Morning of Departure

The girls waved goodbye as Nelphy went back into her room to get changed. In a few minutes, she was downstairs at the kitchen table, sitting across from Jash. "Hey! How's training been?"

"Oh! It's been great!" Jash exuberantly replied. "I can't wait to show you what I've learned!"

"Well, you can tell me all about it…" Nelphy teased while grabbing some biscuits and eggs. "Or are you trying to keep it a surprise? … Typical Jash."

Laughing, Jash hurriedly scarfed down his breakfast and chugged the last of his coffee. "If you're too slow, we'll miss it!"

"Slow down! We still have an hour till meet up, and then we'll have to wait for the disciples to arrive at the guild hall," explained Nelphy, getting Jash to stop in his tracks. "If you'd joined us on our trip, you would've heard all about it. And you missed out on a lot–"

"Maybe, but I got great results from my training! Just wait and see," retorted Jash.
