Skybridge Confrontation (Part 4)
On the top floor of the South Tower, Marco was still struggling to unlock the door.
“Nnnggrgh... this goddamn locking mechanism is complicated! It’s too much to the point that I began questioning my lock picking skills.”
Marco stopped his effort for a moment to think.
“Hmm... is there no other way to get past this door?” he thought. He inspected the keyhole once more.
“Upon closer inspection... this keyhole is too small compared to the ones I’ve encountered. Hmm... maybe Pio’s weapon can fit inside it? Nah, that’s just another impossibility. Her darts are sizeable enough that it won’t be fit in a keyhole as small as this one...”
Marco got back up. The sound of thunder intruded his ears once. In just a matter of seconds, another flash of lightning lighted the room for a split moment. It invited his eyes to gaze into the doorway leading to the West Tower.
