In their last encounter at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea had easily defeated Tottenham. As the current No. 3 in the Premier League, Tottenham was eager to prove themselves. They boasted top stars like Harry Kane, the Premier League's leading scorer, Dele Alli, and Son Heung-min, among others.

Playing at their own White Hart Lane, Tottenham intended to make a strong statement.

White Hart Lane was known for its passionate atmosphere, and Su Luo felt the intensity of the Tottenham fans' welcome. As soon as Su Luo took the field, he was met with a barrage of boos. The front-row fans' taunts were particularly harsh, with numerous expletives directed at him.

In the LeTV Sports studio, commentators Zhan Jun and Zhang Lu were on air.

"Chelsea faces a tough match at White Hart Lane today," Zhan Jun began. "Tottenham has been in excellent form with five consecutive wins."

"Tottenham's home record is strong. They've remained unbeaten in their last two home matches against Chelsea, with one win and one draw," Zhang Lu added.

"This season, they've achieved an unbeaten record at home with 7 wins and 2 draws. No team has yet managed to win at White Hart Lane," Zhan Jun continued.

"Chelsea's firepower is impressive, but Tottenham has also been scoring heavily, with 8 goals in their last two games," Zhang Lu remarked. "It's a clash of two of the Premier League's best attacking teams."

To give his players some rest, Conte made several changes to the lineup. Lukaku, Kanté, and Rudiger were on the bench, while Gary Cahill, Matic, and Pedro started. Su Luo was positioned as the main striker, with Fabregas organizing play in the midfield, and Ajar and Pedro providing support from the flanks.

In the first half, both teams played cautiously. Tottenham, aiming to exploit quick counterattacks, were wary of Chelsea's counterplay. The match resembled a duel between two master strategists, each testing the other before striking decisively.

In the 18th minute, with Chelsea pressing high, Tottenham's Son Heung-min dropped back to receive the ball. He quickly turned and advanced, presenting a significant threat. Pedro, unable to allow him a clear path, grabbed Son's jersey and pulled him down.

Referee Chris Webber issued a yellow card to Pedro. Pedro protested, feeling the card was unfair.

Captain Azpilicueta intervened, pulling Pedro away to avoid further complications with the referee.

Just three minutes later, Tottenham launched a sudden attack. Kane and Matic contested a header, and Matic made a suspected elbow movement. Webber awarded another yellow card to a Chelsea player.

Conte, frustrated by the referee's decisions, felt concerned. The referee seemed to be stricter on Chelsea, while Tottenham's fouls went unpunished.

"Hey! What's the basis for these decisions? This is too much!" Conte complained.

The fourth official warned Conte sternly, "Watch your language, or you'll be sent to the stands."

During this period, Tottenham kept pressing, causing Chelsea significant problems. Assists from Kyle Walker and Danny Rose put Chelsea under constant pressure.

In the 35th minute of the first half, Walker sent a cross into the Chelsea penalty area. Kane feigned a move to draw David Luiz away, allowing Dele Alli to make a run.

Gary Cahill missed the mark, and Alli headed the ball into the net. Courtois dove but couldn't reach it in time.

"Oh, what a strike from Tottenham! Dele Alli has given them the lead!" Sky Sports commentator Martin Taylor exclaimed, clearly excited.

With Tottenham scoring first, the game had become even more intriguing.
