Dark Secrets I

I knew he was strong. I knew he was holding back.

During the fight at the city gates, the SSS+ ranked quest. I, Anna Blair, together with some of the most powerful adventurers in this world, faced this god. We thought there was hope... but it was all for nothing. All I could do was muster my greatest strength, mixed with his own strength (Armatista) to do so much as a scratch.

And yet we hadn't seen it all. 

My arrows are not casual arrows, they're strengthened arrows forged with mithril... the strongest arrows an Adamantine-ranked adventurer could get. They couldn't do anything to these pitch-black crystal-like beings. 

But when they came into contact with his flames, I realised why he is the Sun God. 

His real name is Ray, although he calls himself Osiris. Perhaps he believes in this world, no one is qualified to know his real name. I understand why.

This God is something else. 

With a mere fist, he destroyed all. I was protected by his intent, with my eyes I saw destruction around me like never before. That, which didn't crumble, shattered. That, which didn't shatter, melted. That, which didn't melt... ceased to exist. 

By the end of it, the pretty underground cave had transformed into a scorching hell of magma. One which I couldn't feel at all, he kept me inside his bubble, I couldn't do anything more than just tug onto his clothes, hoping he'd be merciful enough to not let me go. 

I looked at him. He has the complexion of a dark elf... he's so handsome and powerful. Before I noticed, my cheeks were red and my eyes hazy. 

"Are you okay, Anna?" He asked me with that soft voice of his. It is paradoxical, he behaves completely differently now as he did when we fought at the city gates. I noticed through his interaction with his lovers that he is a kind god, not just a merciless secular deity. 

He is the hope of us elves. And I can't believe how expectant I am of the time when we can finally step into the capital city. Before the sacred tree, Yggdrasil, in front of the tyrant.

Decem Hougan, what will you do? crawl? ask for mercy... because there is no way you can defeat this. There is nothing you can do.

Justice for what you have done to my family, justice for what you have done to us elves... it is all coming down on you and I can't help but be expectant. Nevertheless, I won't try to sway Ray's vision. 

He is kind, he is merciful, but he can also be disruptive... I will allow Ray to see to your sins and punish you himself, that is the right course of things. 

"I am okay, Ray~"

In the meantime, as we travel one step closer every time to the Elf Kingdom, I will enjoy this newfound feeling in my stomach that I have never experienced. I wonder what it is? I wonder if I could help Alana feel it... ever since we fled the two of us have done nothing but struggle.

Alana, I can finally see an end to our suffering. How I wish you were here with us.

I had to get a bit rough to deal with those creatures. Strength alone wasn't cutting it, even when exposed to my Sun Energy, they were still relentless. 

After everything was done, I used one of Tsunade's water jutsus to cool down the cave... all that remained was a bit of the scorched remains of those beings, the stronger ones. 

I was going to step forward to analyse it when a beautiful pitch-black female phased out of my body.

I felt Anna's body shiver through her grasp of my shirt when she saw Ophis, even I got a bit flustered. 

"Ophis... you can at least tell me when you're coming out..." I sighed, and she gave me a good scare. 

The dragoness didn't say a word, I couldn't help but put my gaze on her body. She was tall, and bountiful, wearing only a night see-through gown that allowed me to see everything. Ophis knelt in front of the pitch-black remains, the motion made her delicious butt stand out in a reverse heart shape that fired me up more than I expected. 

'W-Why?' I wondered, I have loved and embraced my fair share of beautiful women, all types of bodies. Why is Ophis causing this reaction in me?

"Ray, this is?" Anna got on guard, it was to be expected. Ophis aura had a lot of resemblance with that of those creatures, to be more accurate... despite representing infinity, she had so much control over her aura that she didn't let anything out.

"Don't worry, she's a friend".

"Just a friend?" Ophis questioned without even turning around, her voice was still that deep voice of an ancient dragon, even in this humanoid form. Anna tugged on my shirt harder, intimidated. 

"A close friend, she's a goddess too..." I gulped, unable to assert what was the true nature of our relationship.

"Why do you come out now?"

"Just as I told you before, the one who created that Elf Nucleus is someone who can use the laws of infinity, my power. Likewise, the one who created these creatures is someone who has the capabilities of void, baka-red's power. I was interested and pretended to analyse it. A being such as myself, from another world"

"What would you do if you were to meet these individuals?" I asked with a frown, don't tell me, she'd think that as their hope...? she'd find a new home?

Ophis waved her hands and a ridiculous energy, so thick enough to grasp it, engulfed the whole area and pulled all the remains of those creatures creating a big pitch-black ball which she compressed until it became pebble. 

"I'd find them... destroy them, and plunder their authority".

"I see..."

Why do I feel relieved?

The dragoness walked up to me, looking all sexy. I couldn't see her chest before, but now I saw it all perky and voluptuous.

'Damn it...'

Ophis witnessed my reactions and I saw a cheeky smile on her cheeks amidst the silence. She ignored Anna Blair and presented the pebble to me. 

"Although it emits no energy... this should assist you" Her voice softened considerably, like a sweet mellow that impacted my soul. 

She created what looked like a small pitch-black snake that devoured that pebble. A series of reactions occurred on that snake in plain sight, it gained a purplish hue and all energy that it was releasing ceased, instead, it began sucking all the energy away. 

"Infinity is a proper that adapts to everything it surrounds, like water. Comprehending infinity will be easy for you, as you have me... but that is not the case with void. I shall assist you".

I took the snake from her, like a sacrifice.

I couldn't believe I got so much just from those remains.

"I told you, void and infinite energy are the two most primal energies of existence, even greater than your sun energy. And although I may hate to admit it, the void is a bit superior as there was the first void before there was infinity..." She sighed, I couldn't help but smile at her acknowledgement. 

I think this Dragoness has grown within me. I held her soft cheek,

"Thanks, Ophis".

She smiled back and did something I didn't expect, tip-toed and kissed me.

It was a long and deep kiss. It started romantic, evolved into a lustful outbreak on her part, greedily sucking my tongue and finished with a light bite on my lips. 

"Ophis..." I held her waist against me, feeling her body mashed up against mine. Then I realised why I found her so alluring... she, who could take whatever form she wanted, designed this body for me. 

"As you become stronger, your souls scorches with greater strength, Sun God. Your rays blaze my body. Soon, my infinite scales won't be able to resist as despite my power, I'm no multiversal being... what was previously warm and peaceful is starting to become inhospitable" She said, saddened. 

I understand that as I have been ranking up, my soul has started to reject her... which means I can no longer meet my end of the deal. 

"Sorry–" I said, she put her alluring finger with long black nails on my lips

"And yet I can't help but yearn for your soul. I love its silence, Ray... it is my home" She caressed my cheeks, and rubbed herself on me, forcing me to hug her harder. 

This dragoness who wanted nothing more than a home, was being displaced again. What can I even do? I definitely must keep getting stronger. But Ophis was acting so romantic... since when does she hold these feelings?

She held my cheek and kissed it... all her mannerisms were so soft.

"Fret not, If I can't be in it, then I must be on it... allow me some slumber before I join your side".

"Will you be with me? Do you not want me to find you a home anymore?" I had promised her, she had also helped me in the past... I'd stick to my word even if it was the last thing I did. But she reassured me.

"I have found my home~" Her pitch-black eyes stared at me, but there was no coldness within them.

"..."

I understood the ouroboros dragon, and almost unconsciously, we kissed again... it was an odd feeling. A relationship that transcends love. I'm always conscious she is there, like a heart palpitating next to mine. 

Her home is by my side. 

Ophis took my hand and placed it on her big globes, I squeezed them through the silky gown that might as well be nonexistent... it would be an understatement to say I like her body which was crafted for me. 

"Busty milfs must be protected and loved... isn't that what you said?".

"A-Ah..."

"Such being the case... with this body, you will protect me and love me, correct?"

I bit my lips and squeezed harder. 

"It seems my research was spot-on~," Ophis giggled and merged back into my body before I had the chance to fondle her any further!

"Ophis, come back!" I urged her to show up if she had the audacity, nearly forgetting that a blushing Anna was standing next to me. 

"..."

She didn't say a word, this cheeky dragoness... I'll get her good one of these days!

*cough!*

"I'm sorry, Anna... let's keep moving".

"Uhm, d-don't mind me!"

... 

After my little rendezvous with the Dragoness, we carried on through the floor... we found more of those creatures which I helped Anna destroy as part of her own training, I gave her plenty of armatista. 

Ophis never showed up again to make any more of those snakes. This means I got considerably fewer chaos points when I calcinated those remains.

It wasn't much, but it was something. 

Finaly, after much travelling... we found something eerie. 

*CLANG!*

*CLANG!*

It was a thunderous noise that resonated through the cave until it dissipated in the distance, we approached and saw some of those pitch-black creatures striking what looked like an elf nucleus. 

"They're harvesting it–"

"STOPP!!"

Anna went berserk and used a chunk of armatista in one go, too much to bear.

"Wait, Anna!"

<6th Tier: Vieux Norris (Weeping Forest)>

All of her magic energy was depleted with one attack. Blackened tree branches engulfed in flames were released from a magic circle that grasped all of those black crystals, the flames were crimson red, not normal flames. 

I understood this was also a high-ranked spell like the one she used to injure me. 

Those pitch-black beings blazed and scorched harder than with my sun energy. But as a result, Anna passed out on the spot. 

"This girl... why go to such lengths?".

And then I saw... that Elf Nucleus which those pitch-black beings were destroying, was almost eradicated. Its broken shards scattered around, but those hards had no energy whatsoever. 

This nucleus was dead. 

It died in front of us.
