The Mysterious Red-Clothed Visitor

This story is contributed by a friend from Mop Ghost Stories and revolves around the dormitories at their school:

Our school is a foreign language institute, and for a period, we had a mysterious visitor who would come late at night dressed in red to sell something. We had no idea how she managed to evade the security checks at the building entrance. Every night, she would visit, going from room to room, knocking. If someone opened the door, she would ask, "Do you want a red dress?" Because the girls were annoyed by the disturbances, they would yell at her to go away, and this went on for several nights.

One evening, the red-clothed woman returned. Knock, knock! This time, when the door opened, a girl rushed out and yelled at her, "What red dress? I'll take them all. How much?" The woman just smiled, turned, and walked away, without giving her any red clothing. That night, everyone slept peacefully, and no one came knocking on their doors.

The next day, all the dormitory residents woke up, except for the girl who had shouted at the red-clothed woman. Her roommate pulled back her blanket and found her body entirely covered in red. Her upper body's skin had been peeled away, and blood had soaked her, making it seem as though she was wearing a red dress.
