While helping in the kitchen a girl walked up to me. She had long blonde hair blue eyes. She looked like a scared deer. "sweetheart I don't bite whats on your mind." I said cleaning some hurbs. "Your son Aaron....um....."She said blushing struggling to find the word to speak. I placed my hands on my hips. "What he do now? Honestly that boy not even here a week and causing truble." I said jokingly. She relaxed seeing me joke with her. "Can you tell me what he likes? Food wise I mean I just don't want to upset him." Oh I see whats going on poor thing. "He likes roasted herb chicken. Don't make the chicken dry he can't stand dry chicken. You can make any vegetable he like them anyway." I said she nods listening to me. "Thank you Miss I hope I don't mess it up." It was cute seeing how shy she was. "Call Iris I'm not my mom no need to call me miss." I said before going back to my work. The girl ran off I imagine to gain his favor. I guess its true girls are always the same. "I saw what you did missy. I find it a mighty kind gesture. That was my granddaughter Leary and I take it she took a shine to your boy." Mrs.Fitz said next to me. I nod smiling "It almost reminded me a bit of myself." I laughed finding it amusing. " Leary's father doesn't like her talking to boys. I hope its not to much to ask you chaperone the thing." what was she asking for me to spy on them...."Sure no problem." I said wishing I had a camera.
