"darling what's wrong?" a voice snaps me out of my trance, I look at the person who seat across me looking at me worriedly. I never really understand why she likes me or obsesses with me. I don't want to think its some silly coincidence at all. I don't want to doubt her--will I never really think of her other than a crazy rich stalker that goes 'bling-bling' with gifts.
Coral Relish, one of the two children of the President Flamingo of this city, many adores and wanted to be her and her twin as shes born with Musgravite on her mouth. Mind you that stone is the most pricy stone that ever been since a century ago, people 'discover' that is was the final link to get the right sequence of the systems that were like the beta and prototype versions of UGVRS.
I heard they own dozen of mine of that stone-- well, I heard that from a gossiping workmate of mine who said that to me after seeing her for the first time. she also said other stuff about her about the rumors that go around yet never once said in the news as its a rumor that they won't let out, only a few know it. hearing only a few know that made me realize how my coworker gossiping mouth has made to another level in my book.
"Please don't stare too much, I might melt~<3" she fan girl that made me facepalm internally but I just look at the flying limo wherein and my eyes almost get blinded by the color of pink. will the owner is wearing a pastel pink vintage dress with hat to pair it. she looks like an old vintage princess if you look closely with her big lemonade pink optic staring at me with sparkly and hearts on them. she's one of the beautiful girls I know or seen so far, but that doesn't make comfortable or uncomfortable by that, her attitude toward me makes me uncomfortable, to begin with.
"do you want some juice? biscuit? cakes?" she asks me as she offers me refreshments that were from the freezer compartment in the corner. the different pricy looking desert lies in front of me waiting to be eaten. "Woah, sweets!" Maverick mumble as he was about to take a slice when his hand was slapped away by a fan.
"you can't eat those, eat this instead of those you insolent men!" she said as she throws a spicy candy that is known to be the hellish flame of a sweet. "but I don't like spicy...." I take the cake in front of me and exchange them for the spicy candy he has and eat a piece that made Coral speechless.
the burning sensation made my skin crawl, burning sensation that almost made my eyes cried out and blood burns, waking me up from my slightly sleepy state. 'Nothing can beat a spicy treat when I'm about to zone out again.' i chowed the candy in my mouth not minding the reaction I'm getting from two of them. "cousin, you know you shouldn't overdose with spicy stuff right?" Maverick says as he takes a spoonful of the sweet delight. I just stared at him and the sweet his eating that made him chuckle. "is this way..." I heard the girl across me mumble words that slowly become inaudible to be even heard.
oh thats right, she always did send some cake in my workplace every lunchtime. I never really eaten them as I'm not a big fan of sweet things. it is a waste if I throw them away, so I give them to a coworker or some friends of mine from F Division that rather delighted at the fancy cakes I brought to them every weekend.
'thats remind me if I'm going to world-hopping in a few months would that mean... this girl might not able to fallow me as files of every single world-hopping player is private info that the company won't release even she's the rich princess right?' i look at the corner of my eyes to the direction of the princess and notice she's scrabbing something on her pink techno-pad. 'i don't want to know whatever she's doing at all, especially she keeps looking up to while doing so.' i thought.
it might be odd why I act guarded against her but knowing people from the high division is never once a good thing nor I want to entangle my life with trouble. In a life that was given to me like a second chance or rather I call it a mistake of heaven. for someone like me who made terrible mistakes never should have one, to begin with... but who can say what really meant to live this new life after a century of death?
