ESCAPE PLAN

There was no point in getting into a baseless argument with the beauty queen ,she belonged to him and it's not like her stupid father had an ounce of care for her , he was going to sell her off to the highest bidder if the deal with the Delgado's did not pull through.

"You're heading towards the wrong room " Vincenzo said as he saw Camilla walking angrily.

"I don't care where I am going to right now, I don't care if you are going to drag me by the hair towards Eduardo's office right now, I just wanna go home please... "she trailed as she fought the urge to cry. Everything about this place was frustrating the hell out of her.

"Walking out on the Capobranco will not be of any good to you Camilla. In this place women are supposed to be submissive "Vincenzo said, and she stared at him.

"And what about the way the men are supposed to treat the women? He treated me like shit just now, and I am not supposed to walk out on him? "Camilla asked.

"Tell Mr Eduardo to look for another bride because first thing tomorrow morning, I will be going back to Spain ! "She said, and Vincenzo fought the urge to laugh.

"This way. "he said and led her towards her room.

"Goodnight Miss Vasquez "he said, and she bolt the door at his face. Deep down he felt bad for Camilla, in as much as she lived all her life getting things done her way, Eduardo was just too hard for her princess life.

"She wants to leave for Spain first thing tomorrow morning "Vincenzo said as he walked into Eduardo's office.

"Who? "Eduardo asked and Vincenzo laughed.

"Seriously? I thought she left your office in anger, that's the woman you will be getting married to next week Eduardo "Vincenzo said, and he stopped typing in his laptop.

"I controlled the urge to punish her Vincenzo, once she starts running her mouth she doesn't stop. Camilla is such a wayward little girl "he said and Vincenzo laughed.

"Referring to her as a little girl sounds funny, you are just seven years older "he said, and Eduardo loosened his tie in a sexy manner.

"It doesn't change the fact that she does not know how to control her emotions, that woman had the nerves to tell me she will not marry me " Eduardo said and Vincenzo laughed.

"Seriously? "He asked and Eduardo pinched the bridge of his nose.

"I'll drag her to the alter if necessary because I will not seat back and watch her intrude in Leonardo's life "he said Vincenzo gave a nod.

"You should at least try to be gentle with her "he said and Eduardo leaned on his chair.

"I don't need to do anything, we are getting married with or without her consent " he said and Vincenzo rubbed his forehead.

This whole estate will be too hot for everyone by the time these two get married.

Camilla's point of view

"What do you mean by I am not allowed to go home? "Camilla asked trying to stop the feeling of shock that built up in her body.

"The Capo..."Quinton trailed and she screamed in horror.

"To hell with Capo ! I have a life Quinton . I have shoots to take, I can't be here in Sicily "she said as her voice shook in hurt.

"I am afraid the Capo wants you to remain in Sicily until the wedding is over "he said and tears rolled out of her eyes as her lips quivered in hurt.

The nerve of Eduardo Delgado thinking he could lock her like one of his prisoners .

"I am not marrying him "She said and Quinn opened and closed his mouth like a fish.

"Don't say that "he said and she pushed everything on the table to the floor as they spilled staining the marble floors .

" Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhrr" she screamed in frustration.

"Don't hurt yourself Camilla, the Capobranco has told you all that there is to this union, and as long as you keep to your end of the deal, I believe there will be no issues "Quinton said, and she stared at him in anger as she threw the broken pieces of glass in his direction he dodged it Immediately.

"He wants a mannequin not a WIFE! "She yelled and Quinton took slow backward steps out of the room.

God forbid it that he gets killed by these two.

Camilla stared at the mirror in front of her in anger. For one full week Eduardo Delgado had trapped her in his luxurious estate. What frustrated her most was the fact that she had not seen his face since the other day in his office, and now today was the day she would get tied to the jerk.

"Good morning Miss Vasquez, you need to smile a little so I can take beautiful pictures of your wedding "One of the makeup artists said and Camilla continued staring at the mirror without a single word.

"There's no way I am going to stay here, and watch myself get married to this arrogant and controlling man "Camilla spat frustratedly.

"Ma'am are you okay "the makeup artist asked in concern.

"Is this the bride to be ? Oh my goodness what a beautiful soul Camilla heard someone's voice that made turn to her direction.

"I am Yuri Delgado, Eduardo's mother "she said and Camilla forced a smile.

"I am Camilla Vasquez, your son's wife to be "she said forcing herself to say the words. The last thing she wanted was to hurt the woman.

"The pictures on the internet got nothing on you sweetheart, you are beautiful " Yuri said as she kissed Camilla's forehead.

"I can't believe I will be watching the both of you tie the knot tonight "she said, and Camilla swallowed down nothing.

Too bad she was going to ruin this wedding before it even began. Her dream of watching them get married will not come into reality.

As if knowing her intentions Eduardo had men stationed in areas that she could not even escape the Mansion itself.

"Good morning Madam Yuri, the Godfather has asked that we bring miss Camilla to the garden "Quinton said as he bowed in obedience.

Camilla's heart beat crazily against her chest as they walked towards the gardens with Quinton in front.

Different thoughts ran through her mind with each step she took towards the garden, she at least had the right to choose a suitable life partner for herself, someone who loved her genuinely.

"Mrs Delgado"She said, and Yuri looked at her with concern.

"Is everything okay sweetheart ? "She asked and Camilla shook her head .

"I am pressed ma'am I really need to use the restroom "she said and Quinton turned towards them suspiciously.

"Really, oh dear that's serious "Yuri said staring at the beautiful bride in front of her innocently.

"Qui...."she called and Camilla shook her head. Calling Quinton meant mission unsuccessful because the man would not let her move an inch.

"Ma'am I don't think it's necessary, just point at the direction, and I think I can get there on my own "She said nervously and Yuri took a deep breath in and out.

"Everyone is already waiting for us at the garden Camilla "she said and Camilla gave her the cutest puppy eyes she could not resist.

"I won't take long "she said and Quinton walked over to them .

" Is everything okay ? "He asked in concern.

"There is no cause for alarm, Camilla needs to use the restroom, and I'm sure one of these ladies can accompany her "Yuri said and Quinton opened and closed his mouth like a fish.

Letting this smart woman walk off on her own meant trouble, that's if they all want the capo to have his head.

"I don't think she should go alone Mom " Quinton said and Yuri gasped.

"You want to see someone else's woman to the restroom is that it? "She asked, and he shook his head.

"I sincerely apologize mom "he said bowing his head in embarrassment.

"I will be right back ma'am "Camilla said, and left with one of the girls.

Immediately she got into the bathroom in her room, she checked up trying to find the perfect spot to escape . Her eyes moved over to the window and she cursed under her breath.

That's impossible, she can't jump off the toilet window or she'll end you hurting herself.

Walking out of the restroom she moved over to the big window in her room and looked outside. The distance from the window to the floor was a bit high and scary.

"Miss Vasquez" the maid called from outside.

"I am not done! "Camilla said as her heart beat crazily against yet chest . She dropped the curtain from the window and began to release herself slowly . Immediately she landed on the floor butt first she twisted her ankle and drops of blood rolled down from the injury .

Gasping in pain she sent her hand to her hair where took off the pin in her bun using it to rip off a part of her wedding dress she tied her bleeding leg.

"I have to get out of here no matter what "she muttered under her breath and began to creep behind the flowers .

She cursed under her breath when she sighted soldiers walking around.

"Sound the alarm Marcus the capobranco's bride is trying to escape the estate "one of the men said and her eyes widened.
