Sirzechs and Grayfia suddenly appear in the occult research club room, surprising Rias and Akeno, who were deeply engrossed in a conversation about Gasper's disappearance.

Rias rises from her chair, her face lighting up at her brother and sister-in-law's unexpected arrival. Akeno stands behind her, watching with curiosity as Sirzechs and Grayfia enter.

"Welcome, Sirzechs-sama," Akeno greets with a gentle smile, showing respect for the leader of the devils.

Sirzechs returns the smile, appreciating Akeno's hospitality.

"Thank you, Akeno," he replies, his voice warm and welcoming. "I'm glad to see both of you."

Grayfia remains silent by Sirzechs' side, her expression serious and vigilant, carefully observing the surroundings.

Rias, radiant with her brother's presence, quickly approaches and embraces Sirzechs enthusiastically.

As Rias releases from the hug, her eyes shining with anticipation as she looks at Sirzechs.

"Onii-sama, do you have any news about Gasper?" she asks, her voice filled with hope.

Sirzechs shakes his head, his expression reflecting the sad reality.

"Unfortunately, no, Rias," he replies, his voice laden with sorrow. "We're doing everything we can to find him, but so far, we've had no success."

Rias lowers her gaze, her heart heavy with the lack of news. She sits back down in her chair, a look of sadness crossing her face.

"I hope he's okay," she murmurs, her voice full of concern.

Akeno places a comforting hand on Rias's shoulder, offering silent support.

"We'll find him, Rias," says Akeno, her voice soft and reassuring. "We won't give up until we bring him back."

Rias nods, grateful for her friend's support.

"Thank you, Akeno," she murmurs, her voice soft and grateful.

Sirzechs looks at his younger sister tenderly, wishing he could alleviate her worry.

"We're doing everything we can," he assures her, his voice firm and determined. "Gasper is strong, I'm sure we'll find him soon."

Grayfia breaks the silence that hangs over the room, her voice serious and firm cutting through the air.

"Sirzechs-sama, why don't you reveal the reason for the visit?" she asks.

Sirzechs nods, acknowledging Grayfia's pertinent observation.

"You're right, Grayfia," he agrees, his voice gentle and thoughtful. "Rias, I came here regarding the Red Dragon Emperor."

Rias raises her eyebrows, surprised by the revelation.

"Issei?" she asks, her eyes lighting up with interest.

"Yes, I want to send him for special training," Sirzechs confirms, his voice filled with determination.

Rias furrows her brow, irritated by the idea of another member of her Peerage being taken away from her.

"You want to take another member of my Peerage away from me?" she questions, her voice tinged with irritation.

Sirzechs raises his hands in a pacifying gesture.

"Relax," he says, his voice soothing and calming. "This is temporary. I believe this training will benefit him and you."

Rias takes a deep breath, making a conscious effort to calm her initial irritation. She knows her brother wouldn't make such a decision lightly and trusts in his wisdom.

"Explain it to me," she requests, her voice now calmer and more controlled.

Sirzechs watches his younger sister tenderly, appreciating her ability to maintain composure even in the face of setbacks.

"He has potential," Sirzechs begins, choosing his words carefully. "But that potential won't amount to anything if it's not explored. And the stronger he becomes, the better for you."

Rias furrows her brow, processing the information. She understands the logic behind Sirzechs' words and begins to see the situation in a new light.

"I see," she murmurs, her voice reflecting her understanding. "So, you think sending Issei for this special training will be beneficial for him and for me?"

"Exactly," Sirzechs confirms, a glint of pride in his eyes. "I believe it will help Issei reach his true potential as a Sekiryuutei and, at the same time, strengthen your Peerage."

Rias nods slowly, her expression softening as she begins to accept the idea.

"Thank you for explaining, Onii-sama," she says, her voice full of gratitude. "I trust your decision and will do what's best for all of us."

Sirzechs smiles, relieved to see his younger sister's understanding and acceptance.

"I'm always here to support you, Rias," he assures her, his voice full of tenderness.

"And how will this training be?" Rias asks, as she tries to absorb the revelation about Issei's fate.

"It will be with an acquaintance of mine," Sirzechs replies, adding a hint of mystery to the conversation. "Also, you should return to the underworld for training as well."

"But without Sona here, Kuoh will be unprotected," Rias retorts, concerned about the safety of her city.

"Sona went to train with Riser," Grayfia interjects, her voice unruffled, as she reminds everyone of the situation. "You don't want to fall behind, do you, Rias?"

Rias sighs, aware of the responsibility resting on her shoulders, but also feeling overwhelmed by everything that has happened recently.

"No, of course not," she replies, her voice determined. "But so much has been happening..."

"I'm sorry, Rias, for what I'm about to say," Grayfia begins, her voice serious cutting through the air. "But even with you here, what would you do? Without strength..."

Grayfia's words hit Rias hard, leaving her feeling indignant and hurt by the harsh truth.

Akeno, sensing her friend's discomfort, offers support, giving Rias a comforting massage on her shoulders.

"It hurts to say this, but Grayfia is right," Sirzechs intervenes, his voice firm and serious. "It's time for a change, Rias. Or do you want what happened to Gasper to happen again?"

Rias is struck by her brother's words, her expression reflecting the depth of her thoughts.

"No, I don't want that," she murmurs, determined to change her fate. "I'll train and do whatever it takes to get stronger."

"Great," Sirzechs replies, pleased with his younger sister's decision. "Now, go call Issei so I can take him, and Grayfia will later accompany you to the underworld."

Rias nods, ready to act.

"Akeno, go call Issei," she orders.

"I'm on it," Akeno replies, leaving the club to fulfill her task.
