First steps into the unknown

After observing them for a while, I discovered that my cubs behaved solely according to their desires and emotions. I decide to name my spawn Idat. The knowledge of their name spreads through my telepathic connection with them.

Watching my cubs use their newfound power is pretty fun. I watch with my countless eyes their first use of raw eldritch power. The first thing they do when they receive my gift is to bury it as deep as possible, looking for a source of warmth. They tunnel aimlessly, seemingly going to random areas - sometimes even tripping over each other. After a while they found a lava stream. They began to gather around him, spreading the excitement of the mind.

Many of them bring some plants from the surface and shape them to live underground with them. Various glowing flowers and trees began to spread across the bare clearing, coloring it a brilliant green.

'Big one, will you rest here among us?', said one of my spawn through the hive mind.

Accepting her request, I head to the nearest tunnel and crawl into it. My formless shadow body flows swiftly through the maze of tunnels. When I reached my destination, my body began to shrink in the center of a large clearing. All eyes were on the black obsidian throne in front of me.

'Please rest there, my god'

I sat on a black obsidian throne, my many tentacles crawling along its sides. There I felt something tugging at my power. I accede to his request, unleashing some of my power into the vast galaxy.

Ripples of raw eldritch power began to spread among the stars. Direct connections began to form between me and various places in the galaxy. My countless eyes widened, focusing on the closest connection I felt. However, I failed to see anything but darkness. Maybe I should wait a bit?

After resting, I order my cubs to bring me samples of animal life.

After a while my cubs return from hunting bringing me several examples of the planet's common herbivores along with several of the planet's dominant carnivores.

I slowly move my tentacles and instinctively touch the animal with my hands, concentrating, the flesh begins to separate and join.

I change and join the body on a cellular and atomic level, assemble every cell, correct every irregularity and repair every harmful mutation, upgrade every part of my creation.

I ordered my cubs to put down my creation.

My creation stumbled to its feet upon landing, muscles jerking violently like tectonic plates breaking apart.

She looked nervous, confused. Although it was not surprising. She was just born, thrust into this mortal plane with basic knowledge like language and math implanted in her head.

"W-what am I?" Throwing me out of focus, my firstborn uttered her first words into this world. She looked at me, with fear and adoration in her eyes. Although she was just born, she instinctively knew me as her father, creator, God. As I knew all my future children would.

"Who am I father?!" She asked again, more persistently. A voice filled with existential terror. "WW-Why do I exist? I don't know where I'm from! I'm scared!" That wouldn't be good. I stepped forward, hugging my daughter tightly. Her head only reached my belly button, so I lowered the height until it reached my neck.

I hug my daughter slowly and start stroking her hair.

"You shall be called Henoria." She froze at that, before her body relaxed. She gently smiled back at me with a sweet smile.

"Why do I exist?" She whined softly, waiting for the words that would define her purpose. Now and forever in the service of your GOD.

"You exist my child, to dominate." I inhaled her scent, it was strange. She was not yet tainted by nature or any normal birth. She smelled clean. Inhuman.

"Why?" I looked into her curious face. Eyes wide open with the innocence of newborn life.

"Because I know best what to do".
