Dungeon Raider System
The Mayan ceremonial dagger had an inscription in the ancient language that read: "Offer thy heart". It's obviously an instruction left by the past inhabitants of this forgotten place, but who would be stupid enough to stab himself in the heart with a rusty old knife found inside a tombstone? After activating my battery pack the dagger shimmers brightly in a cyan light, the creatures are coming, I can hear their steps. 'It's do or die.'
Flawed flux orb
In the split second it took for the creature to shut it's maw, Uriel somehow managed to activate his Dash skill and crouched in an attempt to dodge. Thankfully for Uriel, even though he was caught by surprise the bite failed, but the creature did not give up and used its momentum to follow with a headbutt that sent Uriel rolling back a few meters.
In a daze, he summoned his revolver and opened fire against the giant creature until the cylinder was empty, even though the first bullet was enough to kill it.
"What in the world is this?" Uriel gasped at the sight of the uncanny creature. It was a reptile, but due to his lack of knowledge in biology that was pretty much all he knew. However, he still took a few moments examine the body, just like Luna would have done in his place.
