 8 days before it loses its taste so it was not a problem. Now that Alex has expanded the farm, it produces 960kgs of Lirlan everyday!!. All the Lirlan had PFS Carved on them, it was a game feature where it allows players to place custom text on their products to differentiate between player made and Npc made products but Alex was going to use it to advertise his brand in real life.

Early Morning Alex drove his truck to Dash mart and met up with Mr.Eddy, The owner of Dash Mart.To discuss their new contract.

"Good Morning Mr. Eddy, How are you doing today?" Alex said as he shook Mr. Eddy's hand.

"I'm doing well Alex, How are you?" Mr. Eddy replied.

"I'm doing well, Thanks for meeting with me this morning," Alex said.

"No Problem, I've been looking over the contract and I think we can work with these terms" Mr. Eddy said as he handed the contract back to Alex.

"Great, I'm glad we could come to an agreement" Alex said as he shook Mr. Eddy's hand.

This new contract was also an exclusive one where Alex will supply Dash and its partners (Mr.Eddy's Friends) with Portal Food Supplies products. Dash mart was just one of the big supermarket in the nearby towns which has been getting popular because of Alex's Lirlan so all the supermarket owners who were friends with Mr.Eddy contacted him because Mr.Eddy can't buy all of the Lirlan that Alex produces he agreed to add these other supermarkets to the list as well.

Alex was also contacted by big chain supermarkets in the country but he ignored them to make a contract with local supermarkets. He wanted to start his own company and not become someone else's mega empire's part.

Alex delivered Lirlan to all of his clients and went home, he turned on his pc, logged on into his account and started farming, mining in game.

After 2 days of selling Lirlan, now that the fruit was being sold in more stores it became a local internet sensation overnight. Alex went online to check what people were saying about Lirlan.

Many articles about Lirlan started popping up and it became a huge sensation because many people tried it and it actually did what it advertised. The sales just skyrocketed in all the exclusive stores that sell Lirlan. Alex changed the price again because it had a high demand now no one was going say anything if it had a high price now Alex sold Lirlan at 1kg/9$ while Dash and other partners sold it for 12$ or 15$ tax inculed.

People started buying Lirlan like crazy, news of its effects spread like wildfire. People from different cities started coming to Newriver town to buy Lirlan from Dash Mart. When the popularity was high Alex told Mr.Eddy about Meoper fruit another fruit with same effects which of course he agreed to buy, Alex again signed an exclusive contract.

Alex sold Meoper at the cost of 19$ per kg, he was producing 480kgs of it a day just like how Lirlan was before expanding its farm.

In just one day 9,220$ by selling both fruits to Dash Mart (and nearby stores) of course Meoper didn't get sold that much in the Dash Mart because it was not that popular yet but once people start to recognise it as a Portal Food Supplies product and its effects its sales will skyrocket!!

Alex didn't spend too much money even though he had it because he wanted to buy the Crimson mansion first so that he can keep the portal a secret but Alex knew it would take a long time if he didn't do anything. Alex thought of taking a business loan, now that he has a good history with his business he should be eligible for one right?.

At the bank call Recorp near Alex's house

Alex went to meet wit the Bank Manager to talk about loan.

Alex: Hi, I was wondering if I could take out a business loan?

Bank manager: Sure, how much did you need?

Alex: Probably around $300,000

Bank manager: Let me check your history with us and see if you're eligible.

After 20 minutes the Bank manager said : Well, it looks like you have some personal loans with private lenders but you do have a good history with us, so I think we can approve a loan for you for $300,000.

After the bank manager explains the process, Alex will need to sign some paperwork and then the loan will be processed. The money will then be deposited into Alex's account in a few days. It was a good thing that Alex turned 18 recently or all this legal process would have been a hassle.

After the bank Alex went to the real estate with whom he talked about the mansion. He knew it was 300,000 because it was listed online at that price and he already had a chat with the agent online about it.

Real estate agent: The mansion is very old and it will require a lot of work to fix it up.

Alex: I don't mind doing the work. I just really want to buy the mansion.

Real estate agent: I think you should reconsider. The cost of fixing it up could be very expensive. Alex: I'm still interested. I'll just have to cover the cost of repairs.

Real estate agent: I'll show you some other properties that might be a better fit for you.

Alex: No, thank you. I've made up my mind. I want to buy the mansion

The conversation ended with the real estate agent trying to convince Alex to buy a different property, but Alex is adamant about buying the mansion.
