Chapter 2-3

3rd Person's POV

Three days have passed since the man was thrown into another world, and in fact, the world of Pokemon.

Of course, adjustments are needed since he's in the body of a 15 year old boy embarking to have a new journey.

He was in the body of Ash Ketchum, thus, will live a life as Ash Ketchum, who knows what will happen to him?

He had his Charmander from Professor Oak, and in that three days time, they are both training and aiming to get different movesets in order to widen up their battle tactics.

His Charmander is pretty athletic and competetive, and Ash is happy that he got that type of Charmander.

And during that three day time, he already got his second pokemon, a Rookidee, which is in fact, a pokemon from Galar region, this tiny bird has the same feature with a Fletchling, the difference is that Rookidee has a streak of black, blue and yellow. This pokemon is quite hard-headed and gave Ash a hard time catching it, but soon caught it and explained everything throughout his journey, Rookidee accepted it and became one of his pokemon.

He also caught a Ralts, which is a rare pokemon and is hardly to find anywhere. What's more? Instead of green, this Ralts has blue outline, safe to say that it's a Shiny Pokemon. Ralts is an abandoned pokemon and was left just beside a tree, so Ash took the opportunity and offered it to become a part of his family. Ralts was overjoyed and accepted the offer.

Currently, it was nighttime, Ash let out the three to enjoy the night.

"Charmander, Rookidee, Ralts, come on out!" Ash yelled out as he tossed three pokeballs up in the air, the capsules opened and revealed the said pokemons, the three cried out their names as they went out.

"What do you say guys? I assume you guys have enough training for today?" Ash asked the three, in response, the three cried out happily.

'But then, how am I gonna do this? Challenge out gyms? Travel around?' Ash said to himself as he looked at the three, cuddling together.

'They look so peaceful.' He once again said.

The voice said that a disaster is coming, but maybe it's still far before it'll happen, and by that thought, maybe he can still enjoy his time as a trainer, catch many Pokemons as he can, raise and evolve them into fine Pokemons.

"Gonna challenge Brock after I evolve Charmander or Rookidee, Ralts is pretty young to be in a battle." Ash said to no one in particular.

Just then, rustles can be heard from bushes nearby Ash's camp, he perked up, but not enough for the three sleeping pokemons to awaken them. He slowly stood up, careful not to awake them. And he followed the rustles.

Until Ash arrived on a riverside, he looked around, until his sight was now on a figure on the other side of the river.

"It...it's..." He was speechless, as if no words can describe what he is seeing right now.

On the other side of the river, on a rock, there stood a white figure in all fours, with a single bent horn on its head, it stood there magnificently. Then it jumped and skipped the river and landed beside him, well, three meter distance from him.

He was out of words, it was an Absol, a rarely seen pokemon, but on the other hand, he was thinking, Absol is the disaster pokemon, but he was already informed that there will be a disaster coming.

But what really caught his attention is that, below Absol's chin, there's a pendant.

"A...a mega stone?" Ash stuttered, out of all things he can see, it was a mega stone, and he is pretty sure it's an Absolite.

Absol nodded, and walked forward towards him, Ash just stood there dumfounded.

"You were already informed." The disaster pokemon said telepathically.

"You can talk..." Ash trailed off.

"Of course I can, but let's get straight to the point, you will be my trainer, I will be your pokemon." Absol said bluntly.

"Wh-what? I- I can't do tha-"

"You will do that." Absol said bluntly.

Ash was left dumbstrucked, he's now out of words, he's now confused, what will he gonna do?

Still four days before a week will pass and these sorts of things already happened, a bird that is from Galar region although he's in Kanto, a rare Shiny Ralts, and now, an Absol with a mega stone on a pendant.

"O-okay, but first, I have a condition." Ash said suddenly.

"How unusual of you to make some conditions before catching me, very well, I shall hear it." Absol replied in rather calm tone.

Ash was in a thinking pose for a while, before saying his condiotions.

"First, I'll focus on raising the three and the future pokemons I will get, since clearly you're strong enough to be in pokemon tournaments." Ash explained, Absol nodded at this.

"Second, I will only use you during emergency battles, since as I said, I'll focus on raising those three and some future pokemons I will catch." He continued.

"Fair enough, young trainer." Absol replied.

Absol is so sure that this trainer is worthy of it's power, and also, he respected his power. He also has equal thinking of his pokemon, he wants to have his pokemon a fair share of battles, in order to gain experience.

Absol's decision is now absolute, he will follow this trainer wherever he goes, and will assist him on his journey together the other pokemons.

"You really are worthy of being my trainer, I shall assist you and the other pokemons on our journey." Absol stated.

Ash was happy to hear that and plucked a pokeball on his pocket, then he bumped it on Absol's forehead, Absol was sucked inside the pokeball and it wiggled thrice, before making a sound notifying that Absol is now caught.

Ash is happy that he will have a strong companion on his journey, after catching Absol, he went back to his camp, he saw the three still cuddling each other, and then decided he should also take his rest, he let out Absol and offered it a sleep with them. Absol happily accepted and cuddled with the three.

Another two days have passed and we see here Ash Ketchum having a battle with a trainer while making his way towards Pewter City.

"Charmander, you know the drill! Metal Claw!" Ash yelled out, the battle was already in it's climax.

"Ribombee, Fairy Wind!" The other trainer called out.

Ribombee fired off gust with fairy glitters towards Charmander, it was able to endure the attack and was able to hit Ribombee with it's ferocious Metal Claw. Ribombee was able to endure it and made distance with Charmander.

"Ribombee, hang in there! Use Razor Leaf!" The other trainer commanded.

"Charmander you have to dodge it!" Ash desperately called out.

But to no avail, Charmander was badly hit with the Razor Leaf, both Charmander and Ribombee are already exhausted from the battle, and so does their trainers.

"Charmander, you have to hang on, our training has to pay o-" He was cut off by a blinding light that surrounds Charmander, Ash was happy to see it.

"Charmander's evolving!" Ash called out, as soon as the light died down, Charmander's evolve form, Charmeleon, was now onstage.

"Let's go Charmeleon! Use your Ember!" Ash yelled out in victory.

But to his surprise, the flame attack strengthen, instead of a weak fire attack, stream of flames was let out by Charmeleon and was directed towards Ribombee, it was caught off guard and was hit by the attack.

"Ribombee no!" And that's it, it was Ash's win. The trainer returned back his Ribombee. Ash went to the trainer.

"It was a good battle, I hope we can battle again next time." Ash said and offered his hand, the other trainer nodded and happily accepted the hand, and both shook it. After that, the trainer went off.

"You did it Charmeleon! You evolved!" Ash greeted the Lizard Pokemon, Charmeleon replied with a tackle and hugged him, both was having their time, and now they're ready to take on the Gym.

...

"Finally! Pewter City!" Ash shouted as soon as he step foot on the city.

He was about to walk but-

"Move out of the way!" Yelled out a voice somewhere.

But Ash was quick to dodge at the running man in black and then it went off somewhere.

"Wait, please don't take my pokemon!" A girl, probably at the age of 10, followed the men in black, and then she went off to where the other guys ran off.

"A pokemon thief! Rookidee, come out and follow those guys in black!" Ash yelled out as he tossed Rookidee's pokeball, the tiny bird pokemon went out and quickly followed the chase.

?'s POV

"Please give it back to me!" I yelled out on top of my lungs, those thugs got my pokemon!

I was just about to let out my Bulbasaur to eat it's pokemon food when those guys showed up!

I chased them towards a nearby forest, they're still within my sight, I'm surprised I can still catch up with them but no, they got my precious starter!

"I said come back!" I yelled out again, but those thugs are just laughing off and continued on running away, which is I don't want that to happen.

Few seconds of chasing, a tiny black bird showed up and attacked the thugs, they were caught off guard and slowed down their pace, and finally, I was able to get my Bulbasaur back.

"Now you've done it, Sneasel let's go!"

"Salandit, off you go!"

They let out their pokemons, one was a Sneasel I'm familiar of, but not the other one.

No choice but to battle them, I don't know if I can do this though.

"Bulbasaur, let's fight!" That being said, I tossed out Bulbasaur's pokeball, she went out and gave her cry.

"Do you think you can handle us, girl?" The female thug with her Sneasel said arrogantly.

"Let me help you out!" A new voice called out, I saw a taller boy, probably a 15 year old boy, running towards me.

"I finally caught up." He said while catching his breath.

"May I ask who you are?" I asked him, I still don't know him though.

"Oh, I'm Ash, let me aide you in this battle." He replied with a smile, I smiled back and focused on the battle.

"Spare your chats for later, Sneasel, Metal Claw!" The female thug called out.

"Quick, hold Sneasel with Vine Whip!" I responded.

Sneasel was about to hit my Bulbasaur with it's Metal Claw but Bulbasaur was quick to react and was able to hold off Sneasel with it's Vine Whip.

"Now's your chance, Quick Attack!" Ash yelled out suddenly, and the bird pokemon, which is again, unfamiliar of, suddenly appeared and then hit the Sneasel, hard.

"Salandit, Fire Spin!" The male thug suddenly called out. The Fire Spin was about to hit Bulbasaur when unexpected thing happened.

"No Bulbasaur!" The flame was about to hit the grass type pokemon when the tiny bird stood in front and was the one to take the hit.

"Rookidie!" Ash called out, so it's name is Rookidee, very unfamiliar.

Rookidee was now engulfed in fire, and was trapped by it's vortex.

"Rookidee you can get out from it! I know it!" Ash yelled out again in desperation.

But yet, something unexpected happened, the tiny bird was engulfed in a bright, blinding light, taking the thugs back, as well as the other Pokemons.

As soon as the light died down, it revealed another larger bird that looks like raven, I wonder what's it called?

"Yes! Corvisquire! You did it!" Ash celebrated happily. Corvisquire. Noted.

"The battle is still not over! Sneasel, Ice Shard!" The female thug commanded.

"Salandit, Ember!" The male thug also called out.

"Corvisquire, intercept with Gust!" Ash called out.

The ice type and fire type attacks were both fired to our pokemons, but they were deflected by a strong Gust from the bird pokemon called Corvisquire. The attacks both hit the Sneasel and Salandit.

"Quick, you go finish things up!" Ash called out.

"Right! Bulbasaur, finish things off with Razor Leaf!" I yelled as I threw up my hands in triumph.

The Razor Leaf successfully hit the two pokemons, and they fainted, the thugs returned back their pokemons and ran off like crybabies.

"I'm happy you evolved too Corvisquire!" Ash said betweem his laughs, him and his Corvisquire are having their time.

"What do you mean 'too'?" I interrupted their happy moments, not to be rude though.

"Oh, it's because my Charmander also evolved hours ago, before arriving here." Ash replied.

"By the way, you still didn't introduced yourself, little girl." Ash said and laughed, his larger bird on top of his head, but that ticked me off.

"I'm not a little girl!" I replied back angrily with puffed cheeks, he just laughed again and calmed down.

"The name's Leaf, I just recently started my journey." I said to him.

"Really? Me too, well, a week ago." He said and scratched his head sheepishly.

"Well, where are you heading?"

"Brock's gym at Pewter City, thanks to those thugs, just gonna do it next time, besides, I still need to catch more pokemons." I replied to him.

"Cool! I'll also challenge it, but maybe tomorrow!" He replied back, that's my cue!

"Can I watch? Please?" I pleaded to him with my usual puppy eyes, he just sweatdropped.

"Uh sure, that way, you can also learn." He said smugly.

"Says the one who just started his journey a week ago." I replied back smugly, but in response, he just ruffled my hair.

"Hey! Don't treat me like a kid!" I angrily yelled at him.

"No can do, Miss Leaf." He just laughed, he's pissing me off, I just puffed my cheeks out.

"Hey, it's starting to get dark, should we go get something to rest on? Pokemon center?" He asked, I just nodded and we both went to Pewter City's pokemon center.

Can't wait for his battle tomorrow.
