Chapter 12 The egotistical one

"You take the long hair guy and I will take the one that looks like Goku," Ken said to Piccolo as he pointed at Raditz.

"Who the hell are you to commend me?" Piccolo said as he shrugged Ken aside but he fails to even make him move.

Ken was concealing his power so Piccolo didn't notice his real strength but he knew that something is wrong with the boy.

As he feels weird vibes from him like some kind of mysterious magic was counselling his true power.

"Here have this?" Ken said as he throws a senzu beam at Piccolo.

Goku got some senzu beans a while ago when Korin asked Ken to give him some when they were at the tower for the ultra-divine water.

Ken asked for a few in case.

"I am counting on you," Ken said as he dashed towards turles and holds turles by the armour that he was wearing and dragged him through the grounds while flying at supersonic speed.

Turles was caught off guard and was dragged away by ken.

"That bastard. His power level seems to be unreadable by the scouter." Raditz said as he looked in the direction where Ken went.

"Hey. Didn't you know that you should not take your eyes off your opponent?" Piccolo said as he launched a powerful mouth blast at Raditz.

Smokes covered the whole scenery.

But as the smoke clears Raditz appears unscratched.

"So what if I take my eyes off you what are you going to do?" Raditz provoked Piccolo.

Then the hero finally arrived as Goku landed near piccolo.

"Piccolo? What is happening here? What with the huge tree? Did you do it?" Goku asked Piccolo.

This was strange because a normal person would not ask his/her former enemy that he almost fought to the death about what is happening with the earth.

But this was not an ordinary person.

This is goku.

And Goku now believes that piccolo was a good guy. Because of his gut feeling somehow?

So he thinks that someone else is responsible for the chaos that was happening right now instead of suspecting piccolo.

"Kakarrot. It's impossible. So that guy that I just met must be." Raditz said in shock.

He knew the person that he met was a Saiyan because of the tail but the one that is in front of him who is tailless looked too much like his father.

Something is not adding up.

"Kakarrot? Who's that? My name is goku." Goku replied to Raditz.

At that time Turles was thrown into a building with the momentum that was gathered by getting dragged across a city.

"I think this place should do," Ken said as he looked at the distance between him and Piccolo.

He wanted to set piccolo up with Raditz just like in the original.

Of course, he knew that there is a chance that piccolo could be killed.

But Piccolo dying does not matter to him as he has to go to namek in the future anyways.

For him, apart from his own life, life in the dragon ball world means nothing since death is nearly meaningless.

You can even choose which method to use when bringing someone back to life because there are more than 5 wish-granting dragons, angels and deities that can instantly revive a person and a realm where dead people gathered exist.

For him trying to minimize the casualties while having fun is the only thing that matters because at the end of the day there is always a way to revive any unnecessary deaths and destruction.

Turles flew in the direction where Ken was and throws a powerful superman punch at Ken.

Ken blocked it with one of his fingers.

He then gave an overhead kick launching Turles away into a nearby building again.

"Hmmm. I think the difference in our power level was too huge." Ken said as he looked at Turles.

"Tch. What power? As expected of a Saiyan." Turles wipe some blood that was on his face and said as he looked back at Ken.

"Now die. Haaaaaaaaaaaa." He then launched a powerful ki beam in Ken's direction.

Ken used a shield created by Ki to fully blocked the attack.

Turles then closed in and punched Ken with his full strength but the ki shield that was still present on Ken was too much for Turles to break through.

However, even if he did not take any damage the force that was still present in the fist was strong enough to knock away the Ki the shield that was surrounding and protecting Ken.

Because The ki shield was knocked away like a ball ken cancelled the shield as he launched a small ki blast at Turles.

Although the power difference between Ken and Turles was huge Ken didn't know that it would be to the point that this small ki blast that he didn't even put any effort into was strong enough to take him down.
