In front of me is the corpse of a man, which I find not so pleasing to the eye. The ground where his body was discovered has turned red.

A middle-aged woman standing beside me suddenly moved, stumbling on her feet.

She accidentally nudged my shoulder.

"Sorry," she apologized.

I smiled awkwardly.

"It's okay."

It quickly left its position. I followed the woman's gaze for a moment, her face showing the disappointment of seeing the corpse.

It is also obvious that it will vomit.

I guess she'll head to the washroom to throw up.

I didn't notice if Lily was still following me. I didn't get to look around for the four of them.

Someone on my left side of the crowd said, "Poor thing, who doesn't have the heart to do that to him?"

"Can I ask something?"I asked. He nodded immediately while his eyes were still on the man's corpse.

"What happened?, I mean." I said.

She cut me off.

"The body was found a while ago, just a few minutes ago. If no guests had passed by in this part, the body might not have been found yet."

"Look at the body. It's not yet clear who did it. The problem is that the camera doesn't get much of this part. I heard it was just a picture of the man falling from a corner. If you approach, you can see it is a big wound on the chest, but don't dare look closer." She added

I nodded. Is that so? Okay, thank you. "

She smiled at me and looked back at the corpse before turning around and leaving.

I remained staring at the corpse in front of me.

I was about to vomit, so I hurriedly looked for my companions. I spotted Lily just behind me, while the other three were nowhere to be seen.

"Miss Aya, come, let's go back to those three." I can't stand it and I'm almost angry because of what I saw." Lily dragged me away from the crowd.

We came across three fellows whose faces could not be painted.

I felt sorry for them because it was obvious that there were only a few of them and that they were going to vomit.Instead of interfering, I invited them to join me for a snack.

We only bought a cup of milk tea each and decided to go back to our rooms right after we took our orders.

I even volunteered to treat them, but they declined.

Upon entering my room, I immediately changed my clothes. My top was soaked with my own sweat. I put on a pair of Shein high-waist shorts and a paw-printed off-shoulder top.

I was beyond curious about the corpse a while ago, but I dismissed my thoughts and just finished my milk tea.

Unbeknownst to me, I had fallen asleep after finishing my drink. It also took a few hours, and I just woke up because of the ringing of my cellphone.
