CHAPTER 10:HANDLING OUT FLYERS

"This is the most boring job I ever do," I mutter as I am handling voters that have Sitri, my King's House symbol.

She already stamps my hand with her House Magic circle before I do this job.

"Please take it. You may get your wish fulfilled." I said that as some guys and even women take it.

Gosh. That sounds weird but it needs to be said. Heck, I even ask what Momo and Reya said with them replying said the same line.

Handling out the last one to a chubby guy who smells of cigarettes on his body makes me almost want to throw up.

Sometimes I hate my nose that can pick up any smell greater than any living creature. It sucks.

I need to do this for a week or 2. Now I am handing them out in the local shopping mall.

I mean there are a lot of people visiting this so it is a strategic place for me to hand out these flyers.

Though the world glances from some humans here made feel awkward.

"A familiar. I will use it to hand out these things. The others just use them to do this thing." I thought on my head as I know days before Riser visits Sona's peerage will have a match with Rias's peerage to decide who will go to the familiar Forest.

All the flyers now are being. handed out so that means I can return to Student Council.

When I enter my classroom most of my classmates are surprised to see me become a part of the Student Council with some feeling jealous seeing I am the only male in that club.

Hahaha. You noobies. My Path to becoming Harem King has opened though I will think about that later.

Having a Harem is a dream for a cultured person but I need to focus to make myself stronger.

Harem is useless if you are weaker than your harem or at least be the second strongest.

Besides, it is useless to have a harem if you are an easy target to be killed by your enemies.

Well unfortunately for our supposed MC of this world Issei Hyoudou he has some great luck by having a dragon that gives him a cheat code to become strong but for only 10 seconds, a rival that can kill him when they first met face to face and a leader of a faction who is a pervert like him that guide him now to get his dragon armour.

"Hmm. Let's buy some ice cream for me." I see a man who has a once cream stall as I buy 5 vanilla ice cream for myself as I eat them with my ears perked up if there are dumb crows that tried to ambush me again.

My nose then smell takoyaki which made my stomach growl as I notice my appetite has increased again.

"Guess I am now like the Flash. I may pass out if I cannot fill on my stomach. Or maybe not? Maybe this is the side effect of having these 7 powers by the Goddess? Not that I complain about it." I stop by and buy takoyaki with me also buy for my peerage members.

Though I already eat some when I am on my journey to Kuoh Academy.

One of the perks of becoming Student Council is that the place has its eatery though Akame had almost finished the food followed by me.

I can see how she gives me a challenging stare when we had a lunch break in the Student Council office.

I open the door of the Student Council office my nose picks up 2 female scents with one particularly smelling like a fallen angel a little.

Opening it I see exhibit--, I mean Rias Gremory and beside her is Akeno Himejima.

One is a spoiled girl. Well, I remembered how many people bash her and state facts about how she purposely let Issei die with her then reincarnated him to become a devil.

Well, reading, seeing and experiencing it is different. I mean I died when she find out I am a normal human, a mob.

Heck if I died I think she will just leave my corpse pike with she will report to the higher up that I already died when she arrives.

Okay. Am I being paranoid? The answer is Yes. To be honest I can say she did not have the mean and effort to beat Riser.

I mean in anime the scene where her peerage train is when Riser arrived and in the Underworld when they will have a Rating Match against Sona's peerage.

Or maybe the anime with Manga did not do justice to her training time.

Okay. Enough of this princess who just waits for her hero to come to rescue her and then fell in love with him.

"Oh. Akito, you are back." Sona said to me as Red and Black looked at me which I paid no attention to.

Go away thot, I am not a simp. Before I am but after you left me dead I am not.

Though for Yasaka I will become a simp back. Muehehehe.

"Sona. So he is indeed your Pawn?" Rias said to Sona as I place the takoyaki package on the table.

"Have some Senpai. It is my treat." I tell them.

"Akito. Meet Rias Gremory, who is a King, Devil Heiress and the owner of Kuoh. And beside her is Akeno Himejima, her Queen." Sona introduces them to me.

"Greetings Gremory-san and you too Himejima-san. I am Hiro Akito, Sona-Kaichou Pawn." I introduce myself to them.

"Hello to you too Akito-san," Rias replied as I sees how her melon shake.

Seriously no wonder Issei and other males voted her as the famous girl of Kuoh Academy.

"Ufufu. Nice to neet you Akito-kun." Akeno greet me as I look at her with a blank expression.

"Damn. She is pretty." I thought in my head as I honestly prefer Akeno over Rias.

"So Sona how much is he worth?" Rias ask Sona.

"All my pawn pieces Rias," Sona replied as her eyes widened hearing that.

"All 8 pieces. Are you serious? You are not kidding, right?" Rias ask Sona as I see the red-haired girl is surprised by how much worth am I.

"Oh my. His worth is higher than our 2 pawns." Akeno commented making me feel shocked hearing that but then again it make sense.

"What is his Sacred Gear?" Rias ask Sona who look like she did not want to reply.

"No. I never check if he has Sacred Gear. Rather he is a successor of a well-known hero." Sona replied.

"Eh? Which one?" Rias ask.

"Diarmuid Ua Duibhne from Celtic history," Sona replied.

"Then why I did not see him use any of that hero weapon in the previous night against the fallen angel?" Rias ask her again.

"Well Akito, answer her question," Sona said toward me as the attention now is on me.

"You want to know why? " I ask them as they all nod their head.

"I just want to test my unique magic and what better than a fallen angel who tried to kill me. That way I can see how powerful my unique magic is." I tell them.

"Unique magic? Do you mean the fire attack one?" Akeno ask me as I nod my head.

"Anyway, Akito, go toward Momo and Reya. I believe you now have the time to learn magic from them." Sona said to me as I nod my head.

"Excuse me." I walk away from them leaving the 3 devils to continue their talk with Tsubaki now is going toward them with 4 cups and a jug of tea.

The 4 now seat with them enjoying the tea that the Queen made.

"So this unique magic he is talking about, what is it?" Rias ask Sona who look at her.

"Fire one. A dragon one. His magic is similar to Stella." Sona replied though she never said how the magic is a dragon-slaying one.

"Whoa. Now you have 2 members who have dragon fire. Much like mine though mine is the wielder of Sacred Gear. Both of my Pawns are. " Rias said as Sona has to hold her annoyance as she wants to say one is going to be hers before she beg her to hand it over to her.

"So what Sacred Gear for the perfect Hyoudou has?" Sona asks Rias.

"Twice Critical. Though I think it is Boosted Gear. I mean Koneko already said Issei here has a scent as Saji has. " Rias said.

"What luck I have to score one of the Heavenly Dragon Emperor. The Red One. Do you think it is a fate for him to be my pawn, Sona?" Rias ask Sona.

"I think so I mean you have red hair colour with him is the Red Dragon Emperor. But Twice Critical? Isn't that a common Sacred Gear?" Sona ask.

"No. I think it is the Red Gauntlet." Rias said.

"I think it has stages for our new Pawn to unlock it," Akeno added.

"Say, have any of your pawns spar against your other peerage members?" Tsubaki asks them.

"For Saji. It is a Yes. I mean he directly challenges Kiba. He probably is jealous due to his popularity and wants to see how to strong Kiba is." Rias replied.

"The result is Saji get demolished even when his Sacred Gear has latched on Kiba but my Knight speed gains him a victory. He just gets delivered slashes and then knocks him out by chopping his neck with his sword handle." Rias added.

"And the match only last for about 45 seconds. Oh, and Koneko joins in battling him too. Well, he survives 10 punches and after that he gets KO'ed. And 6 strike from my thunder paralysed him on the ground. " Akeno answered.

"So he did not win against you all." Tsubaki summarised.

"Well, he is still a novice in using his Sacred Gear and did not know any magic. Luckily he has enough magic to teleport him to the client house." Rias told her.

"What about the recent addition peerage member? " Tsubaki ask.

"Well, he never has a fighting experience yet. I mean it is too early." Rias told her.

"At least we have someone to hand. out the flyers. I mean your Pawn just return from doing it too right?" Akeno ask.

"Yes," Tsubaki replied.

"So your pawn, how strong is he?" Rias ask Sona with interest as the spectacle girl look at her friend in the eyes.

"Strong. Just ask Tsubaki since they once spar." Sona added.

"Oh my, you already spar with him Tsubaki? I take it you defeated him in under a minute or less?" Akeno asks the Queen.

"No. He wins against me." Tsubaki replied making Akeno and Rias are surprised to hear her question.

"WHAT?! He wins against you." Rias shouted with Akeno is in disbelief hearing her reply.

Me and the others that are eating takoyaki look at them.

"Guess they are talking about you hotshot," Maki said to me.

"But still I cannot believe that pervert Hyoudou Issei may be the Red Dragon Emperor. What a joke." Stella said with disgust.

"H-how? He only becomes a devil for only a day right?" Rias ask her.

"Yes. They did it yesterday. Guess being the Hero successor is no joke. If I did not ask my Bishop to stop the match Tsubaki here will stay on the bed waiting for her hands to be healed from days." Sona tells Rias.

"He is strong then," Akeno said as she look at me who look at her with her wink at me making me blush as I avert my eyes from looking at her.

Damn this brain of mine. I can ignore Rias but not Akeno.

Their talk continues until the night arrives with us all return back to our house.
