The zombies

Apparently the city and its citizens didn't even have to do anything to deal with the demon... The slimes from the village ate him whole because the felt that he was a danger to the city...

I'm valve, my profession is witch hunter this is ezkill, he has the monster hunter profession. And then over there is our friend luke yodavader the inventor."

He's a bit cheery, the monster hunter smiled at me, while the inventor was just trying to make mods on his gun. Valve asked "may i ask who you are?"

I answered "name's nythe, profession... Witcher" he looked at me holding his laugh and said "there's no such thing!" then i replied "and so are witch hunters, and here we are!"

He just chuckled, he didn't seem to get angry one bit what a good kid... I feel old after saying that to someone my age... The mayor walked towards us.

He said "i don't care who came first, but the person who brings the head of the beast gets the reward!"

We agreed to split the reward, thankfully i have done similar quests before! What's more is that i memorised all 73096 creatures...

We walked towards the house that was affected then i questioned the neighbours, but sadly... They heard or saw nothing...

Then i examined the table "the monster stole the meat from the table... Ate it but it wasn't enough, he tried to hold back but couldn't stop killing him."

Then i spotted a faint footprint path then i said "look, tracks." then everyone looked at it, i smelled it and tasted it and said "fresh, 2-5 hours ago. Humanoid, 5'5 feet tall, and... Rotten..."

Well it seems its the legendary zombie, we followed the tracks and it led to a cave, we entered the cave but suddenly... The footprints stopped... Looking at it closely its deeper by 0.5 millimeters...

Then i shouted out" its a trap! Backtraced!" then suddenly 3 zombies blocked the entrance of the cave, 2 man, and 1 woman.

It seems the one who was killed was the woman... They planned to breed... The inventor smiled and said "these are just zombies... Watch... And learn!"

He took out his gun and did 3 quickshots aimed for their heads but... They all caught the bullets. He backed away and asked us "anyone got a spare weapon?"

I tossed him a spear head and he said "great!" the zombies charged and penetrated through his chest, then they all charged at us. Making it a 3v3.

The one that charged at me kept lying low, i used my sword and fling mud at it from the ground.

It also blocked my view and when everything was clear i could feel a gust behind me, i grabbed my sword with two hands and swung it behind me.

Sure enough he was aiming for the kill, in that moment he managed to barely dodge my attack,

But at the cost of an unusable arm, its bones are dislocated, for now. I lunged towards him and he changed the trajectory of my lunge.

The two zombies growled loudly and the female zombie charged first, i swung my chains towards her but she caught it.

Using this opportunity the other zombie charged at me, one hand ready to pierce my throat, the other to block my sword.

I swung my sword at it but it ducked, it was aiming for my stomach, i used the chains to grab his arm before he could hit me.

Then i kicked him, and because his arm was stuck in my chains, he lost it. But at the cost of my right arm, he hit my nerves and blood vessels.

I can't feel my right arm, i think my vessels and nerves will regenerate in 3 minutes. At that time i need to kill the male one... The female one looks like its about to evolve...
