Chapter 33: It's Real Estate

*Earthland, Ishgar, Fiore*

*June 17, Year 772*

*Morning*

It's another wonderful morning, Sebastian and I decided that today is a day off as a celebration for making the puppet yesterday.

We started the day with some dumplings that I finally remembered the recipe for, I packed these dumplings with so much meat that you can feel the meat when you touch dumplings.

After eating breakfast I was gonna go to play with Cana, but then I remembered that she was out on a mission.

So I decided to ask Sebastian what should we do today.

"Sebastian what should we do today? I know that today is a day off but I can't think of anything to do."

Sebastian showed a thoughtful look and then replied," Why don't we go and see those plots of land that you bought and just plan on what are we gonna do there?"

I thought that it is indeed a great idea to inspect the land.

"Okay, let's go and inspect the land!"

We then went to the land that I bought, the location of the land is on the edge of Magnolia town where there are many dilapidated houses and uneven roads.

After walking for 30 or so minutes we arrived at our destination.

If you looked around the land you will only see dilapidated houses one after another scattered everywhere with pieces of waste everywhere you look.

My land is about 1,000 sq meters which I bout bit by bit, as for how big is 1,000 sq meters? Well just imagine two basketball courts stuck to each other, that's how big 1,000 sq meters are.

"It's quite big, how were you able to afford this?" Sebastian asked with interest.

"It's actually not that expensive since it's about a kilometer or so from the main road, but I believe that with the speed of expansion of Magnolia town, it won't be long for the price of this land to skyrocket."

Hahaha, I didn't expect that it will be my turn to develop lands like a real businessman. I only dared to do this in my dreams now it's finally my turn.

I turned my head to the sound only to see Sebastian holding a photo lacrima with a teasing smile on his face.

"That's such a nice expression master Hahahaha."

He imputed a little ethernano to allow the lacrima to show the picture stored.

A hologram was displayed on the air showing a picture of John with a big perverted grin, with his hand near his waist in a grasping motion, with a bright light shining in his eyes. In overall he looked extremely wretched.

"No no this cannot be me! I cannot look so wretched!SEBASTIAN!!! Hand over that Photo Lacrima."

I roared with extreme anger.

But Sebastian didn't listen he just waved the lacrima in front of me and then asked with a smile.

"Master, how much do you think I can sell this for when you grow up later? Wait, I have a greater idea I should just auction it later in your life along with the video from yesterday. Hahahaha, It's really a good idea, as expected of me!"

Then the chasing scene occurred once again only this time it was in the real world.

After a few minutes of chasing, Sebastian is hiding behind a house while I'm on the other side.

"Sebastian! Just honestly hand over the photo lacrima and I can forget what you said earlier."

Sebastian once again refused with a big smile, "You can just dream about me returning this, who knows how rich I'll be if I sold this!"

The stalemate continued for a while then.

Growl*

Both of them blush as the growl came from their stomach protesting.

"How about we eat first?"

"That's a wonderful idea master."

We then decided on a temporary truce and eat lunch first, lunch is fried chicken with a side of fries and chips with gravy for sauce.

While eating Sebastian asked.

"So what are your plans for that plot of land master?"

"I'm gonna use about 420 sq meters to build a 7 floored apartment that can fit four 2 bedroom apartments each floor except for the first floor which I will use as my room all the floors from 2nd to 7th will be rented out."

"Then I will use another 280 sq meters to build a 3-floored restaurant that will sell varied dishes depending on the season."

"As for the 300 sq meters left I have not decided what to do with it, so let's take it slowly, I'm gonna let the Ironwood trees in the space grow for a year or two more to have enough lumber to create all of these."

Sebastian nodded hearing all of these.

Suggest what should I use for the other 300 sq meters or if you have a better idea to build on the plot of land, as for how can a five-year-old own such a large piece of land. Just treat it as some sort of a plot hole that I'm never gonna fix.
