Grinding

The next morning I wake up and go to the dining room to have some breakfast. While waiting for Emiya to finish cooking the food, I check my phone and see the Saber War Event detail. The Saber War event is not too different from the event in the game. For example, the main event has the same enemy except it was a shadow servant and not the real servant from the game, so I don't need to worry about the annoying cutscene.

The saber war event also has the reward system just like in the game. I can get a reward by collecting an Artorium point from the monster drop. The event also has the same number of quests, just like the game. The event has four events, which are the main quest, the free quest, the daily quest, and the bonus quest. The daily and bonus quest can be cleared once, just like in the game, but the difference is I can clear the Daily quest at once no need to wait for a certain date.

The main and free quest can be cleared multiple times and anytime I want during the time of the event. I then see the list of the event and quickly realize that every one of them didn't need any AP from every stage. So basically, I can farm indefinitely without any worry of running out of AP.

I then press the event, and a second later, it shows that I need to bring Lily with me as my party member. I also can bring another five servants as my party member when I do the event, but which servant should I bring first? hmmm…

As I think about the servant that I should bring, Emiya comes to the table and snaps me from my thoughts by bringing the food to the table. I then look at the table where all my servants are already in the dining room, ready to have breakfast. It Looked like I was too busy thinking about the upcoming grinding and not paying attention to my surroundings.

We eat the food that Emiya makes, and after a few minutes of relaxing (or cleaning the dishes for Emiya), I then get up and say.

"Alright, guys, It's time to do some training."

"Finally, Do you need to kill the slime-like monster from before master?"

I look at Lancer before shaking my head.

"No, this is different. This time we will be facing a shadow servant, but unlike before, this servant has more HP than before and has the same stats as the original servant."

"Does the shadow servant have a noble phantasm?"

"Yes, that's why this will be more difficult than before, and also, I only can bring six servants with me, so I need a few of you guys to stay inside the mansion."

"Who will you bring, Lord Mage?"

I look at Assassin before answering his question.

"This event, I need to bring Saber Lily, so Lily, you will come with me all the time."

Lily nodded at my explanation.

"The next one I will bring is Asia for my support. Assassin and Berserker"

Custer (Cuchulain Caster) wants to say something, but I beat him before he was able to say anything.

"I know you want to fight right now, Custer, but I need to make the first group stronger first and no offense to you guys, but right now, Assassin and Asia are the weakest servants in this group. I want to make them more powerful first or at least able to withstand damage from berserkers if they need to."

Custer nodded at me and remained on his seat. Seeing that no one was asking any more questions, I took my phone and picked the servant that I wanted to bring. After pressing the play button, My party, I was enveloped with a bright light.

As I open my eyes, I am only able to see a grassland in front of me and a hill to my side. I then look up and see a countdown for the event that is about to start.

"Alright, Berserker, you will be in front tanking all the attack, Lily supports them with your spell and Assassin uses a hit and run tactic and distract the enemy when you see if they want to use a noble phantasm."

The countdown then hit Zero, and immediately a servant appeared in front of us. I know the servant in front of us, and the name of her is the mysterious heroine X. The anti-saber servant that has the sole purpose of slaying all the sabers or at least the one that has the same face as Artoria Pendragon.

"Berserker went first and will be followed by Lily, but Lily, this servant has an advantage against you, so be careful. Asia supports them with your spell, but please be careful with your aim and try not to hit your allies. Assassin gets ready to interrupt her if she wants to use her noble phantasm."

After hearing my command, My servant then began to attack the enemy. I then looked at the sky and saw the HP of the Heroine X and the HP of my servant and got myself thinking that this is just like an RPG boss fight. After thinking about it, I see my servant fight the Heroine X with all their get. Berserker swings his sword-ax at the Heroine X wildly, and when the Heroine X distracted by Berserker, Lily comes from behind and swings down her sword at the Heroine X.

When Lily was able to hit the enemy, the Heroine X began to swing her sword at her back, almost hitting Lily, who was able to react just in time before the sword hit her in the neck. Lily then retreats from her current position, the Heroine X, which sees Lily fleeing to try to chase her, but Berserker stops her from leaving by swinging his sword and makes the Heroine X was thrown from her position for at least 5 meters.

I look up and see that the Heroine X already lost a quarter of her HP. While looking at the HP, I feel a massive amount of mana coming from the Heroine X. Knowing that the Heroine X wants to activate her Noble Phantasm, I use my mental link to my servant and says.

'Assassin tries to hit the sword with your dagger, Asia sends a barrage of spells to her and Lily Berserker ready to continue to attack her, but this time use more power in your attack.'

After hearing my command, My servant began to attack the Heroine X. Assassin already high in the air and throws a barrage of knives at the sword of the Heroine X and successfully cancels the Noble Phantasm because the Red sword began to vanish from the Heroine X hand. Asia who finished saying chant cast her spell at the Heroine X, which still surprised seeing her Noble Phantasm get canceled.

"Meteor Shower"

I look up and see a massive magic circle, and the next second I see many small meteorites the size of a barrel drop from the sky and hit the Heroine X.

After a minute, the meteor shower has stopped, and I can see that the Heroine X only has a quarter of her HP.

"Berserker, Lily, finish her."

Berserker and Lily then began to charge at the Heroine X then swung their sword at her, throwing her off from her position once more, but this time, the combo did not stop. Assassin appears on top of her and throws his dagger to the vital spot of the Heroine X and retreats after throwing his dagger. The Heroine X tries to stand up, but before she can stand up, Asia uses her spell at the Heroine X.

"Holy Pillar"

I then see a pillar made of light and hit her in the center and make all her HP drop to zero.

After defeating the Heroine X, a notification appears on top of us that says congratulations and listing the drop I got, then the completion reward for clearing the stage. A second later, however, another notification showed up saying that if I want to continue to the next stage.

I smile a little and say.

"Yes"
