"Yeah, Mr. Ahad has a lot of chicks around him," Fara remarked, rolling her eyes. Zoha wasn't interested in their conversation, so she remained quiet.

That night, they were all eating dinner. Zoha didn't talk to anyone at home.

"Zoha, how's your university going?" Kamaal Sahab asked politely.

"Good," she replied tersely and fell silent again.

"If you have any problems, just tell me or your mom, we'll fix it," Kamaal Sahab reassured her.

"Yeah, Zoha beta, your dad is right... you can share anything with me or your dad," Rubi added.

"And why do you both think that I'll share anything with you guys... you mean nothing to me," Zoha retorted, standing up abruptly.

"Zoha, behave... they are your mom and dad," Rafiya Begum scolded her.

"Just names... 12 years ago, they themselves pushed me away... and I accepted it... I have only a brother and sister in my family... they are nothing to me... do you understand?" Zoha declared before storming off to her room.

"Mother, was it necessary to scold her... Fara, go to her," Kamaal Sahab said in a worried tone.

"Hmm," Fara acknowledged and prepared a tray of food before heading to Zoha's room. She knocked and entered.

"Fara... I don't want to talk to anyone... please, just go," Zoha pleaded, closing her eyes, but Fara sat on the bed.

"Hmm, so my sweet sister is angry with me too," Fara said, grabbing her hand.

"I didn't say that, okay," Zoha retorted and sat on the bed.

"Okay, then prove it... have your dinner," Fara gestured towards the plate.

"I don't want to eat now... please, Fara," Zoha pleaded like a child.

"No... please, for me," Fara insisted, and Zoha reluctantly began eating.

"Zoha... why do you become so rude with Mom and Dad... they really love you," Fara said, holding her hand.

"Fara, do you really think... I don't think so... and you know nothing about what I've suffered," Zoha expressed with hurt.

"So, share it with me... I'm your sister, Zoha... you can share anything with me," Fara urged, showing her support.

"No... there's nothing to share... but... I don't like that they both interfere in my life now... because they both left me when I needed them the most," Zoha revealed, pain evident in her words.

"Okay... relax... just don't talk about them, okay? Tell me... how do you feel about Zain and Ahad?" Fara asked, changing the topic.

"Zain is a quite nice guy... but that Ahad... he's mad... totally mad," Zoha replied.

"He's not mad, they say he's full of life, Zoha... Ahad is so nice... he always smiles, and he makes everyone laugh," Fara said with a smile.

"You're so attached to them," Zoha observed

"Hmm... this is right... I was alone here... Bhai and you are in London, and I have no one... who will protect me... from whom I can share my feelings... that time I found my two idiots... my best friends... my support system," Fara said with a smile.

"Oh my god... such a strong friendship, but I don't like Ahad," Zoha said in a dramatic tone.

"Okay, you don't have any friend?" Fara asked.

"I have... but she is in London," Zoha replied, and they discussed a lot of stuff.

One week passed, but Zoha and Ahad were still fighting like the same.

Zoha was sitting in the canteen alone when Ahad saw her and came toward her.

"Hello, Miss Zoha... what are you doing alone?" Ahad grabbed a chair and sat on it.

"Can't you see these guards?" Zoha asked in a taunting tone.

"Oh, not a good sense of humor... I see... By the way, where are Fara and Zain?" Ahad asked casually.

"In their class," Zoha replied, ignoring him.

"Zoha... tell me one thing... why do you talk so little?" Ahad asked.

"And why do you talk so much?" Zoha retorted in her own way.

"Because I want every person to always smile instead of keeping a grumpy face all the time... so that whoever sees them gets positive vibes... not negative... like I'm getting from your face," Ahad said, and Zoha put her phone on the table.

"Time and circumstances shape a person in ways they never imagined... remember this," Zoha said in a serious tone, and Ahad felt the depth in her voice.

"I agree... but a person should fight back... because hardships are part of everyone's life... the only difference is... some face them with a smile... and some people burden themselves with those hardships so much... that they end up with a grumpy face..." Ahad said with a smile.

"Okay... then... you're saying I'm rude... so solve my problem..." Zoha said.

"What's the problem?" Ahad asked.

"These guards," Zoha said, making an irritated face.

"So, what's the big deal... you just have to do some drama... nothing else... just do what I say," Ahad told her the plan, and she nodded.

Ahad stood up and intentionally spilled coffee on her feet.

"What the hell, Mr. Ahad... can't you see... you spilled coffee on me!" Zoha exclaimed in anger.

The guards quickly approached her and grabbed Ahad.

"Whoa, relax, guys... it's just coffee... it's not like he's committing murder," Ahad said in a normal tone.

"What are you both doing... why did you grab my friend?" Zoha said angrily to the guards.

"Mam, he harmed you," one of them said.

"He's my friend... and I will solve my issue my way... how dare you do this... I'm firing you... just get out," Zoha said angrily, and the guards left. Zoha chuckled and sat back on the chair, feeling free.

"Thank you," Zoha said with a smile.

"What did you just say?" Ahad asked in a dramatic tone.

"I said my words only once, okay... and don't try to act too friendly with me... I'm leaving," Zoha said with a smile and left. Soniya watched the whole incident.

"Why is Zoha being so free with Ahad... I have to do something," Soniya said in anger.

At night, Zoha was sitting with Fara in the lounge when Rubi came with Kamaal from the party.

"Hello, Mom, Dad... how was the party?" Fara asked with a smile.

"Good... Zoha, did you fire the guards?" Rubi asked.

"Hmm," she nodded, ignoring her.

"Why?" Rubi asked.

"I'm not answerable to you," Zoha said, rolling her eyes.

"You should be... okay, let's leave this discussion... I've hired new guards tomorrow," Rubi said and left.

"Not again, man... it was so difficult to get rid of them earlier," Zoha said in frustration and went to her room.

"What should I do with these two?" Fara said, grabbing her head.

The next day, Zoha was sitting in the library. She had told her guards to stay outside. Soniya came and sat with her.

"You stay away from my Ahad; I've seen you around him too many times," Soniya warned.

"What?" Zoha didn't catch what she was saying.

"Yes... I'm warning you... he's mine... stay away from him," Soniya said in anger

"Miss Soniya, I am not interested in your so-called Ahad... keep him with you," Zoha said angrily, and Soniya left. When Ahad saw Soniya sitting with Zoha, he went and sat with her.

"Now, what do you have to say?" she asked.

"Soniya, what were you saying to her?" he asked.

"She's your girlfriend... you should know," she said, closing the book and about to leave when he grabbed her hand.

"Zoha, tell me, please," Ahad said.

"Leave my hand, and don't you dare grab it again... give your girlfriend some time," Zoha firstly said in anger and then in a softer tone.

"What is wrong with you, Zoha... why do you always fight with me... what have I done wrong?" Ahad asked, also in anger.

"Silence, please," the librarian said.

"You know what, Ahad... just leave it... I'm done today," Zoha said and left, with Ahad saying the same from behind.

Two days passed like this, but when Zoha was with Zain and Fara, Ahad didn't sit with them.

"Ahad... what happened to you... you don't usually react like this," Zain asked.

"It's all her sister's fault... I always try to be nice to her just because she's Fara's sister, but no... the great Miss Tiwana has so much attitude," Ahad said in frustration.

"Ahad... Zoha doesn't talk to anyone... she stays in her own zone... she creates a wall around herself... I know it... she doesn't trust anybody, but she has a heart of gold... once you get to know her, you'll agree with me too," Fara said.

"I don't know, man... what to do... I always try not to fight with her, but she gives me reasons," Ahad said.

"Okay... just chill... see, Zoha is coming... please, sort out your issues with her now," Zain said, and Ahad nodded. Zoha saw Ahad and was about to leave when Fara called her.

"Zoha, come sit here," Fara said.

"No... actually... I'm going home," Zoha said, ignoring Ahad.

"Stay here for a minute... I have something to do with Sir Adel... then we'll go together... let's go, Zain," Fara said and left with Zain.

"Why are you standing... sit down... this chair isn't my property... you should sit on it too... and why did you sit here?" Ahad said, waiting for her to sit, but she didn't.

"I'm okay here," Zoha said.

"Zoha, sit... please, I request," Ahad said. She glared at him at first, but then she sat.

"Zoha... I'm tired of our fights... I don't know, but every time I argue with you... I feel really bad," Ahad said.

"So, stop talking to me then," she said.

"Zoha... listen... okay... do you love Fara or not?" Ahad asked.

"Of course... she's my sister," Zoha said, looking at him like he's dumb.

"Listen... Fara is very important to me too... she's just like my little sister... and whenever we fight, she gets affected by it," Ahad said.

"What do you mean?" Zoha asked.

"I'm trying to say... we're not good friends... I know... but for Fara... can't we talk to each other like normal people... at least answer each other's questions," Ahad said.

"No... because your girlfriend won't like it," she said and left.

From that day on, she didn't talk to him rudely... she tried to ignore him.

They were sitting in the canteen.

"I'm thinking of planning a trip for the uni," Ahad said.

"Yeah, that's a good idea... it will be fun," Fara said.

"Zoha, what do you say?" Ahad asked.

"Hmm... as you wish," she said.

"But what's the use... your guards will still be there... wait a second, Zoha, where are your bodyguards?" Ahad asked.

"Oh... I fired them from their job," Zoha said happily.

"Uff...," Fara slapped her forehead.

"Okay... Zain, drop them home, and then meet me... I have to discuss something important with you," Ahad said.
