CHAPTER 222: PISSED

The world was engulfed in darkness, as chaotic space rampaged about wildly.

Soon after, under the effect of the world's reparative energy, the collapsed space reformed, and an unscathed humanoid being tens of meters high vaguely came into sight at the center of destruction.

The giant watched the divine existence falling upon it with a slight look of surprise on his face, yet he remained calm.

An angry light suddenly flashed within the giant's eyes.

With a slight grunt, he shifted his arms from their defensive position and instead allowed the dragon's head to slam into his chest. Then he hooked his massive hands around the dragon's head, covering the creature's more than five meters-high skull easily. Then with a deep grunt, he mustered more than fifty percent of his body's strength and clenched forcefully.

The dragon's head exploded instantly like a popped balloon, and from its neck down, its more than five hundred meters long body dissipated slowly.

Finally, the giant was able to come to a stop, however, he wasn't relieved.

His pupils contracted when he heard a loud ringing sound, and he saw the golden spear twirling within the still-dissipating body of the dragon body.

Then with a movement that was neither too fast nor too slow, the white orb smashed into the giant's chest.

Soon after, ice spread from the point of contact, and in less than a second, half of the more than fifty-meter-high giant was already encased in ice.

A red light suddenly sparked within the unfocused eyes of the giant.

Arthur wasn't the only one who was frozen in fear.

Rita held her breath in fear, and Martin, Sophia, Brian, and the others had looks of despair on their faces as they gazed at the giant before them who had a quickly closing hole in his chest.

In less than two seconds, the hole healed completely, and once again, the giant appeared completely unscathed.

"Pl-dont-wai..." Arthur continuously stuttered as he gazed at the completely red sclera beside him that was almost his size. It didn't take a genius to tell that the giant was incredibly pissed.

"Hmm?" The angry giant suddenly shifted his head away as he gazed in a specific direction.

Then, against Arthur and the other's expectations, he let go of the former before taking a single step back. A step that brought him away for almost a kilometer.

Then the stunned Arthur and the others were awoken by the giant's next words.

"You must be Silvia!"

AN: Sorry guys! A lot of things have been happening to me lately and I haven't had time to write much. But I promise to make it up to you all. Also, there will be less of action for a while, so I can build the plot.
