Beetleclaw asked coming over, Petalsong nodded proudly "Did you teach that fox a lesson?" Blackfur asked. "We did," Reedpelt said, sliding out of Oceanstar's den with Oceanstar behind him. "Congratulations to everyone on the patrol. An extra congratulations to Petalsong and Icefang," Oceanstar said her eyes shining with pride. The clan yowled out their congratulations, Petalsong bowed her head in embarrassment and buried her face into Yarrowfur's chest. "I have some good news, Dappleflower's kits will be born withing the next moon," Mudfur announced. Dappleflower shuffled her paws, looking pleased with herself and Voleclaw puffed out his chest with pride. "Think that'll be us one day?" Yarrowfur whispered in Petalsong's ear. "One day," Petalsong promised quietly.
