It's been seven months since the S-class Promotion Trials and John has enjoyed more fame from being promoted to S-class.

This is evident with more personalized quests delivered to him with generous rewards, with each one amounting to millions of Jewels, and that's just the monetary reward alone, and with the more luxurious private rewards separate from the financial compensation.

But, John didn't do quests just for the money anymore, he does it for the rare items that are rewarded in S-Class quests.

In the past seven months, he just took one S-class quest that wasted most of his time, it's mostly due to the nature of the task.

The quest is to search for a magical medicine that is the main ingredient of the one commissioning the task.

But, that medicine has a consciousness of its own and can use earth magic to hide from those seeking to find it.

Mandrake, a magical plant that screams when pulled out of the ground, is said that its screams have the power to drive anyone nearby mad, in addition, it contains great healing properties that can heal nearly all diseases.

But, that's the mythical version, in Earthland a mandrake is a special plant that contains potent medicinal power that is used to heal many difficult diseases.

Yet, many mandrakes have not been captured due to the skilled usage of the mandrakes to use earth magic to flee from the area.

It took him five months alone to catch one, but it was all worth it since he had a new money-printing machine in his hands, sadly he can only sell a few every few years since it took a long time to grow Mandrakes.

The rewards he received from the quest were also good, apart from the 13.5 million Jewels of monetary reward that he couldn't really care about, he makes more than that every month.

What he truly cares about is the special reward to him by the family that issued the reward, he took a piece of metal the size of a head from their treasury.

Sebastian said it was some good stuff, so he chose it and went back to train in Magnolia, while Sebastian analyze the properties of the metal.

After all of that, at this moment, John is preparing the restaurant to be used as the venue for his eleventh birthday.

"Today is a special day," John said while standing on the balcony of the restaurant with Sebastian by his side.

"Is it because it's your birthday?" Sebastian asked with a smile while swallowing a macaron on the table.

"No, it's because today is the day where the number 7 is the sole number on the date, the 7th of July in the year 777, it's a very special date that will be the point that sets off an enormous wave that will affect everyone in Earthland."

"It is also the day when the people from the past came to the future and saved Earthland multiple times," John said with nostalgia in his eyes remembering when he first watched Fairy Tail as a kid and accompanying them on their journeys.

"People from the past?" Sebastian raised an eyebrow in interest, John seems to be knowledgeable about many future events, and Sebastian became more curious about John, who doesn't act like the kids his age.

"Tell the people below to add the statues I carved that are made to look like dragons, we must decorate this place well to leave a lasting impact on the guest that will arrive today," John ordered to a maid that stands at the side to refill the snacks whenever it runs out.

The maid nodded and went downstairs to notify the people of the order.

"Is the guess one of the people from the past?" Sebastian asked curiously.

"Yes, it's a certain kid that keeps yelling ' I'm all fired up ' to the enemies he will meet in the future." John nodded with a smile.

Meanwhile, in a forest near Magnolia, Makarov came across a child with pink hair, wearing a black fur coat on his waist and a white scarf that seems to be woven from scales.

"What are you doing in this forest all alone, kiddo?" Makarov asked with a kind smile.

"I'm looking for Igneel!" The child shouted firmly.

"Is this Igneel your parent?"

"Yes! Igneel is my dad! My dad Igneel is super strong, he's a dragon that can breathe fire like this!" After saying that he breathed out a thick line of fire that burned several trees.

Makarov was surprised by what he heard, ' A dragon? How could dragons suddenly appear here? Apart from the black dragon that wanders between Ishgar and Alakitasia, there's no dragon present in any place within Ishgar."

'This kid is pretty good, already so strong despite being so young. Although he's weaker than that kid John, no one compares to that kid anyways, if he grows up steadily he will become a strong man in the future.'

"How long has it been since your dad left?" Makarov asked trying to get more details from the child.

"It's been more than a week since he suddenly disappeared without saying anything." The child said.

"What's your name kiddo?"

"My name is Natsu Dragneel!" Natsu introduced himself with a bright smile.

"Natsu, how about you come back with me to the guild and we'll help you look for Igneel." Makarov offered with a kind smile.

"Okay! Thank you for helping me find Igneel!" Natsu agreed with a naive smile on his face.

Fast forward to a few hours later, Makarov arrived at the guild with Natsu behind him wearing a red button shirt, yellow shorts, and his scarf around his neck, and this time he's clean not like when they first met.

"Oh right, it's the birthday of a kid the same age as you, I'll bring you to attend the party later let's register you first." Makarov pulled Natsu inside the guild hall and picked up a guild tattoo stamp.

"Where do you want your guild mark to be kid?" Makarov asked.

"Here, and color red please." Natsu pointed to his right shoulder and answered with a smile.

Makarov also smiled and stamped Natsu's right shoulder and a red Fairy was left on Natsu's shoulder.

The kid smiled happily when he saw the mark on his shoulder and kept showing it to everyone inside the guild hall, which cause everyone to smile at Natsu's actions.

A few more hours later and it was nighttime, Natsu asked Makarov who was leading him somewhere in Magnolia.

"Where are we going, Old Man?" Natsu asked while looking at the buildings and magic tools that he saw along the way.

"We're going to the party arranged by the kid I told you about earlier."
