I was in the locker room changing into my dance clothes at the end of school the following day. As soon as I was finished, I walked into the dance room, where everyone was gathered.
Ms. Wilson, who was at the front of the room, turned to me as I entered. "Jessica, are you doing okay with your routines?" She asked me.
"Yes." I replied.
"Good to hear. If you need any help, you can come to me, alright?" She offered.
"Okay, Ms. Wilson. Thanks." I nodded. The other students in the class pitched in and offered their help as well. I thanked all of them and then class began.
By the time class was over and I had showered, it was 4:30pm. I went to my gym locker to put away my bag. I didn't want to go home with it today, especially since I didn't drive. I wasn't in the mood to drive today and plus, the breeze felt nice, so I walked this morning.
