I walked inside a hall. The hall was filled with many nobles. The big fat dumpling king was sitting on the throne. I bowed to him like a noble bows to the king.

He was happy with my manners and started his speech. "Hero, we have summoned you. You will have to defeat the demon king for us. Train with Alex and then form your hero party."

"I am grateful for recieving the honour of being a hero and slaying the demon king by your majesty" i continued the play.

" Hero, I am impressed by your manners. For impressing me I will bestow upon you 10,000 gold coins for your expenses."

"I am thankful for your blessings, your majesty. I, with all my power will keep my first priority your kingdom. And with all due respect I would like to tell you that I have already won against sir Alex."

I walked away with a bag of gold coins and leaving in the hall, dropped jaws of all nobles.

Outside the castle, I was being followed by Lanuval. Outside I checked my status.

I was thinking of whether to save Sylvia or not. Originally i absolutely disliked her nature but in reality how would she be?

I went to the auction and i easily got the entry by creating a hill of gold for them. I am not exactly some good hero so I don't have a reason to go against some auction.

Soon the auction started and i buyed porter a . Next was the elf, Sylvia's teacher.

She was a level 800 so why not?

"I bid 100 million gold" i said instantly.

Silence....nobody dare to bid anymore.

According to normal timeline, Sylvia should have attacked before she was sold due to time taken in bidding. But now there was still 10 minutes for Sylvia to come forward.

Elf teacher opened her aqua eyes and looked at me. She instantly bowed to me and said " Master, thank you" tears started to roll down her eyes.

I lifted her up. Her face showed all her expressions. I gave her a bright smile which resulted in a blushing face from her.

Sylvia finally came in.

"Everybody surrender." She screamed. Fire started to spread all around.

I sat back on the chair of my VIP room and said, " Take care of your disciple however you like"

Listening to my words, elf teacher rushed to Sylvia. Wherever she walked through, spirits stopped causing mayhem and followed her.

Seeing her teacher, Sylvia screamed out, "Teacher?! You are free!! Quickly let's rush away. I have come to rescue you from these filthy humans."

"Stop there Sylvia."

"What are you saying teacher?! These humans will trap you again."

At this moment, all the worker of black market started to attack elfs.

Elf teacher released her divinity. All humans and elfs fell on their knees and greeted " Holy one."

Sylvia also stopped and Elf teacher instantly moved and grabbed her in air and disappeared.

Inside the room, Elf teacher dropped Sylvia on her butt and bowed to me " Master, it is finished"

I nodded and looked at Sylvia. She was not as beautiful as I thought. She was just like your everyday elf. I didn't have any need for her.

"Take her back to elf kingdom and then meet me at mermaid lake in two days." I ordered.

"Yes master" she replied.

"Also what is your real name." I asked.

"It- it's Velshia Matretor 3" she replied.

"Ok then I will be counting on you, Velshia" i said witha smile.

She blushed heavily and instantly disappeared with Sylvia.

"Let's go lanuval"

"Yes!" She replied cheerfully. In manhus, lanuval was talkative and irritating but now she is observing and cheerful girl. I just can't seem to hate her.

We walked out of the black market and we hired a carriage to travel to mermaid lake.

Lanuval proposed to go through teleportation but I rather choose to slowly enjoy our trip. Road trips are really nice.

I also healed Porter a and now he is our driver.

Soon 2 days passed. And we finally reached the river of sad songs, the mermaid lake.
