Chapter 53: Akira Joins

The three Uchihas stared at Akira especially Shisui as she introduced herself. "Hello, my name is Akira. I didn't expect all of Sasuke family would be so hadsome," she greeted slyly.

Itachi greeted her politely, saying, "Hello, it is a pleasure to meet you." Shisui, with a lot of enthusiasm in his eyes, greeted her with a big smile, "Pleased to meet you! My name Is Shisui Uchiha."

Sasuke, looking at Shisui, narrowed his eyes in suspicion. He then turned to Akira and asked, "Akira, are you free by chance?" Akira who was grinning at Shisui turned to Sasuke and replied, "Ohh, yes. What do you need Sasuke?"

Sasuke nodded in acknowledgement. "There is something I need your help in. Would you mind joining us for dinner?"

As they strolled through the streets, Shisui engaged in lively conversation with Akira, while Itachi and Sasuke remained mostly silent.

The group finally arrived at a cozy restaurant and took a seat in a private room. Sasuke sat next to Itachi and whispered, "Do you think she's the one?" Itachi nodded subtly, and Sasuke hummed in agreement.

As they sat together, Shisui turned back and beamed at Sasuke and Itachi. The duo rolled their eyes at Shisui's antics, but they couldn't help but smile back.

As the night progressed, Sasuke noticed how well, Shisui and Akira fit. He even chimed in, recalling the first time they met. It was the first night Sasuke went outside since Yasaka introduced him as her saviour.

Sasuke was strolling through Kyoto to get some fresh air, sadly he was surrounded by enthusiastic yokais expressing their gratitude. He wanted to leave and Akira was the one who broke up the crowd. From then, they have been friends since.

Shisui laughed, "Haha, I wish I was there to see your face, Sasuke." Sasuke snorted but told Akira his thanks again. Sasuke brought up the subject "I would like to sell some gold through some of your contacts and channels. My family has been in seclusion and is unknown in this era, so we would like to obtain some initial capital."

Akira enthusiastically replied, "Sure, I will even do it for free for you and take no commission. Do not reject, Lady Yasaka is someone I look up to, and you are her husband. I would not mind helping you and your family."

"Are you a swordsman?" Shisui inquired. Akira smiled. "Oh, you could tell. I wasn't even carrying my sword. I can feel family strength is extremly powerful, Sasuke and I would love to spar with them."

Shisui said, "If you are free we can have a spar tomorrow." Sasuke covered his mouth, stifling a laugh, to see Shisui's clear interest in Akira.

After dinner, they bid farewell to Akira, promising to meet again soon. As they walked back, Shisui couldn't hide his excitement, "I really like her! I think she's perfect for me."

Sasuke smirked, "You're just saying that because you like her energy."

Itachi chimed in, "But we do agree, she's a great fit for you, Shisui."

Sasuke glanced at his brother and nodded. "Yeah, I think so too. Akira is like the cool big sister type she definitely fits you, Shisiu."

Shisui's cheeks turned a little red, and he looked away, feeling a bit embarrassed. Itachi hummed, genuinely happy that Akira seemed like a good fit for his friend. Shisui admitted, "Well, let's see how things progress. I'll admit, I'm interested in her."

Sasuke nodded in agreement, "I was actually going to recommend her for the ANBU. She has excellent leadership skills and a great reputation among yokais. Since we're going to spar tomorrow, why don't you invite her?"

Shisui's eyes lit up with excitement, "Great idea, Sasuke!"

The trio made their way back home, and Sasuke left Shisui and Itachi to relax. Now, he was sitting with Yasaka, leaning on the bed as they cuddled together. Curious about their future goals, Sasuke asked, "Yasaka, what do you see as our future goal?"

Yasaka slyly smiled and playfully kissed Sasuke's nose, "My future goal is to have a good life with you." Sasuke chuckled, "I'm glad to hear that." He then added, "By the way, can you teach me Senjutsu?"

Yasaka's eyes beamed with excitement, and she enthusiastically hopped on top of Sasuke, straddling him. "Yes! I'd love to teach you Senjutsu!"

Sasuke raised an eyebrow, amused by Yasaka's eagerness. He gently placed his hands on her waist, "You're very enthusiastic about it. Well, I will also teach you more about chakra in return."

Yasaka grinned mischievously, "Deal!" Sasuke then said, "Let us go to sleep." Yasaka nodded and gave a quick peck to Sasuke. "Good night, hubby." Sasuke chuckle and hummed in acknowledgement; he then softly replied, "Good night."

The next morning arrived, and as the sun gently peeked through the curtains, Sasuke quietly slipped out of bed, careful not to disturb the sleeping Yasaka. He planted a soft kiss on her forehead, before making his way outside.

At the training ground, when Sasuke approached, he was surprised to find Itachi and Shisui already there, engaged in conversation. "I didn't expect to see you two here," Sasuke greeted, his voice tinged with amusement.

Itachi smiled at his younger brother. "Good morning, Sasuke. We thought we'd come here to train."

Shisui joined in, his eyes shining with enthusiasm, "Yeah, it has been a while since I trained with Itachi."

Sasuke's eyes lit up with interest, "I haven't seen your shurikenjutsu in a while, Itachi."

Shisui, eagerly, chimed in, "What about me, Sasuke?"

Sasuke glanced at Shisui and remained silent, making Shisui look gloomy for a moment. But then, Sasuke's face broke into a grin, and he chuckled, "Why don't we train together?"

Shisui commented, "Sure, the more the merrier."

Sasuke then had an idea, "Why don't we compete? I've already set up targets around this training ground during the two years I've been here."

Itachi agreed, "Hn." He then added, " I am curious to see Shisui's skills. He was the one who thought me shurkenjutsu, after all."

A/N: Akira is an OC but her appearance is like Ghislaine Dedoldia from Mushoku Tensei.
