Rexana couldn't control the shaking of her knees, as much as she was amazed by the elegance of the decoration, she was also a bit scared by the fact that everyone's eyes were on her.
She and Daerin had to walk on a red carpet going to a platform where there was a table and chair decorated like it was a throne for a king and queen. She couldn't help but notice the cake on the table that was half as tall as her. She remembered her wishing to taste those.
Part of her was sad that her parents didn't join them. They aren't comfortable knowing that Daerin's parents were not happy about the wedding. However, they welcome them like royalty.
"Daerin, I wasn't expecting that there's a party after the wedding," Rexana muttered. If she only could, she just wanted to cover her face all the time. She wasn't familiar with the visitors and she didn't like the way they were looking at her.
If not raised an eyebrow at her some exchanged a dry and sour laugh.
