Chapter Nineteen
Nesryn knelt on the cold hard stone floor, her hands shackled before her. She looked up at the man who sat on the golden throne. The new king, they had crowned the kings heir quicker then was the norm, but it was a dangerous time to be without a king.
"Nesryn." The new king said, trying out her name in his mouth. "Do you have another name? A family name? Or is it just Nesryn?"
She smiled up at him and he fade a face, she knew she must look mad to them, good because maybe she was mad.
