Meatballs or Sausages?

I had this feeling in my heart, that told me not to give up. But it was not strong enough, If I knew there was even a glimpse of hope for her, I would never try to let it go. But I know that this decision is in her hands, she is the one who chooses what to do with it.

As I read this book, my mind concentrated on something completely different. I guess life had taken a toll on me. I had my girls, gosh, I even had Kade. What more could I ask for, why am I still not happy?

Is it greed? Am I not rich enough for my liking? Am I still that little girl I was 3 years ago? Will god ever forgive me for my sins? If so, why hasn't he?

All these questions all at once, made my head feel like it was about to explode. "Hey, are you okay?" Just then I woke up from my stupor.

I lift my head up and meet Kades eyes, I took a look at him. He looked sleepy, as if he hadn't slept all night. 'I must've kept him awake last night'

"Yes Kade, I'm perfectly fine." I quickly jumped up, I grabbed my book and ran to the library. There I quickly put my book away. I then walked back into the Living Room, "Do you need something?" Mira said it with an indifferent face.

"I would like some breakfast" Kaden smiled as he watched her stare at him with no emotion in her eyes. "Make it yourself." Then Mira walked away, into the direction of the twins bedroom.

In the Twins room Mira walked to the chair right next to the bed where the 2 girls were sleeping. She picked up one of the toys left on the ground. It was a little Giraffe, Lizzies favorite animal.

I watched as the girls slept soundly, unaware of everything that's happening around them. They didn't know about the troubles they would face in this world, and they shouldn't at least not at this age.

Suddenly Lizzie's eyes fluttered open, I guess she felt my gaze on her. "Mommy" Lexie looked at Mira with her big green eyes and long eyelashes.

"Yes, Darling??" Mira stared at her daughter with a smile on her face. "Giff" Lizzie was barely awake as she rubbed her eyes with her hands. She gave me her hands as if signaling for me to give her something. I gave her the Giraffe in my hand, and soon I picked her up and we walked out of the room together.

Kaden was still in the Kitchen trying to not worry about Mira. It had been an hour since Mira had gone into the twins room, and she was still not out.

Kaden then just decided to start cooking. He walked into the Kitchen, he took out all the pots and pans necessary to cook this mean. He was going to make spaghetti, he'll make some with sauce and some without, since he didn't necessarily know what the girls liked.

As he started boiling the water, and adding noodles to the boiled water, he heard a door open, and soon footsteps could be heard approaching the kitchen.

'Seems like She Finally Left The Room' Then Mira appeared in his sight, and in Miras arms was a beautiful little Sleeping Beauty. He assumed Lizzie had woken up while she was in the room and so Mira had decided to take her along.

"What are you making?" Mira asked, she turned to Kaden, expecting an answer. "Spaghetti, I'm contemplating if I should add meatballs or sausages, What do You Think?"
