"Does your mother know about the time when you, Rowan, and I fought the dragon?" Athena asked.
"No, she doesn't," Felix sighed. Then Miss Nightshade added, "She thinks Felix is still at a regular school with free dorms. So, to answer all your questions about whether Felix's mother knows, the answer is no."
"And I think this is enough information, Miss Nightshade, Mr. Flameheart, and Mr. Ravenwood. It's time for you all to go," she said, casting a spell that made them disappear.
"Damn, dude," Rowan said.
"Lucian really looked angry," Athena added.
"I agree," Felix said.
While the three of them were heading to Rowan and Felix's dorm, Athena suddenly screamed, "Guys! We forgot about MNP!"
Felix and Rowan both looked at her, confused. "Huh? What is MNP?" they asked.
Athena sighed, "Ugh, MNP stands for Monster Plan."
"Oh yeah," Rowan said.
"But it's not midnight yet! We have to prepare," Felix exclaimed.
"Yeah, I hope we don't see the Three Rovers," Athena added.
Felix and Rowan both screamed, "Huh?!"
"What you guys don't know about the 3 Rovers!" Athena screamed, grabbing Rowan and Felix by the arms and running to their dorms, slamming the door shut behind them. "The 3 Rovers," Athena began to tell Thorn, Slate, and Flint, "they are the knights of the night. In the night, they watch over the town. In the day, we see broken stuff and trouble, and then we see a spray that says '3R.' The 3 Rovers are the most dangerous trio around." "Luminae Realm"
Thorn, the strong one; Slate, the strategist, but don't let him fool you—he's as sneaky as a snake. And then there's Flint. We don't actually know much about Flint, but they're all part of the 3V, where V stands for Villain.
Everyone seems to be crushing on Flint, but Flint makes it clear he's not interested. Just yesterday, he painted a wall with a message: "Don't search anyone." I think I heard some of the girls crying afterwards.
"And then Rowan said, 'It's almost midnight,'" Athena continued. "Yeah, it's time for MNP—Monster Plan," she added. "They heard the professors talk. The 3V are not in on this time. Okay, we can get going."
Felix, Rowan, and Athena followed them, trailing behind. But then they stumbled upon a secret cave. Venturing inside, someone attacked them, and they collapsed.
When Felix half-awakened, he heard a voice saying, "What are we gonna do about them?"
"I don't f***ing know, Thorn! Do I look like someone who knows much about society? Shut up, Flate!" Thorn screamed.
"You both shut up and calm down," Flint interjected.
"Is easier to say than done, Flint!" Thorn screamed back.
As Felix woke up, he screamed, "Where am I? What are you going to do to me? What is happening?!"
"Well, you guys walked into our cave!" Flate screamed. Then Athena and Rowan woke up, and Athena screamed, "Where am I? Who are you guys? Where are Felix and Rowan?"
"And then Rowan screamed, 'Felix, Athena, where are you guys?'" Then Flint shouted, "Can't you all stop screaming, damn it!" He took the blindfolds off. "Well, you guys walked into our cave, like Flate said, and you should have known the consequences."
When he was done, they heard a bang. Thorn rushed to see what was outside, and he saw a monster with three eyes.
"And Flint went also to look at what it was," then he said, "A Triclops." They didn't know what he was talking about; even Athena was clueless. But yeah, you can't see that much from outside if you are kidnapped and are wrapped in magic ropes.
"Well, not exactly kidnapped, since they walked in here, so it's their own fault," Athena thought to herself. Then Flint started talking again.
"A Triclops, a dragon with three eyes attacking innocent people," Flint explained. "People who think they know what's best for their jobs or country. People who don't understand the consequences of waking up a dragon. People who have no clue what a Triclops can do."
"You know, sometimes people can be really stupid," Flint said. "But then, a Triclops is a monster who attacks people who try to steal their magic stones or attack them because they have a history with people they might know. Who knows? What it does, it's a dangerous monster."
Thorn shouted, "Don't we have to do something about it instead of talking?"
"Oh yeah," Flint said, and he searched for his wand. Then he said, "Freedom Weave," and Felix, Athena, and Rowan were free of the ropes.
But when they wanted to leave, Flate said, "Wait," and then he took out his wand and said, "Guardian Lock," sealing the cave shut.
As they ran and finally saw the monster, each professor had their wand out, casting spells to stop it. When Flint looked into the monster's eyes, he said in his head, "Mother, I will save you. Trust me, I won't leave you like this."
The professors were still fighting when Flint suddenly shouted, "STOP!" The teachers looked shocked and turned to look behind them. "The 3V," one of them muttered.
Flint approached cautiously as the dragon began to hover slightly. Drawing closer, he stopped and said, "Mother, I have something that would help you return to normal." But his mother, trapped in magic, couldn't hear him. "Mother, listen to me!" he cried out.
His mother spat fire, and Flint collapsed to the ground, blood staining the earth as he fainted.
Thorn and Flate rushed to him, tears streaming down their faces. Thorn screamed, "No!" while Flate stood frozen, tears flowing freely. He didn't understand what had happened.
Professor Nightshade stepped forward and said, "Transit Traverse." Thorn, still crying, yelled, "What did you do to him?"
"Don't worry," Professor Nightshade replied calmly, "he is now with a healer from our school. It's better if you guys also come. I'll find a room for you." Flate tried to wipe away his tears, his emotions overwhelming him.
When they arrived at the school, a professor began to announce something, but she stopped abruptly when she saw them. Her gaze lingered on Flate, who was crying, and she asked, "What happened?"
Professor Nightshade stepped forward onto the stage and said, "There were some things, but we want you guys to know that everything is under control." Flate remained frozen, still wiping his tears. Felix could only look on in shock, taking in the gravity of the situation.
