Outside the protective barrier, Haru had summoned several Back chains in anticipation of emergencies like this. However, as he attempted to control them and erect a massive shield capable of shielding them from the terrifying tornado, they remained unresponsive.
In fact, in the face of the terrifying winds, they appeared to be pushed back.
