chapter 12 precious best friend

"I'm pregnant" dina said as she woke up from sleep.

"Well yes your majesty" the doctor said

Then she started sobbing. "It's going to be fine" Frank said trying to comfort her.

"How Frank my husband is dead and he left me in a time like this....am I really that much of a badluck" she said while sobbing

"No, never say that again..... you are a good luck and anyone would be lucky to be with you okay" he said with a soothing tone

" That's a lie Frank cos you and I know that even in our college days, every guy that comes close to me ends up leaving the very next day....maybe I was meant to stay without a partner" she said with her face buried in her hands.

"That's because I threaten them to stay away from you or I will kill them all" Frank said to himself in a way she couldn't hear

"Wat we're you saying I didn't hear you" she asked

"Nothing Dina just try to calm down for now..... crying isn't good for your condition" he said with a smirk

Then Dina slept off. "Oh my dear Dina, am sorry I put u in this predicament but it will end soon I promise, after I inject you with the abortion medicine that bastards child will die in your womb" he said with an evil smile

"Stop it Frank" Dina said with a closed eyes that scared Frank until she finally opened her eyes

"Don't you dare hurt my baby.....I know you feel pity for me but you have no right to choose to kill my baby....besides it's not his/her fault, someone poisoned my husband and I won't rest till I find out who did it.

"Am sorry Dina you are right.... U have the right to choose but let me advice you as your best friend... you still need someone to help you train your child and take care of you so I thought that it would be better if we get married then everything will be normal again"

"What?.....my husband just died last night and you are already talking about getting married to me, Frank if you weren't my best friend I would have ended all my ties with you"

"Am really sorry dina...am just worried about you" he said pleading

"Frank please just leave, please" she said without looking at him

"Okay....am sorry again" he said and left

Dina stayed inside the room and continued to cry her eyes out.

"Don't worry my dear Dina,it's just a matter of time till I make you forget that bastard you call your husband...or should I say late husband...I sincerely feel bad for making you have this much heartache but you deserve it in a way for ignoring me but no matter since you will never be able to find out that I your precious best friend killed your husband, Hahaha" he laughed out like a maniac
