C8 - A Painful Memory

A shadowy figure appeared out of nowhere saying...

"Can we have a talk?", the shadowy figure asks.

As his silhouette moves closer the darkness enveloping him began to disappear and it revealed a depressed version of Kayle's bestfriend.

"Y-You? sorry I have never really caught your name before anyways what are you doing over there? If you're looking for Kayle he is inside we just finished our date.", she says without hearing what he has to say.

"Uh It's Raya anyways before we go in can I have a quick chat with you?", he asks.

"Yeah sure I mean Kayle is still cleaning up so why not? what is it about?", she smiles.

"Yeah well it's about Kay and what happened to his past...you see he was not always the Cold Prince or whatever he was actually a passionate young boy, I would know since I am his childhood friend and all but as to every coldness there is a reason.", he proclaims.

"W-What happened? let me guess he fell in love and got rejected very badly or something? If it's just that I can totally cure him!", she guesses according to the amount of romance thing she has read.

"Uh I wish it was that...It was bullying.", he says whilst teary eyed.

"H-How could bullying make you don't know the feeling of love?", she says obliviously.

"You see he was adopted from an abusive family where there was no warmth only the cold, he was so traumatized as a child that when he got rescued from that hell hole he decided to tried his best at forgetting all about it and he succeeded. So please every single one of you do your best to bury all those things and teach him what proper love is! please.", Raya on the verge of tears.

"I-I had no idea and here I thought it was cool, I-I'm a terrible person. Do not worry I am completely in love with Kayle of course I'll make him feel all the love in the world!", she says passionately.

"I see, thank you.", Raya smiles.

"Btw how did you know all this?", she asks suspicious of Raya.

"His adopted parents told me since I was the first friend that Kayle has made.", he gently smiles.

As their conversation ends, the door opened.

"Hey you guys, I've cleaned up everything let us go!", Kayle says with a smile.

Seeing Kayle and remembering what Raya has told her she could not stop herself from hugging Kayle and making him feel...warm.

"E-Eli? What happened?", he says with a flustered face.

"Did you feel it? My warmth?", she says with the warmest smile.

"Y-Yes, I-It feels very...nice.", he says with a tear flowing down his face. "I-I'm sorry I really don't know why I teared up", he says with an embarrassed face.

( Damn it I can not let him remember those wretched memories of his ) "It might just because of the cleaning supplies you've used!", she says trying to make him forget. "Anyways I'm glad that you were able to feel it.", she says very passionately.

"I guess you're right. Anyways come on in!", he says.

"Btw how did you know Raya was here?", she asked suspicious of the situation.

"Well he asked me if he could stalk us or something so I said yes.", he says clueless of the situation his bestfriend was about to be in.

"Oh he asked that huh?!", she says with a calm and frightening expression.

Raya was then beaten to a pulp by a young lady called Elisa, what will the reaction of the other two girls be when they hear about it on Monday?
