The Eerie Encounter in the Park

As dusk settled, a couple took a leisurely stroll deep into the park, finding themselves alone. They decided to share an intimate moment when suddenly a woman in a red dress hurriedly passed by. Just as this happened, the girl handed her partner a red scarf and whispered, "Do you like me?" He replied, "I do." She continued, "Do you love me?" He responded with, "I love you!"

With a bright smile, she proposed, "Well, let's go to a faraway place together, and we'll love each other for a lifetime." The young man immediately agreed. Without hesitation, she leaped into the artificial lake ahead of them. He was about to jump in to save her when he heard his name being called from behind.

Turning around, he saw his girlfriend looking at him with an unfamiliar expression. Confused, he glanced down and was horrified to realize that one of his legs was already hanging over the edge of the artificial lake.
