Eldritch in DxD

I had written this fic before, but then took it down cause it didn't make sense. So, I'm reposting it again. And I'll put a warning here. I am not an author, I'm only writing cause the concept keeps popping into my mind, so there would be lots of mistakes, but I have no choice but to write it as it is. And on that note, expect some grammatical errors, but I'll adapt as I continue writing. I'll also make this a one-shot kind of something cause, I don't really get ideas, so, slow-updates, yes. I'll jus upload whenever I get the inspiration too. Or if you have ideas, message me on discord: kuhaku4941_51790. Synopsis. I'm bad at it, but long story short, an Eldritch mc--not cosmic horror Azathoth lineage or Cthulhu. But average DxD Eldritch which is Trihexa (Mc is a spawn of Trihexa). And he gains sentience during the great war and stuff. (I have no idea of what I'm doing, so please, don't take this fic seriously.) Also extra warning, certain characters might or will be corrupted (mc's work), so if you're nor a fan of it, please exit.

Prologue

In a barren wasteland, a young boy wandered under crimson skies, surrounded by the sounds of chaos and suffering.

His eyes were drawn to a figure shining brightly in the distance, radiating an aura of holiness that even he could feel all the way from where he was standing.

Seeing him cold smile crept across his face. "Heh."

The boy had a striking appearance—both delicate and slender—with red eyes against black sclera, and long, black hair flowing around him.

He seemed like a work of art, but underneath his beauty lay a creation tainted by the sins of humanity.

An inhumane being.

Born from the sin of mankind.

"Abandon your futile endeavors. You cannot hope to vanquish me–"

"–In your current state, that is."

The young Eldritch's style of speech was cold and ancient, like several people speaking in unison.

His eyes glowed, as his aura flared an ominous crimson.

"Oh, child conceived from the sins of humanity, embodiment of madness and corruption."

Lamented the Man clad in Holy Light, summoning ethereal ancient symbols in the air.

"Alas, pitiable one, I must bring an end to your existence."

The Man clad in Holy Light also resolved himself, his aura flared with intensity.

"Hoh? For someone on his last legs, you're rather fired up."

The young eldritch's lips curled up with a chilling smile as his grin grew wider.

"...." The expression of the man clad in light became solemn as he fell in thought.

'The spawn of the Beast… it is as ambitious as its parent.'

The man thought before shaking his head, several chains appearing in front of the young eldritch, chaining him up.

"Chains of heaven."

"Oh? Impressive." The young Eldritch raised an eyebrow but the smile on his face was still there.

The young Eldritch then tried moving, however, he couldn't move an inch. "Binding?"

The young Eldritch mused, his mouth forming an o in surprise, before curling into a small smile again.

He then raised his head to look at the man clad in light. "Is that all?"

"Hmm..?"

"I thank thee for tis splendid gift then." With those words, the ominous energy swriling around him converged as the bright golden chains binding him began darkening.

"What–!"

The eyes of the man clad in light widened, disbelief etched across his ethereal face.

'He's…. He's corrupting the chains of heaven.'

'Infinity, Dreams, Sin, and now Corruption….'

"He has to be stopped now!" The voice of the Man clad in light resounded heavily as he unleashed even more power.

If he's to be left like this and allowed to grow, it'll spell trouble for the world, just like its parent.

Both are disasters that shouldn't be born into the world.

Just as the man clad in Holy Light frowned, "Father, let me help you."

Another being with six pairs of wings, appearing beside the Man clad in Holy Light.

With a gleaming sword in hand, he positioned himself in front of the luminous figure.

"Michael," the radiant figure softly spoke his name.

They young Eldritch on the other hand squinted his eyes, "I wonder. What tis hostility is all about."

Even though he said those words, he had a clueless facial expression, with his lips still curling up in a smile as if he was enjoying the situation.

The chains of heaven–or rather, chains of corruption now danced around him, as if in reverence to him.

Their hostility didn't bother him much, from the little he gathered, he was a supposed "Evil" existence.

However, it didn't matter.

It didn't matter to him.

"Micheal, let me handle this," insisted the Man clad in Holy Light, but the angel remained unmoved.

With a gentle shake of his head, he replied, "No, Father. Trihexa still wreaks havoc, and your power is crucial to stopping that "Beast". Please entrust this task to me."

"This young one is as formidable as the "Beast" itself. Even with your strength, you'll require assistance to confront it." Countered the radiant figure.

However seeing the angel unmoved again….

"Haah." Relenting with a sigh, he conceded.

"Very well, the "Beast" takes precedence. I leave its progeny in your hands, Micheal. Just be cautious not to overstep."

The young boy hearing the name "Beast" felt a resonance, however, he shook it off, as gazed upon the Archangel's figure.

"So then … Sword of Light."

The young Eldritch referred to Micheal as Sword of Light because of the overwhelming intensity and radiance of the Sword of Light Micheal was holding.

"How does thou plan on holding me down?"

The young androgenous Eldritch stretched his hand.

So far, those who had approached him thus far had either descended into madness, losing their sanity, or succumbed to corruption, meeting their demise in a haze of pleasure.

"I have nothing to say to you." Micheal frowned as he brandished his Sword of Light.

His other siblings are helping their father, as well as the Devils and the Fallen Angels.

The rampage of Trihexa wasn't something they were all expecting.

And during this time.

All other pantheons shut their doors.

Feigning ignorance to what was going on.

"I will handle you myself."

Micheal sighed. He knew just how strong the abomination in front of him was.

His father clearly stated he was as strong as the "Beast".

And he himself has witnessed the amount of damage caused by him.

Micheal knows where he stands, he wasn't hoping to finish him off.

He was hoping to buy time for his father to finish off the "Beast".

The young Eldritch on the other hand, had no interest in the chaos going on, he would rather be on the sidelines and watch everything happen.

However, those bats and winged people keep getting on his way, which irritated him for starters.

"Very well, Sword of Light. I'll accompany you," the young Eldritch remarked casually.

"Thank you."

Muttered Micheal, though he found it weird expressing his gratitude to someone who had taken the lives of many of his brethren.

Nevertheless, it didn't change how dangerous the young Eldritch is.

"Here I come," declared Micheal, tightening his grip on his sword as it began to glow.

With remarkable speed, he closed the distance between himself and the young Eldritch.

The young Eldritch seeing the incoming attack dispelled the chains around him, and setting up a barrier instead.

However–

SWISH!

Micheal delivered a powerful slash that cleaved through the young Eldritch's defensive barrier.

"Impressive, you cleaved through my barrier in half." The young boy smiled as he outstretched his arms.

"But, not enough."

The young Eldritch caught rhe radiant sword in his left hand, before gently placing his hand in front of the Archangel.

"This is…. Bad!"

The Archangel's instinctively tried moving back, but before that could happen, he was sent flying back with a massive shock wave that ravaged the ground–

–The barren wasteland became even more barren, as the soil on it would never recover from that gentle attack from the young Eldritch.

"Kuh–"

"Cough, cough."

The Archangel coughed out blood, his vision dimming.

The sword he was using as a hold broke into pieces.

Moments before the young Eldritch's attack landed, he had used his sword to block the impact he would take from it.

Regardless, he still took that amount of damage.

"As…. *pant* expected…."

With haggard voice short of breath, the Archangel muttered.

He felt his insides has been ruptured by that attack.

He the looked at the young Eldritch who still had that playing smile plastered on his face.

"Oh? I intended to destroy thee in that one assault."

The young Eldritch then tilted his head.

"Did I restrain myself, or did I misprize thee?"

"Regardless, seeing as thou survived that... thou art quite capable."

The young Eldritch mused seeing a holy light covering the Archangel in front of him.

"Why… didn't you finish me off…"

The Archangel got up, catching his breath, looking at the young Eldritch who seemed to be sitting on air.

"Hm?"

"Why, you ask?"

The young Eldritch lips then curled up into a chilling and wicked smile.

"I'm having fun afterall. Is that enough reason?"

"Kuh…" Micheal was taken aback, before resolving himself.

Standing up strong, the Archangel closed his eyes, a brilliant light radiating in front of him before taking the shape of a sword.

"Dragon Slayer…. Ascalon!"

"Dragon… Slayer…?"

The young Eldritch muttered. For some reason, he hated that sword and wished to destroy it.

However, just as he was in thought–

Charging forward, Micheal had seen the gaze of the young Eldritch fixated on the sword, so he attempted to catch the boy off guard with a feint, only to find his tactics anticipated.

The young Eldritch, raised his hand, summoning the chains of corruption from the ground, to intercept the Archangel's descent.

The chains attempted to wrap around Micheal, but he was quick, as he switly flew away.

"Haah… Haah."

Now he was getting tired, he had ready received a huge blow.

Although he has healed, it wasn't enough. His insides still hurt.

It was exhausting fighting the spawn of the "Beast."

"I can only do this…." The Archangel muttered to gritted teeth, before mustering up all his power.

All the remaining Holy Energy within him. To unleash a massive attack with the effect of dragon slayer.

Even the young Eldritch wouldn't go unscathed, afterall, he is also part dragon.

The Archangel couldn't get close because of the chains of corruption–previously chains of heavens.

It had a binding effect that works against supernatural races.

Plus, the young Eldritch too still has a bottomless amount of magic which would also equate to stamina.

In the end, he was at a great disadvantage.

His brethren–reinforcements also hasn't arrived, further putting him in a predicament.

He could only do this. Muster up all his strength and unleash an attack that could cause damage to the young Eldritch.

"If you're truly strong, then don't block this attack."

The Archangel said softly in a supposed taunt. To which the young Eldritch stretched out his hands to the sides as he shrugged.

"Fine then."

With those words said, the Archangel nodded as he began his attack.

Concentrating all his Holy Energy within Ascalon.

The energy within the dragon slayer sword shot up high to the sky–

–Dazzling the crimson sky with a golden light.

It was the Archangel's Descent featuring Dragon Slaying.

"Magnificent!" The young Eldritch remarked, standing unfazed as he watched the Archangel's attack.

"Grovel in the name of God!"

Slowly, the colossal sword descended, its sheer force cleaving through everything in its path, rending the already asundered land into further asunder.

*BOOM!*

Even asunder is at a loss for words.

This…. was the devastating power wielded by one of the mightiest Archangels alive.

*RUMBLE*

*RUMBLE*

As the dust settled, revealing the young boy standing unharmed, a small cut on his shoulder the only evidence of the attack's impact, the young Eldritch couldn't help but applaud.

"Magnificent…. Truly magnificent." He smiled, his tone ambiguous—whether he was mocking or praising Micheal remained unclear.

"–Ha…ha. Even that wasn't enough, huh?" The Archangel muttered wryly.

That was last of his strength, and it….

….Was all for naught.

"Hahahaha."

"Then–"

"–Kuh."

The young Eldritch who was about to address the Archangel before him suddenly clutched his head.

In his vision, everything was swirling. "This…"

"This is…" The Archangel raised his head up, a smile dawning on his face. "Father… Succeeded?"

The Archangel looked northeast from his position. He could not feel the Beast's rampage anymore.

As for the spawn of the Beast… He wasn't sure.

After looking at the groggy young Eldritch in front of him, the Archangel's eyes widened. "Haah, how favorable for us–"

"–Micheal!"

The Archangel's words were cut off by a resounding voice from above.

It was rhe man clad in Holy Light, along with several angels with six pairs of wings and above.

Similarly, there were dark winged beings with at least five pairs of wings and above.

And finally, bat-like winged people, all hovering in the air. Their bodies battered and bruised.

"How comical. You're in a worse state than us, brother."

The first to speak up was a man with dark hair but blonde in front with a goatee looking at Micheal from above.

"Then… try fighting him first!"

An Archangel beside the man clad in Holy Light retorted, before the man clad in Holy Light spoke up.

"It's okay."

"For now… our focus remains on the spawn."

"Its parent hath been sealed, and despite its great power, it is still a youngling. Eventually, it will go to sleep as every other dragon does."

"I implore you all to do your best once more…"

The words of the man clad in Holy Light ticked some other beings off, but before they could express dissatisfaction…

*BOOM!*

The young Eldritch held clutched his head, his aura flaring violently. "If that be thy plan… then I shall disappoint you all!"
