As Roger stood in the void, a blank canvas of the cardinal world, he prepared to create it. He turned to Elizabeth and said, "Honey, before I create anything, I'm going to make the Voice of the World. It will help me monitor, control, and balance the world better. The feminine archangel Azrael, known as the Archangel of Death, speculated, "I think it's Father's doing."

"You're probably right," said Metatron.

Raziel, the keeper of mysteries, added, "I don't know exactly what Father is creating, but it feels like the beginning of Something Important."

Gabriel turned to Michael. "What do you think, brother?"

Michael answered thoughtfully, "I think it's Father's work, but we must wait for him to explain it."

Helel,, interjected, "I know Father and Mother have been discussing something lately. Perhaps this is the result."

"Yes,Brother" Samael agreed. "Let's wait for Father to reveal his plans."

As All angels in Heaven, they gathered, listening to their Father, GOD. His voice echoed through the Hole Heaven :

"My children, I have created this Voice Of The World to manage the whole omniverse and to be my aid and in simple words it is the sentient embodiment of the laws or such as it is the World itself.."

Elizabeth, with love for her children, spoke softly, "Wait, my children." Suddenly, the voice of the world spoke again:

Individual "Michael, Helel, Samael, Azazel, Azrael, Metatron, Raziel, Kabiël, Tsadkiel, Kamael, Uriel, Aniel, and Raphael have been granted ultimate skills by the Voice of the World."

As the voice faded, they all felt dizzy and fell unconscious. Meanwhile, in the Void of the Cardinal World, Elizabeth's voice could be heard:

"Is this the right decision—to give them ultimate skills?"

Roger replied calmly, "Yes, my love. I am doing this for their safety. They cannot be killed by others,i know that but they can kill each other. As you have seen, a great war will happen among them.
