Raka's confusion

Raka walked back and forth in his room both hands clenched and then turned his back after releasing his head.

Raka really thought about what Adit said, the only brother who really understood him.

"What should I do? I don't want you to be owned by someone else, Khana. But on the other hand, I'm also afraid that you will be angry with me." Raka muttered then rubbed his face roughly.

"What should I do…. What??" He sat on the edge of the bed, looking down.

"Hey how long are you going to stay in your room? Did you know you have a visit today at the hospital where Khana works, don't be a coward by not daring to tell Khana your true self." Said Adit, who knows when he came back to Raka's room.

"Actually I was afraid if Khana was angry with me, because I went without telling her and also not saying goodbye to her." Raka said with a tone full of regret.

"No, you don't have to doubt about it, Khana has the right to be angry, who are you to come and go as you please, as if Khana is a port you can come to and then leave at will."

"Meet him. Tell him you love him." Adit sat on the other side of the bed.

"No, do you remember what Grandpa said that time?"

"About what? If Khana would be in danger with you? And you believe that?"

"You mean you don't trust Grandpa?"

"Raka, we don't know what really happened until Grandpa says it."

"Then why don't you ask, Adit?"

Adit took a deep breath, "You know my status in this family, can I ask Grandpa that question?"

Raka turned to his brother, Adit was the stepdaughter of his uncle, although he never differentiated but apparently Adit knew enough about his status.

"Grandfather never distinguished you from me, Dit."

Adit turned his head and smiled, "I know, but I have to know who I am, and also I have to be polite to them."

"Raka, you don't worry, no matter what happens we will remain brothers forever. I won't leave you, unless you don't need me anymore." Adit said making Raka then approached Adit and hugged his brother.

"You're a brother and the best friend I have, how can I not need you. Never leave me even if it was me who told me to, I'm sure at that time I was emotional and didn't understand what I really felt."

"Yes, we will always be the same, Raka. Then now do you want to go to the hospital, attend regular meetings with employees?"

Raka let go of Adit's arms, then sat down beside Adit languidly.

"No. Let me watch over him from afar, I don't want anything to happen to him."

Again Adit was only able to take a deep breath, then nodded in agreement to what his cousin wanted.

"Okay, let Anton come, if you don't come then I can't come." Aditi replied.

"What about our company in Medan?" Ask Raka

"Everything is going well, you should review our company in Riau."

"So what?"

"Yesterday there was a problem because the cement supply arrived very late so that the project workers were having problems with their work."

"How did it happen?"

"I don't know, I'm looking into it. Looks like someone is cheating, or maybe someone is being mean to us."

Raka nodded, "Could be, you should really investigate it."

"Okay, I'll call Anton first."

Raka was silent just staring at Adit who came out of his room. Raka rarely appears in any office, he only asks Adit and Anton to represent him in various meetings, except for meetings with clients who really need his arrival specifically.

Not without reason He did that. All because of Khana, the mystery that surrounds the problems between the Khana Family and his own family. Khana's father was found dead along with his parents, several years ago. This is also the reason why Raka continues to hide his identity.

Adit went back into Raka's room, in his hand he carried a laptop and some files and then sat on the sofa followed by Raka.

"We'll just watch the event at the hospital, who knows you can release the longing for Khana even if you just look at her face." Adit said with a small smile looking at his cousin.

Raka took a deep breath, then looked at the laptop that had just been turned on by Adit. The current situation in the hospital emerged. an annual event that is often held by hospital management by presenting high-ranking hospital officials as well as owners and investors. Although always without Raka and Adit, only Anton the loyal assistant came to represent the two.

"Are they new staff? I just saw them?" Asked Raka watching every face that had just come into the meeting room.

Adit followed Raka's gaze on the laptop and nodded, "Yes, including Khana. He is one of the new doctors and excels in our hospital, as well as the previous hospital." Aditi said.

Raka was silent and his face turned cheap when he saw Khana's presence in the meeting room with a handsome young doctor. Khana's face, which looks fresh and happy when talking to colleagues, suddenly makes Raka jealous to death.

Adit who noticed the change in Raka's face only giggled a little.

"Are you jealous? Feel that how you will feel every day if you delay your meeting with Khana too long?" Aditi said.

Raka turned to Adit who was still covering his mouth, "Are you laughing at me?" Ask Raka.

"Your cowardice deserves to be laughed at, you guys can backstreet behind grandpa and everyone else, why don't you try it?" Ask Adit again.

"What if what Grandpa said was all true if I could harm Khana? I will regret it for the rest of my life if that happens."

"Adit, do you think Khana will receive love from that man if the man really loves Khana?" Ask Raka.

"Maybe, Khana is single why not? The man is handsome and if I'm not mistaken he is a surgeon at the hospital."

"Does Khana love me?"

"Perhaps, if you don't try, how will he love you, how will he know if you love him?"

Raka was silent, his eyes stared at Khana's face who was still faithfully chatting with the man who turned out to be a surgeon at the hospital.

"I'm going to meet Khana." Raka's words made Adit surprised but then smiled and nodded.
