It was worth it.

Next morning, many adventurers were ready to fight for Kuria but unfortunately for them, the tournament didn't started. They protested but of course commoners can't win against high ranking nobles.

I opened my eyes on my bed. Aqua was laying on my chest. Our naked body's were covered with a white cloth. Last night was quite intense.

Aqua almost fainted due to exhaustion after our night session, so i let her sleep for for some more. When I told Aqua about Kasia last night, she accepted it but dominated me last night.

I walked out of the room after wearing my clothes. Now I had to conquer Kasia.

I walked out of the inn, on the streets till I reached the arena of Duke kurail.

Huge crowds of adventurers were beating the gate in frustration. I don't like any crowds so I just teleported them away.

At the gate, a guard looked at me and then looked at a paper in his hand.

"Excuse me, are you the person in this photo?" he said respectfully while showing me the paper with my photo on it. So this is how Kasia prepared to let me fight after.

I nodded and the guard let me in. I was led to the arena by the guard.

At the centre of the ground, was standing a dark blond haired lady. With her hand resting on her sword. She looked at me and smiled happily.

A guard passed me a sword. This sword was a light weighted iron sword yet it was quite strong. I lifted the sword up in my right hand and pointed it towards Kasia. "It's time for me to conquer you again, dear Kasia"

She also unsheathed her sword and pointed it towards me. "I was waiting for the same." She replied.

*Whoosh*

We both vanished from our former position and instantly our swords were crossed at the center.

"You are quite strong" she complimented

"So are you." I replied to her compliment.

We again vanished and appeared far away at the corners of the ground. We both smirked at each other.

I moved my right leg forward and when it stepped on the ground, I was replaced by five afterimages that attacked Kasia from five different direction. She jumped high above, and activated her sword energy. Her sword energy changed the colour of sky to purple and many purple swords of energy started to fall from the sky towards me.

I dodged every sword by just a millimetre elegantly. While I was busy dodging her sword energy, she landed from the sky directly above me and her sword charged with sword energy, aimed at my head.

I quickly lifted my sword above to stop her attack. She jumped back.

After dust settled a little, we but looked at eack other. She was sweating now and I was also not so different. In fact, a sword energy just slashed past my hand resulting in my shirt being torn open and a small scratch on my hand.

We both now understood each other's fighting style and power.

Now the real match starts.

*Whoosh* *clang*

Our swords collided again. I instantly moved my sword from her blade towards her arm. But she let her sword fall toward my neck. To counter her sword, i had to change from attacking to defencive and divert her sword.

I again tried to slash, this time at her legs to disturb her balance. But she elegantly jumped and stepped on my sword. By rotating her body, now she was behind me with her sword moving towards my neck.

I twisted my sword and blocked her sword. I turned around and thrusted my sword towards her abdomen. She twisted her waist and let my sword pass beside her and used her sword to divert my sword.

We both started to block and attack each other constantly. Our speed kept increasing with every clash. Soon our sword speed broke the sound barrier.

Large shockwaves started to travel all around the arena.

We soon reached at the level of near the speed of light. Our exchanges were getting faster and faster. Audience seats in the arena started to break down just by a clash of our sword.

She was reaching her limit so she unleashed her strongest and final attack.

She activated all of her combat skill at once. The sky completely darkened. Her sword started to shine. She jumped back and lifted up her sword. Her sword got covered with energy and the energy formed a sword reaching to the sky." If you can take it on and survive, you will win" she said and slashed her sword down at me.

I also unleashed my last attack. My sword glowed brightly and moved started to crack a bit. When her energy sword was just above me, did i stepped forward. I disappeared and...

*Boom*

All the energy of her sword spread out, completely turning a royal arena to rubbles. I was just in front of Kasia. Her sword had shattered to half and my sword,which was also almost broken, was just beside her neck. Our body were pressed together. My arm was around her waist and our face extremely close.

"I win. Now you are mine." I said and she just have a warm smile.

I moved my lips close to hers and she closed her eyes. Our lips slowly met.

At the same time, some kids were playing with firecrackers. They accidentally fired it. It rushed above and bursted in the sky, creating a shape of heart in the sky.

Kasia and i kissed slowly as the firecracker with heart shape bursted above us. Our kiss was neither a deep one nor a small peck. But with that kiss we both can clearly feel each other's love and passion and it was too deep.

We were exhausted after our fight but one thing was felt by both of us....

"It was all worth it.❤️"
