I am Longinus

"Do you need help then?" Seeing the man leaving, the Dhampir offered her assistance.

In truth she doesn't want to be left alone in this place. Even if they were out of the Tepes territory, she still feels uneasy

So although she lacks fighting knowledge, she still offered her help.

Cao Cao blinked under his mask and chuckled, "No need, I'll come back soon. For now, take a rest and we'll go somewhere after I'm done." 

Without saying anything further, Cao Cao left, leaving the dhampir in daze.

"Where is the intruder!?" A guard shouted. They finally managed to make those explosions stop. All they need to do now is find that damned intruder!

He could already imagine sucking the life out of that bastard.

His fellow companions roared.

"Over here." They heard a voice from above.

*BOOM!*

An explosion rang and smoke began filling the area. 

"What?!" 

"What's this?!" 

"AHHHH!!" 

Screams drown the place, those who weren't in the smokefiled were terrified from what they're hearing.

"W–What's happening?! One of the guards stammered while trying to regroup with his allies.

Soon, the screams stop, only leaving a pregnant silence that terrified the guard more.

"Who's there?! Show yourself coward!" Bringing up his sword, he tried taunting their enemy. 

"Why hello there." Hearing the voice behind him, the guard turned around in fright. 

He saw what seemed to be a man wearing a white mask. His outfit and the killing intent around him are not what terrified him, but the spear in his hands. 

He can't describe what it is aside from…

Holy

Before he could say anything, the man dashed forward faster than his eyes could follow and stabbed him.

After that, he only saw a flash of light before everything turned to darkness.

"Now that those guards are done, who's next?" Looking at the now vaporized vampire, the Hero Descendant asked himself.

They are too weak, a befitting canon fodder as others call it.

Maybe he should wreak havoc more?

"Seriously, what's with this crappy defense system? I get that these vampires are prideful but really?" Cao Cao can't believe that their castle's structure is similar to a normal one, even less sturdy as this place has been standing for centuries.  

Did they run out of budget or what?

Shaking his head, the hero descendant ran on the halls of the castle intending to terrorize the entire place.

Torrents of light flew everywhere, causing destruction with each hit. 

"You bastard!" Many vampire soldiers appeared out of nowhere, intending to corner him.  

"Surrender now! Who are you and why did you attack Tepes Castle?!" One of the soldiers asked. As much as they want to jump at him, the spear in his hands is terrifying them.

They feel like they would die if they get too close.

"Who am I?" The soldier heard the robed man muttering to himself.

"I am Longinus." He declared his name while pointing his spear towards them. 

"And I'm the one who'll pass judgment to your evil."

Lord Vladi wasn't in a good mood. He just got informed by his King that a light user has invaded the castle. The worst part is that they took the Holy Chalice!

That imbecile Maruis must've been the reason why the Holy Grail got taken away from them.

Who thought it was a good idea to make promises despite not mastering such an artifact yet? Surely that Maruis would've been smart enough right?

He just has one job, keeping an eye to his sister. If his half breed spawn is here then he would've left him the job for the sake of making his King's bastard cooperate.

Unfortunately, he's probably dead. 

If it wasn't for his King's daughter awakening her Sacred Gear at the last moment, she'll be dead too.

Such is the fate of half breeds.

"Lord Vladi, we found the intruder." He heard one of the soldiers say.

"Where is that pig?"

"Our soldiers are suppressing him right now my lord." 

Vladi nodded and proceeded to follow his soldiers. This needs to stop before things could get worse. 

Looking at the large door in front of them, the soldiers lined up with their lord at the center.

"GO!" Giving his command, Vladi shouted.

*BANG!*

Busting the door open and immediately getting in their position, the soldiers survey the area with Lord Vladi following them. 

"What happened here?" Vladi looked around shocked. 

The place is empty but you could tell a battle happened, there was even a burning smell permeating the room.

But why are there no bodies?

"L-Lord What is that?!" He heard one of the guards shout. 

Looking at the direction his guard is pointing He saw a robed man wielding a spear. He can still see the smoke from around him.

Could it be…? 

"T-That…." Impossible. 

Here of all places.

"I am Longinus."

"I am Longinus." Cao Cao looked at the soldiers in front of him. He's particularly looking at the elegant looking man, a noble from the looks of it.

Despite being a noble, he could tell that his strength far surpassed those of soldiers.

An Ultimate Class Vampire.

"Y-You… so that's what it is. The user of True Longinus  have come to harass our faction." He could see the noble vampire's hand clenching despite saying that in a calm voice.

He could tell that the name he's using is an alias. 

"But why us?" 

"I guess it's because…." Cao Cao tapped the spear in his shoulder before continuing, "Your faction is the closest one." 

Veins bulge in Lord Vladi's temple. So they got attacked just because they happened to be near him?!

"You could've chosen the Devil Faction instead of us…. But because of that stupid reason, you invaded our castle and terrorized our people?!" At this point, he forgot that the Holy Grail may have to do something with this person. This robed man needs to pay.

Ruining their castle and making them a bunch of laughing stocks…

"I could but you're weaker than them." Cao Cao continued to add more fuel to the fire.

He doesn't like vampires in this world anyway, so why not piss them off more?

"Enough about that. I was about to name myself Van Helsing actually, but I think it's too cliche don't you think?" He pointed his spear at them.

"You brat! As the Lord of the House of Vladi, I swear that once I kill you, I will eat your flesh and drink your blood!" Lord Vladi started growing sharp claws and his canines also started getting big.

"Now that's more like it."
